Freddie Prinze Jr. pushed his baby's stroller over the weekend, and the fact that he's walking is remarkable.

Freddie underwent spinal surgery late last month and he literally had to re-learn the art of walking. Freddie posted this over the weekend: "Learnin to walk again is like learning jiu-jutsu - 1 technique at a time."

So the fact that Freddie was up and about with his kids and wife Sarah Michelle Gellar is a big deal.

Prinze has been vague about the medical issue, saying he had "some disc issues that have been resolved."
