Lisa Marie Presley's estranged husband is having regular visits with their children -- even though they're in protective custody -- but we've learned it's a deal both parents struck.

Michael Lockwood met his 8-year-old twin girls Wednesday at the beach in Malibu. Sources connected with the case tell TMZ ... it was the second time he'd seen his daughters this week. We're told a court-appointed monitor, seen here in red, was present both times.

As we've reported ... the girls are staying with their grandma, Priscilla Presley, while DCFS investigates the "pictures and disturbing videos" Lisa Marie says she found on Michael's computer.

Our sources say Lisa Marie and Michael both signed off on Priscilla taking temporary custody -- and also on Michael having monitored visits.

A rep for Norman tells us the two are just friends and did not take a trip together.

Just 3 days ago Harrison either misjudged the runway or was completely out of position when he landed on the taxiway at John Wayne Airport.

Photogs got Harrison arriving at the airport and he oddly laughed off the episode.

The FAA's investigating the 74-year-old, but that could take a while.

A guy claiming to be Jesus -- THE Jesus -- showed up at Shia LaBeouf's home, and left in handcuffs after Shia called police.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... a homeless man showed up at Shia's home Friday morning in L.A., identified himself as Jesus and declared he was going to save the actor. We're told Shia asked the would-be savior to leave, and he did.

We're told Shia called cops to report the incident, and when officers responded the guy was still on the block. They detained him with handcuffs, but didn't arrest him because Shia didn't press charges. Police suggested he might want to get a restraining order.

Shia's had unwanted guests before -- the last one actually got inside his house -- but this guy had some very bizarre things to say.

It looks like The Weeknd's got a type ... after showing up to dinner near a woman who's the spitting image of Selena Gomez.

The "Starboy" singer was out at Cecconi's restaurant in WeHo Thursday night ... with Selena's doppelgänger. But it's not what it looks like -- she's the wife of Abel's manager, Sal, and her name is Rima. They were both there supporting Sal, who was getting an award.

Rumors are swirling Abel and Selena's relationship has hit the skids ... and the dinner comes on the heels of Abel's cryptic tweet, "playing with me is a dangerous game."

Kanye West had a hankerin' for some ice cream Tuesday night after his dinner date with Kim Kardashian -- but out of 31 flavors ... he settled for just one.
