Lindsay Lohan time warped back to the early 2000s -- partying hard late into the night ... with a Kardashian no less, but no one got arrested this time!

LiLo hung out with Kourtney Kardashian all over London on Wednesday night. The pair did dinner at Ours Restaurant, jumped over to Loulou's ... and topped off their night at Cirque le Soir.

Back in Lindsay's heyday, she and the Kardashians -- primarily Kim and Kourtney -- came up on the Hollywood nightclub party scene together before Linds moved on to the criminal court scene.

Now, 29-year-old Lindsay's got a fiance (Egor Tarabasov was there too) and 37-year-old Kourt has 3 kids -- but good to see they can still go hard. For a few hours.

In fact, looks like they ended the party by swapping dresses! Awesome.

When Ironman and Spider-Man aren't suited up, they're just two regular guys hitting the town in practically matching outfits.

Robert Downey Jr. and Tobey Maguire took a stroll Wednesday afternoon in Venice, CA -- and looked to be deep in conversation ... most likely about the new "Spider-Man: Homecoming" flick that's gonna star both Marvel heroes.

Richard Simmons apparently was not released from the hospital as his people said, because it appears he was beating a hasty retreat Monday night from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

We're pretty sure it's Richard in the back seat -- sporting a beard -- with his longtime housekeeper/friend riding shotgun.

TMZ broke the story ... the housekeeper called 911 Friday just before midnight, saying Simmons was incoherent. Paramedics took him to Cedars, but his people claimed the fitness guru was released the following day.

The housekeeper (above) made 2 trips to Cedars Monday. TMZ broke the story ... the housekeeper called 911 just before midnight Friday after Richard became incoherent. He was taken to Cedars, but the housekeeper and his other confidantes claimed he was out by Saturday afternoon.

A post on Simmons' Facebook account stated he suffered from dehydration, but 3 days in it looks like he never checked out of the hospital.
