Jay was chilling in Miami, smoking a cigar with a friend on the eve of Beyonce's Formation World Tour kicking off down there.

It's the first time we've seen him since Bey dropped "Lemonade," and while the Beyhive wonders if he cheated -- Jigga looks every bit like a guy who's relaxed and comfortable knowing his wife's bringing in HUGE money. Even if she's airing their dirty laundry to do it.

Kim Kardashian is back to hanging out with her baby bro and his fianceé/her former BFF.

Kim was hanging with Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna Tuesday morning in Bev Hills -- only the second time we've seen Kim and Rob together since before her wedding ... 2 years ago!

We broke the story ... Kim played peacemaker in the family rift over Rob's shotgun engagement by having a sit down with her old pal Chyna.

So who's the third wheel? We'll call it one big happy family. For now.

It was surf god meets Norse god in Australia ... when "Thor" star Chris Hemsworth hit the beach with Kelly Slater for a celeb surf session ... while Chris' famous bro Liam played the role of photog.

Chris and Kelly paddled out together Monday in Byron Bay -- where they caught waves, shot the breeze and escaped the clutches of the great white sharks that frequent the area.

The entire surf sesh was caught on video by Chris' lil bro Liam Hemsworth -- who's not exactly small potatoes ... he's starring in the upcoming 'Independence Day' sequel.

Kelly Ripa left her swanky Upper East Side townhouse as she ends her boycott of her show ... and her expression tells it all.

There's an air of dread looming over her 'Live' show as she prepares to sit next to co-host Michael Strahan. The 2 haven't gotten along for several years, and the last week has only made things worse.

As we reported, Michael reached out to Kelly by text ... hours after he told her he was leaving for 'GMA.' She didn't respond until Saturday, and only superficially.

BTW ... this time she's clutching "The Rainbow Comes and Goes" by Anderson Cooper ... pretty clearly telegraphing he's a front-runner to replace Michael.

The ashes of Prince were gingerly carried away from the mortuary where he was cremated.

Prince's nephew, Pres Nelson, did the honors as his mom, Prince's sister Tyka, cleared the way. We don't know the identity of the woman walking behind Pres.

Pres shielded the urn by placing it underneath his jacket.

So far, the family hasn't said where the ashes will be strewn.

Ariel Winter ditched flower crowns and chokers and started a whole new Coachella trend on the final day of the festival.

The "Modern Family" star's top kept getting smaller throughout the weekend. To her defense, it gets hot in the desert and it doesn't hurt to always be pool ready.

Winter was spotted strolling through the Californian festival grounds Friday with boyfriend Laurent Claude Gaudette.

Bruce Springsteen caught a wave in Baltimore to celebrate the 35th anniversary of his classic album "The River."

Bruce & the E Street Band treated the Royal Farms Arena to a four-hour marathon, playing "The River" in its entirety and a ton of other hits. Fans showed their gratitude by giving Bruce major props ... passing him around for a crowd surfing sesh.

Blake Shelton sent a message to his fans -- and possibly In Touch magazine -- about his boozing habits during his latest concert.

Blake played the Tortuga Music Festival in Fort Lauderdale this weekend ... and while onstage he took several healthy swigs from a cup that read, "I drink, get over it" -- and he made sure cameras captured the phrase.

Blake recently filed a defamation lawsuit against In Touch for its cover story about him hitting "rock bottom" and going to rehab. In Touch says there's no defamation, since Blake's proudly created a hard drinking image.

We suspect these pics might end up in court.

Prince William clearly was overrun with emotion retracing his mother's iconic 1992 visit to the Taj Mahal.

William -- in tow with Kate Middleton -- paid a visit to one of the Wonders of the World, just as Princess Diana did. William was wiping away tears as the royal couple wrapped the tour.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge also took a photo on the same bench in front of the marble landmark like William's mother once did ... by herself.
