Mary Jo Buttafuoco -- who was infamously shot in the face by her husband's teenage lover nearly 20 years ago -- re-married in Las Vegas yesterday.

Buttafuoco exchanged vows with a guy named Stu Tendler, who reportedly manages a print shop in Vegas. She used her maiden name in the ceremony ... Mary Jo Connery.

Mary Jo underwent numerous surgeries and lost her hearing in one ear as a result of the shooting. She wrote a book about the ordeal entitled, "Getting It Through My Thick Skull."

Jay-Z and Beyonce carried a heavily bundled baby Blue Ivy out into the world for the first time ... hitting up Sant Ambroeus in the West Village for a little lunch today.

After three weeks in treatment for substance abuse at the Betty Ford Center, Gerard Butler was seen out yesterday ... having lunch by himself in Malibu.

As TMZ first reported, Butler developed a problem with pain medication following filming for his breakout role in "300." The problem returned when Butler was injured on December 18 while shooting the movie "Of Men and Mavericks."
