Turning 32 must really suck -- because yesterday in L.A., "Destiny's Child" singer Kelly Rowland could hardly keep it together after her birthday lunch with Beyonce and Jay-Z.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are definitely below Will Smith ... at the hotel they are all staying at in Rio de Janeiro.

While Kim and Kanye took what appears to be selfies on their hotel balcony on Monday, Will and a pal enjoyed the view from the room one floor above them.

Earlier in the week, Kim, Kanye and Will were all spotted together on a local walking tour.

Rihanna and Chris Brown's new romance has already gone to pot -- the couple celebrated CB's zero Grammy wins by hitting up a Hollywood nightclub last night ... and lighting up what appears to be a joint.

Chris and Rihanna -- who won her 7th Gram last night for her "We Found Love" music video -- dropped by Supperclub for a private party ... and according to sources inside the venue, the whole place was filled with pot smoke.

It's the first time the couple's been together on Grammy day since 2009 ... and we all know what happened then.

And there's this -- Chris was shot driving away from the club with Rihanna in the passenger seat at around 3:20 AM ... which would be a big issue if he's driving under the influence of pot -- a big issue because he's on probation for beating his passenger to a pulp.

For the good of all mankind, the gorgeous ladies did what they do best and poured all of their luscious golden lady bits into skimpy frilly lingerie -- and super high stiletto heels -- and struck some amazing poses.

With her beleaguered blonde weave in need of a tune up and rockin' some Whitesnake groupie heavy black eye makeup, a low cut animal print top from the Forever 21 sale rack, and a pair of badly dyed bleached out jeans last seen leaving a Bon Jovi concert in 1988, newly single Britney Spears made a much needed trip to a beauty salon in Westlake Village on Sunday.

As TMZ first reported, the paparazzi who were on the scene when Brown crashed his Porsche claim they were not involved with the accident and only arrived on scene after the fact.

But Brown is sticking with his side of things ... and his rep tells TMZ, "We plan on seeking criminal charges and holding them civilly liable."

6:10 PM PT -- A spokesman for the Beverly Hills Police department released a statement saying, "On February 9, 2013 at approximately 1203pm, entertainer Chris Brown was involved in a solo, non-injury traffic collision in the 600 Block Bedford Drive/Camden Drive alley. Mr. Brown was the driver of the vehicle and collided with a wall. Brown stated that he was being chased by paparazzi causing him to lose control of his vehicle. Brown's Black Porsche was towed from the scene at his request."

Chris Brown's car was totaled this afternoon after an alleged run-in with a pair of paparazzi, this according to the singer's rep.

A rep for Brown tells TMZ he was driving in his car -- on his way to a charity event -- when he was cut off by two vehicles. The rep claims "the occupants jumped out, with cameras, and aggressively approached his vehicle. In an effort to remove himself from the situation, he began to back down an alley at which point his was cut off by two additional vehicles."

The rep continued, "Chris' vehicle was totaled due to this agressive pursuit by the paparazzi. He is okay."

Kim Kardashian struck a pose today in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil ... in front of the famous statue of Jesus Christ, Christ the Redeemer.
