Raiders Lineman We Didn't Plot to Hurt Derek Carr ... Miko Grimes Is Lying
Oakland Raiders stud lineman Donald Penn says allegations that the offensive line plotted to injure QB Derek Carr over his stance on taking a knee are total and utter bullcrap.
Penn is firing back at Miko Grimes -- wife of Bucs star Brent Grimes -- who went on "The Breakfast Club" and claimed there was an internal dispute during Week 3 ... and the line let Carr have it in Week 4.
"The reason Derek Carr got injured is because the Raiders offensive line allowed him to get injured because he was against them protesting. They had a fight in the locker room before that Monday night game with the Redskins," Miko said.
She continued -- "That's the only all-black offensive line in the NFL is the Raiders. ... When the whole offensive line said they were going to kneel, he was like, 'No, you're not kneeling. This is America, you're going to stand for the flag' ... so when they came out to play, they basically had a plan."
Enter Penn -- the leader of Oakland's O-line -- who shot Grimes down hard.
"It’s crazy how people will make up lies and tell a story so false and untrue 2 get them some attention," Penn tweeted. "I hope it was worth it. All lies."

Marshawn Lynch Goes Beast Mode On Train 'F**K Tha Chiefs'
Here's Marshawn Lynch proving an ejection on national TV can't take the Beast out of his soul, leading an Oakland train on an explicit (yet awesome) chant dissing the rival Chiefs, moments after the game.
BTW, the guy who started the fight that led to Lynch's ejection, Chiefs player Marcus Peters -- a close friend of Lynch -- was ON THE TRAIN with Marshawn getting the business.
Marshawn got booted from the Thursday night's contest for making contact with an official during the fight, then snuck into the stands to watch the game with the people (not joking).

@chandaye
At some point in the night Lynch & Peters took the BART public transit system, and led all the Oakland faithful in a "F**k The Chiefs" chant to celebrate the team's much needed last second win.
Not sure what Marshawn's penalty from the league will be just yet, but we are sure about one thing...
He doesn't care.

Raiders Fan: Donald Penn Is Lying ... He Threatened Me First
The Raiders fan who got into it with Donald Penn after Sunday's game claims the NFL star is lying through his teeth -- saying it was Penn who first threatened violence ... and he's got the proof.
TMZ Sports spoke with 27-year-old Sal Chavarria ... who says he only waited for Penn after the game because Penn challenged him to a face-to-face confrontation after some Instagram smacktalk earlier in the season.
Sal admits he was heavily critical of Penn's play on social media -- and was shocked when Penn hit him up in his DM to insult him and challenged him to "say it to my face."
Sal says he did NOT throw a water bottle at Penn during Sunday's encounter, as Penn has alleged -- and claims he has several witnesses to back him up ... including security personnel.
As for Penn's claims that Sal was trying instigate a physical assault in order to shake Penn down for money, Sal says that's BS too ... he doesn't want a cent from the NFL star.
The good news ... Sal says he's such a big Raiders fan, he's open to burying the hatchet with Penn -- if the Raiders ask him to.

Marshawn Lynch is going TANK MODE for his new reality show ... strappin' into an army-grade Abrams to crumple cars for fun.
And that's just a sample of the wildness Marshawn gets into for his new reality series "No Script," which debuts this week on Facebook.
In a 1-minute trailer, Lynch also does donuts in a race car, tries indoor AND outdoor skydiving and even takes B.P. with a damn sledgehammer.
But we think the best part was his Battlefield Vegas cameo ... where Beast Mode rides shotgun while a tank commander straight-up bulldozes a sedan. (Bonus: Marshawn is munching on a toothbrush for some reason.)
Dental hygiene is important.

Oakland Raiders Gareon Conley Rape Case Goes to Grand Jury
Prosecutors are moving forward with the rape case against Oakland Raiders 1st round draft pick, Gareon Conley, this according to the Cleveland Police Dept.
Officials say the District Attorney's office believes it has enough evidence to prosecute and they kicked the case over to a grand jury -- which will ultimately decide whether to indict the 22-year-old.
As we previously reported, a woman claims the former Ohio State cornerback raped her at a hotel room in Cleveland on April 9 -- just days before the NFL Draft.
Conley says the two did have "brief oral sex" -- but insists it was consensual and says there was no vaginal intercourse.
The accuser had told police they met in the elevator at the hotel. But video shows the two partying at the same bar and leaving at the same time earlier that night.
Meantime, the Raiders officially signed Conley to his rookie contract a few days ago -- reportedly worth more than $10 million over 4 years.
We're guessing the team is monitoring this case very closely.
