WHAT HAPPENS IN VEGAS...
TMZSports.com

Raiders legend Tim Brown says he's pumped for the team to move to Las Vegas ... but admits he's concerned about some of the players getting too caught up in the Sin City lifestyle.

The Hall of Famer joined the guys on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs Thursday night on FS1) and said he voiced his concerns to Raiders management ... but ultimately realized there's temptation in EVERY city.

"When we were in L.A., we found ways to get into trouble, right? And when you're in Oakland, you find ways to get in trouble. So I think [the Raiders] whole thing is, 'Hey, look, if guys are looking for trouble, no matter what city they're in, they're gonna find the trouble.'"

Tim says the situation might require hiring people to "babysit" some of the players but "hopefully this team will be mature enough to handle the situation."

By the way, that IS Pierre Garcon in the shot -- he's co-hosting the show tonight and he's awesome!

Oakland Raiders 'Officially File Paperwork' to Move to Vegas

The Raiders have officially filed their paperwork to move the team from Oakland to Las Vegas ... the NFL has confirmed.

So, what does it mean? The move will go to a vote of NFL owners -- and the team needs at least 24 affirmative votes to make it happen. The vote is expected to go down in March.

Don't expect a Chargers-style lightning move -- the Raiders would likely play the next two seasons in Oakland -- before relocating for the 2020 season.

Owner Mark Davis has had his eye on Vegas for years -- and even snatched up LasVegasRaiders.com back in the '90s.

Oakland Raider Karl Joseph 1st Round Pick Buys House for Mom

Mother's Day came in January for Karl Joseph's mom ... the Oakland Raiders rookie safety just bought her a brand new house in Florida ... TMZ Sports has confirmed.

The 14th overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft was laser-focused on hookin' up his mom with something nice after he signed a 4-year $12 million deal ... and pulled the trigger when he found her dream home.

We spoke with Karl's agent, Chafie Fields, who tells us the home is in central Florida where he grew up after the family moved to the U.S. from Haiti.

"He comes from very humble beginnings," Fields says ... "Ultimately, his goal was being able to provide for his mom."

"He didn't want to buy himself a car. Didn't want to buy himself a house. He wanted to get his mom a house."

Fields says his team helped with the house hunt but ultimately Karl made the final call -- "He wanted to see the house for himself, so that's why we waited until after the season."

"He has brothers and sisters that still live at home. He wanted to do this for all of them."

Congrats!!!

Good news, Raider Nation -- broken leg expert Joe Theismann says he's 100% confident Derek Carr can rebound from his fractured fibula ... he knows from experience.

We got the Super Bowl champ out in NYC earlier Tuesday where he told us he was brokenhearted for the Raiders QB ... and knows firsthand what it's like to recover from that same exact injury.

Yeah, turns out Thiesmann broke his leg more than a decade BEFORE that infamous run in with Lawrence Taylor in 1985 (that gruesome compound fracture on MNF) ... the one that ended his career.

Theismann says he broke his fibula in 1972 while he was in the Canadian Football League -- but recovered and went on to have a pretty solid career with the Washington Redskins.

As for the Raiders, Joe says he's a fan ... and explains why they might not be as dead in the playoffs as everyone thinks they are.

NFL's Donald Penn Wife Files For Divorce After He Allegedly Knocked Up Reality Star

Raiders star Donald Penn's wife is calling quits on their marriage ... TMZ Sports has learned.

At the time, Dominique vowed to stick by Donald's side ... but something clearly changed ... 'cause only days after calling out her husband and his alleged baby mama, Dominique filed for divorce in L.A.

In court docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Dominique -- married to Donald since June 2012 -- lists "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

In the docs -- filed on October 20th -- she asks for spousal support and joint custody of their 3 kids.

We reached out to Donald's rep ... who had no comment.

Penn reportedly made over $47 million playing football ... in other words, this could be costly for D.P.

Nevada Brothel To Oakland Raiders Move To Vegas And Bang For 1/2 Price!!!

We're sure the NFL will love this ... a notorious Nevada brothel is making an indecent proposal to the Oakland Raiders ... promising half off all horizontal activities FOREVER ... if the team moves to Vegas.

The offer comes from Dennis Hof ... owner of Nevada's infamous Love Ranch ... who says he's so stoked about the potential Raiders move to Vegas he wants to seal the deal ... by throwing in some ass.

"All Raiders players and staff will receive 50% sex parties at the Love Ranch Vegas."

It's called the "Home Team Advantage Sex Package" and you read right, video coordinators and equipment dudes ... it's for ALL STAFF, so you're good to go too!!!

If you think it's all about debauchery Hof says it isn't ... saying that having a place the players can go and get their swerve on discretely might avoid some Warren Sapp/Greg Anthony situations.

"Our player relations group will help keep their trysts legal and secret."

BTW -- the Love Ranch boasts over 30 working girls, so there's a large field to play ... whether there's grass or not.

Ex-Raider Barret Robbins Arrested for Battery ... At Boca Raton Bar

More problems for ex-Oakland Raiders center Barret Robbins -- the troubled 42-year-old was arrested outside of a bar in Boca Raton, Florida after allegedly getting violent with several people.

TMZ Sports has learned ... Robbins was taken into custody around 12:30 AM on Tuesday -- after witnesses say he attacked a person inside of a bar, struck another person outside the bar ... and then roughed up a mother and her daughter after that.

One witness says after the incident, Robbins sat down at the scene and waited for cops to arrive.

He was eventually arrested on 2 counts of felony battery. But instead of locking him up in jail, Barret was transported to a nearby mental health facility.

According to court documents, Barret is unable to pay for his own lawyer -- so he was appointed a public defender.

Barret famously disappeared before the Raiders took on the Bucs in Super Bowl XXXVII in 2003 -- and it was later determined that he was bipolar and had gone into a manic episode.

After his football career ended, Robbins was arrested several times for violent crimes -- including attacking a security guard and brawling with police in Miami Beach.

Think about it ... how long would YOU last as a 21-year-old in Vegas with $20 mil in your bank account?

Yeah, thought so.
