The HIV-positive former male porn star known as "Buttman" couldn't possibly have put a female XXX actress at risk -- because he never had sex with her ... so claims his porn company.

TMZ broke the story ... porn star Katie Summers has filed a lawsuit against Buttman (real name John Stagliano) as well as his company, Evil Angel Productions, claiming Stagliano never disclosed he was HIV-positive before co-starring with her in sexual scenes.

Summers says she performed alongside Stagliano in "Buttman's Stretch Class #4" back in 2007, and the role involved sexual interaction.

But a rep for Evil Angel Productions has posted Katie's scene from the movie online ... and it doesn't show ANY penetration.

The scene features touching for sure ... but no genital-to-genital contact. As far as we know, you can't get HIV from what's depicted in the flick. The rep says, "It's the equivalent of shaking hands."

In the interest of full disclosure ... Evil Angel posted the entire scene on their website.

Joe Francis and his hot blonde GF can't thank Steve Hirsch enough for snatching their sex tape off the market -- in fact, Joe's GF has even sent the Vivid honcho a thank-you letter, gushing about how Steve kept her private parts ... private.

When the person selling the tape went to Vivid, Hirsch did Francis a solid and purchased it (for an unknown sum). He then returned the footage to Francis and promised never to release it.

It was an especially big deal for Abbey and Francis ... because neither has ever appeared naked on the Internet (shocking, we know).

United Airlines has just been accused of allowing a male passenger to masturbate next to a 17-year-old girl on board one of its flights last year.

Monica Amestoy -- now 18 -- has filed a lawsuit against UA, claiming she was flying back to L.A. from a high school debate tournament in New York last October when the incident occurred.

According to Amestoy, represented by Gloria Allred, a male passenger seated across the aisle from her exposed his penis to her during the flight ... and masturbated.

Amestoy says she complained to a flight attendant multiple times -- and the flight attendant did nothing to stop the man from continuing his behavior ... she wasn't moved, and the passenger wasn't addressed in any way.
