Jay Cutler isn't letting his recent DUI arrest keep him from having a good time ... the former NFL star made an appearance at the recent "Yellowstone" premiere.

The retired quarterback and his girlfriend, Samantha Robertson, stepped out in New York City Thursday evening, where they stopped by the party celebrating the highly anticipated return of the Paramount Network hit.

While Samantha posed with a wine glass in her hand, Jay was notably empty-handed for the pic ... which was smart given his recent arrest.

The football world is up in arms after two CRITICAL missed calls on the deciding play in Thursday night's Ravens vs. Bengals game. So, how does the league fix it? We asked the former VP of Officiating for the NFL.

Dean Blandino joined Babcock on the TMZ Sports TV show on Friday (airs nightly on FS1) ... where we talked about everything from the play in question (where there actual fouls), to punishment for the refs who missed calls, to improving officiating moving forward.

"[Officials] would [welcome expanded replay]," Blandino, now FOX Sports' NFL and college football rules analyst, said of adding additional replay.

Jason Kelce has resurfaced in Los Angeles a week after he was caught up in that now-viral altercation with a Penn State fan ... and through one public outing in the City of Angels so far, he's avoided any sort of issues.

Tobias Dorzon -- a former NFL running back-turned-celebrity chef -- was shot during an alleged attempted robbery Tuesday night in Maryland ... and now police are searching for four people involved in the violent act.

Dorozon -- along with a female acquaitance -- were shot as they were returning from dinner, according to a statement from cops. They were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, per a report.

Forget dinner and a movie ... Simone Biles and her husband, Bears safety Jonathan Owens, had something else in mind for date night in Chicago -- a Bulls game!

The famous couple were even gifted custom jerseys by the organization for pullin' up.

The football world saw a whole lot more of Derrick Henry than usual on Thursday night ... as his bare butt got exposed right in the middle of the Ravens' game vs. the Bengals!!

The PG-13 play happened in the fourth quarter of the big "Thursday Night Football" tilt in Baltimore ... as Henry was fighting for yards on his team's game-winning drive.

Check it out ... Henry burst through the line of the scrimmage and barreled his way toward the first-down marker, but B.J. Hill caught him from behind and dragged him down.

While Jason Kelce has expressed remorse over his actions during a viral confrontation with a "fan" in Happy Valley last weekend, Penn State cops still have not been able to ID the man who started the altercation with the retired NFL star.

A spokesperson for the university police department tells TMZ Sports that they do not know the identity of the guy, adding no one has come forward to make a complaint over their personal property (smashed phone) being damaged.

FYI, an officer who observed some of the incident did file a report.
