French Rape Trial Husband Accused of Participating in Rape of Wife ... In Addition to Inviting Others to Rape Her

The French man accused of inviting dozens of men to rape his wife while he filmed -- allegedly participated in the act as well ... this according to prosecutors in France.

Dominique Pelicot -- who is on trial for allegedly filming 20,000 clips of his wife being raped by 83 men in multiple occurrences over the course of several years -- is also accused of filming himself raping his drugged wife with three other men, the Daily Mail reports.

Prosecutors say Pelicot directed other men in most of the clips ... though they claim there are multiple videos of Pelicot himself actively participating in the rape of his wife, Gisele.

Mirko Marweg, the Delta Air Lines worker who was among the casualties in a deadly tire explosion at the Atlanta airport this week, was oh so close to retiring before his tragic death.

Mirko's widow, Scottie Ann Marweg, says her late husband was planning on retiring next June ... after working his paint shop job with Delta for two decades.

His wife of 28 years also told WANF News in Georgia she was still having a hard time processing Mirko's death ... explaining she is still in "disbelief."

Police in Burbank say they concluded an investigation into an incident where an L.A. City councilman claimed they dumped a homeless man in his backyard ... and cops say they didn't find any evidence of wrongdoing on their end.

Burbank PD just released a statement saying the man from the June incident was NOT homeless, as L.A. City councilman Paul Krekorian claimed.

Instead, police say the man has been renting a room in a house in Sylmar for years, and the guy asked the officers for a ride from Burbank to North Hollywood ... which is how he ended up on the street outside Krekorian's office.

Mirko Marweg, one of 2 workers to perish in a plane-tire explosion at a Delta Air Lines maintenance facility at Atlanta's international airport Tuesday, was unrecognizable after the blast ... his son, Andre Coleman, has revealed.

Following the tragedy, which left 2 dead and another seriously injured, Andre spoke with 11Alive News about the severe state of his father's remains after the incident that killed Marweg.

Per Andre, he requested to see his father's body after the explosion ... as he couldn't believe his dad was actually dead. But the medical examiner told Andre and his relatives Mirko's body was "unrecognizable." Officials used tattoos and a Mississippi State lanyard around Mirko's neck to identify him.

An Iowa police officer fatally shot a dog in front of the pet's owners and young children – but the question is whether the cop was justified to use deadly force.

The officer, identified by Our Quad City News as Ethan Bock, responded to a house in Davenport, IA, on the night of August 21 after receiving a report of 4 aggressive dogs trying to jump a fence to reach another pooch.

As Bock was investigating the call in an alley, he came upon one of the dogs dashing toward him from a yard outside the home.

A federal judge is dismissing felony charges against 2 officers who got the warrant to enter Breonna Taylor's home ... with the judge blaming Breonna's boyfriend, and not the warrant, for causing her death.

Here's the deal ... in 2022, Detective Joshua Jaynes and Sgt. Kyle Meany were charged with submitting a false affidavit to search Taylor's home before the raid, and then creating a fake cover story to avoid responsibility after Taylor was killed during the raid.

They were also charged with felonies for using a dangerous weapon to deprive Breonna of her Fourth Amendment right to defend herself against unreasonable search.

The Cochise County Sheriff's Office announced a manhunt Thursday for a 66-year-old man named Ronald Lee Syrvud, who law enforcement says is "being sought as an investigative lead for threats to kill a presidential candidate."
