Maher says it's no surprise Joe Biden's losing Black voters by the day, because they and other groups generally no longer make identity the trigger for casting ballots.

Nicole Eggert -- who's battling cancer herself -- says she can sympathize with what Kate Middleton is now going through herself ... telling us there's a lot to juggle on this journey.

We talked to the actress Friday and she weighed in on Kate's announcement -- where she revealed she'd been diagnosed with cancer and was receiving preventative chemotherapy. Nicole, who has breast cancer, tells us there's a lot she can relate to with her own diagnosis.

For starters, NE says there's a lot of pressure having to weather this storm for public figures -- and perhaps even doubly so for someone like Kate ... who's a senior Royal.

Nicole says the public should lend her some grace during this time and not scrutinize as much as they have been ... because Kate will undoubtedly go through some changes in the near future, some of which she might not want to share with everyone despite the curiosity.

There's another element to this as well, and that includes how to deal with parenting her three young children as she and William navigate these choppy waters ... something Nicole tells us will be no easy task.

Take a listen to how she describes this -- NE says Kate not only has to process her diagnosis and manage how her body feels throughout this ... but she'll have her children to worry about as well, which is why a solid foundation at home and help will go a long way.

Karen Huger was swaying and had a strong odor of alcohol on her breath following her frightening crash Tuesday night in Potomac, MD ... this according to the police report.

According to the report, obtained by TMZ, officers noted the 'Real Housewives of Potomac' cast member also had slurred speech and bloodshot eyes when they arrived on scene -- and they say she didn't answer when cops asked her twice how much she had to drink.

Officers also noted she had 2 closed bottles of the alcoholic beverage Stella inside her vehicle.

The report adds that while cops thought Karen appeared to be intoxicated ... she declined to undergo a field sobriety test or a breathalyzer.

Fire rescue, which also responded to the scene, tried to get her to sit on a stretcher -- but the report says she refused both the stretcher and any medical care.

According to officers, Karen also made it clear she did not wish to be recorded when officers told her she was on their bodycam footage.

She was ultimately arrested for DUI, and driven to the police station where she was issued citations ... and later released to her husband, Raymond.

As we reported ... cops told us Karen hit the median and a street sign late Tuesday night while driving her 2017 Maserati -- and a security guard in the neighborhood called the police after witnessing the whole thing.

Huger hasn't addressed the charges yet.

Terrifying video from a mass shooting in Russia is going viral online ... and, it paints a dramatic picture of the devastating attack that's left dozens dead and many more injured.

Footage from the chaotic scene Friday at Crocus City Hall -- a huge concert venue on the outskirts of Moscow -- captures the sound of gunshots echoing throughout the cavernous venue.

Another clip shows people hitting the floor, huddling behind chairs in the hall as the sound of gunshots reverberates around the room.

Even worse, a huge fire was ignited at the building -- easy to see from all around the venue -- and the flames themselves seemed to burn strong for a while based on video shot from outside the building. Reports say grenades and or bombs were set off in this bloodbath.

Russia’s Federal Security Service -- the country's organization in charge of domestic security -- says more than 40 people were killed in the attack and more than 100 were injured.

The Associated Press -- citing Russian news outlets -- reports several gunmen entered the building and threw explosives, causing the fire to break out. Men in fatigues reportedly entered the hall and began firing on the crowd in attendance to see Picnic, a popular rock band. Russia's foreign ministry is calling this a terroristic attack.

Some videos reportedly show as many as four gunmen shooting people at point-blank range ... and it appears police detained at least one potential suspect -- seen on video patting down a man with his hands on the side of a vehicle.

BTW ... it seems the U.S. and other major Western powers might've seen this coming -- with warnings to their citizens being issued in recent weeks to stay away from crowded areas in Moscow.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle just wished Kate Middleton all the best amid her cancer diagnosis -- and they're especially hoping the public lets her deal with this in peace.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex tell TMZ ... "We wish health and healing for Kate and the family, and hope they are able to do so privately and in peace."

As we reported ... Meg and Harry were out and about in L.A. Thursday night at an art exhibition -- and there was no indication that the Kate news was on their radar. Unclear if they were aware of her diagnosis or not, but in any case ... they're sending their love.

Of course, Harry jetted on over to London last month to see his father amid his own cancer diagnosis -- but again, we have no idea what King Charles knew about Kate's situation ... and what, if anything, may have been relayed to Harry at the time. His trip was very quick.

It goes without saying ... Harry and Will's relationship has been fractured in recent years -- especially after PH and MM left the Royal family to pursue their life here in California.

Still, this type of development trumps all that ... and that's reflected in H&M's statement.

Kate also asked for privacy during her announcement -- saying she and William are navigating this journey as delicately as they can ... especially with their children in mind.

The Princess of Wales did not disclose what type of cancer she's battling, but she says she's getting stronger each day -- which was evident in the video TMZ obtained of her out.

1:56 PM PT -- A rep for the Teenage Cancer Trust -- an org that Kate has worked with in the past, before her cancer diagnosis -- tells TMZ ... "Our thoughts are with Her Royal Highness the Princess of Wales, and we wish her all the best for her treatment."

They add, "If you think you have cancer yourself, it’s important to get checked out as soon as you can."

12:11 PM PT -- King Charles is extending his well-wishes to Kate Middleton during her cancer battle, with Buckingham Palace saying, "His Majesty is so proud of Catherine for her courage in speaking as she did."

They go on to say that after Kate's hospitalization, Charles has "remained in the closest contact with his beloved daughter-in-law throughout the past weeks." BP continues, noting Their Majesties "will continue to offer their love and support to the whole family through this difficult time."

Kate Middleton just announced she has cancer -- breaking her silence on months of speculation over her health ... and it sounds serious.

The Princess of Wales showed face Friday in a video that Kensington Palace posted -- and in it, Kate addresses the public ... revealing she was diagnosed with cancer, something that was discovered after her abdominal surgery in January.

Kate says, "In January, I underwent major abdominal surgery in London and at the time, it was thought that my condition was non-cancerous. The surgery was successful. However, tests after the operation found cancer had been present. My medical team therefore advised that I should undergo a course of preventative chemotherapy and I am now in the early stages of that treatment." She didn't address the specific type of cancer she's battling.

Kate also appears to allude to her lengthy absence, as she says she and Will have needed time to address this health issue with their three children -- all of whom are fairly young -- as she's wanted to assure them that she's going to be okay.

We broke the story, Kensington Palace was geared up to provide a major update on Kate's health -- something they've now done, and it's left many heartbroken as Kate battles this.

In her video, Kate asks for privacy during this difficult time as she undergoes chemotherapy.

The announcement ends months of speculation over Kate's whereabouts and health -- which kicked off in mid-January when the Princess of Wales was hospitalized for abdominal surgery ... a hospitalization that came out of nowhere, and which was supposed to end in 2 weeks.

Obviously, Kate was out of the public eye for way longer than that ... and the longer it went on, the more they pedaled conspiracy theories and fueled a never-ending rumor mill.

At first, all the talk and gossip about Kate started as relatively light -- namely, through a bunch of memes and jokes online ... where people poked fun about the situation -- but which only grew in seriousness the more that the Palace attempted to address all the conjecture.

At first, the Palace just issued a statement -- saying Kate was still recovering and doing well ... and then, not long after, we saw Kate surface in public for the first time ... showing up in a car being driven by her mother, where Kate was wearing shades and maintaining a low profile.

People didn't buy that was Kate, and the memes and jokes only continued -- with the conspiracy theories kicking into overdrive. After that, the Mother's Day photo fiasco occurred.

Remember -- Kensington Palace posted a picture that they said had been taken by Prince William .... showing Kate with her kids. However, it quickly became clear that the image had been doctored in Photoshop -- with several apparent alterations having occurred in editing.

Kate put out a statement in the aftermath of that ... copping to the fact she edited it.

Fast-forward to last weekend, when Kate and William surfaced at a farm shop about a mile from their home -- which became the first true sighting of Kate out and about on her own two feet. While she looked happy and fairly healthy ... many noticed her weight loss.

The cancer news now clarifies why Kate appeared so thin in our video -- she's in treatment for it ... and this is one of the known side effects, and it can take a heavy toll on the body.

This update is clearly devastating for her family and loved ones -- but also, for all of the UK as well ... of which she serves as a key Royal figure, and which she's served dutifully.

It also goes without saying ... Kate is now the second senior Royal to be battling cancer. Her father-in-law, King Charles, was also recently diagnosed with cancer -- although it's unclear what form he has, or at what stage it is. With that said, Charles has been carrying on with his duties of late.

Tough times for Kate and the Royal Family at large ... best wishes to her and all of them.

8:30 AM PT -- Cops just held a presser and provided more details about how exactly Riley Strain was found. They say the body was discovered around 7:28 AM CT when a worker found him after removing an object from the river, after which the body surfaced.

The police say that the Medical Examiner reviewed the body and confirmed it was Riley -- they also say he still had his shirt and watch on him from the night he went missing. Nashville PD says the family was notified, and reiterates no foul play is suspected for now.

The body of Riley Strain -- the Missouri college student who went missing in Nashville 2 weeks ago -- has finally been found ... and it was recovered from a river in the area.

His corpse was discovered Friday in the Cumberland River, reportedly 8 miles away from the DT Nashville area ... where Riley had last been seen after getting separated from his group during a night of bar hopping on March 8.

Cops say there is no foul play suspected at this point, and no trauma observed either. An autopsy to determine a cause of death is pending. Unclear where exactly in the river Strain's body was found or under what circumstances ... but this marks the end of a tragic saga.

Strain first disappeared on a Friday night -- this after getting kicked out of Luke Bryan's 32 Bridge bar along Broadway ... at which point he wandered off on his own.

Surveillance footage released to the public showed Strain aimlessly wandering the streets of Nashville -- at times looking out of sorts and stumbling over. At other points in since-released footage of him from that night -- including body cam video -- Strain looked fairly coherent.

The bar says they asked Riley to leave after he started violating their conduct policies -- suggesting he was heavily intoxicated -- but also insist they did not overserve him.

There were claims the bar had given a lot of booze that night -- but 32 Bridge says their records show he was only given one drink and two waters before he was booted ... at which point, the bar says his friends did not leave with him. The Tennessee ABC is investigating the overserving allegation.

Strain's friends, meanwhile, say he told them he'd meet them back at their hotel, just a few blocks away, but he never turned up later on.

Instead, it appears Strain got lost and made his way over toward the river -- where different eyewitnesses say they saw him that night ... confirmed by the fact his bank card was recently discovered near that area as well. Search crews have been scouring the river for days now and hadn't found anything ... that is, until today. No word on who found him.

Strain's family have been in Nashville since the beginning ... calling on the public's help, and putting pressure on police to bring in more resources to track him down. We'd even been told by a family spokesperson that his mother and father believed he might still be alive.

Strain was only 22.

Kate Middleton's mystery disappearance from public view will be solved shortly, TMZ has learned, because Kensington Palace is about to reveal specific details on her health.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the British media has been briefed on Kate's condition, but there is a strict embargo on the information until 2 PM ET, 11 AM PT.

We're also told the Palace will release a video of Kate speaking on her condition.

Our sources say this statement is dramatic, clear and could well put all the controversy surrounding her disappearance to rest.

As you know, the Palace says Kate entered the hospital in January for "scheduled abdominal surgery," but spent 13 days at The London Clinic before returning home, where she has been recuperating.

TMZ aired a special Thursday night on FOX, in which Dr. George Crawford said 13 days suggests when doctors went in for the surgery, they may have found something else.

We're told the Palace will get specific shortly.

Remember ... this all follows several weeks of speculation and innuendo over Kate's whereabouts and her overall condition -- which has been kept under wraps until now.

TMZ broke the story ... video surfaced showing Kate out and about with William last weekend, and she seemed to be doing well. It was the first real sighing of Kate out in the wild, and on her own two feet, since she had her surgery back in January.

There've been other glimpses of her in cars -- but the Windsor Farm Shop seemed to be the first instance of her walking around. Like we said ... she was happy, and looked relatively OK.

Of course, this whole saga kicked into overdrive nearly two weeks ago when Kate posted a Mother's Day photo that featured her and her kids -- but which was later revealed to be inauthentic. All the conspiracy theories about Kate up to that point only doubled.

Now, it appears Kensington Palace is geared up to set the record straight, right from the Princess's mouth.

Hubo afirmaciones de que el bar le había dado un montón de alcohol esa noche, pero 32 Bridge (el nombre del bar) dice que sus registros muestran que solo le dieron una bebida y dos aguas antes de que fuera expulsado. Cuando le pidieron que se fuera, el bar dice que sus amigos no se fueron con él. ABC de Tennessee está investigando la alegación.

Los amigos de Strain, por su parte, dicen que les dijo que se reuniría con ellos en el hotel, que estaba a pocas cuadras de distancia, pero nunca apareció.

Mark Ruffalo's calendar just opened up a bit ... 'cause a conference he was supposed to speak at just canceled his appearance, and his support for Palestine seems to be the key.

The actor was all set to speak at MTMP -- a conference for lawyers and their paralegals to discuss the ins and outs of class action lawsuits, etc. The conference is taking place in early April, but now ... it appears Ruffalo won't be there, 'cause they're nixing him from the lineup.

The event's organizers sent out a statement to the attendees this week saying Mark had been invited to speak at the conference after playing an environmental activist/attorney in the movie "Dark Waters" back in 2019 -- which touched on a lot of the things they already do in the real world ... so they wanted to have him show up and speak to the same issues.

Ruffalo -- an environmental activist himself -- was set to be a big-time guest for the conference, but the event said this was before Hamas attacked Israel on Oct. 7 ... and more importantly, before Ruffalo's very public support of Palestine, especially at the Oscars.

ICYMI ... Mark spoke with reporters at the Oscars and showed visible excitement while heading in over a Palestinian protest that delayed him. He also donned a pin representing Artists Call for Ceasefire Now ... so yeah, he was leaning into his pro-Palestine position.

It seems Ruffalo's stance is too controversial for the MTMP conference ... because organizers say they didn't want the event to be overshadowed by the war in the Middle East, and by Mark as well. Instead, they say they're canceling Ruffalo's appearance -- despite possibly losing their speaking fee in the process -- and asked the attendees not to boycott the event.

Ruffalo's been an outspoken advocate for a number of causes over the years, and that hasn't stopped since the surprise attack by Hamas on October 7 or the subsequent invasion of the Gaza Strip by Israel.

Back in November, Ruffalo called out Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for referring to Palestinians in Gaza as "collateral damage" while also sharing a petition to end "child bloodshed" in the region the month before.

On its face, it seems not everyone who was planning to go to MTMP was happy with his recent comments ... and, it looks like it's affecting gigs of his, including this one.

Seguidores con ojos de águila descubrieron una oferta de trabajo que parece ser relativamente nueva y dice que el Palacio de Buckingham está contratando a un asistente de comunicaciones para manejar todo lo relativo a los medios de comunicación, incluyendo consultas de prensa y una serie de otras responsabilidades.

Es un momento interesante para hacerlo dadas las intrigas que rodean a la Princesa.

Entre otras funciones, el Palacio de Buckingham está buscando a alguien que proporcione apoyo administrativo, distribuya las credenciales a los medios para las funciones de palacio y: "Produzca contenido para una variedad de plataformas, incluyendo avisos de los medios de comunicación, actualizaciones en redes sociales y artículos en profundidad".

La oferta del Palacio de Buckingham no pide conocimientos de Photoshop, así que al parecer no habría que retocar las imágenes. Pero tener familiaridad con las redes sociales es definitivamente importante para la Corona.

Es relevante tener en cuenta que el Palacio de Buckingham no es la residencia oficial del príncipe William y Kate, sino el Palacio de Kensington. Buckingham se encarga del día a día del Rey Carlos, así que puede que no esté relacionado con Kate en absoluto.

De hecho, un representante del Palacio nos dijo en repetidas ocasiones que se trataba de un asunto de Buckingham y no de Kensington (lo cual es obvio) y se negó a decir si Kate-Gate había jugado algún papel en la publicación de este aviso de trabajo.
