School Shootings Kindergartners Learn 'Lockdown' Rhyme

The mother of a 5-year-old girl is outraged by this nursery rhyme she found posted in the school her daughter might attend -- a rhyme that teaches kids how to prepare for a mass shooting.

Georgy Cohen shared this pic of the rhyme, which is going viral. It's intended to be sung to the tune of "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" but there's nothing cute and innocent about it. With limericks like, "Shut the lights off say no more. Go behind the desk and hide. Wait until it's safe inside" -- Georgy said, "This should not be hanging in my soon-to-be kindergartner's classroom."

However, she made it clear to the Boston Globe ... she's not pissed off at the school. Instead, she was happy the school was taking necessary steps. As she put it, "These are the things they unfortunately have to do. I get it.”

Not everyone agrees, and her post is sparking heated conversations online about the appropriate way to prepare young kids for the worst.

Robbie Williams Flees Burning Hotel in London

Robbie Williams ran for his life from a massive fire at one of London's luxury hotels, but it looks like he and his friends were able to escape.

The British pop singer was one of the hundreds of people forced to evacuate Wednesday when the Mandarin Oriental Hotel caught fire. It's unclear what started it at this point, but the blaze inside the 12-story structure was visible for miles.

Robbie and some pals were able to quickly make their way down a fire escape, bolting down several flights. His friend asks if he's alright, and Robbie flashes a thumbs-up sign, indicating he was just fine.

More good news ... local authorities have yet to announce any injuries, so it would seem nobody was hurt in the flames -- which reportedly required more than 20 fire engines and upwards of 100 firefighters to be called to the scene.

Delta Air Lines Dead Dog's Owner Calls Case 'Suspicious'

Delta Air Lines refused to hand over the dog that had been dead for hours, according to its owner and now a legal battle's brewing over what the Pomeranian's owner calls the airline's "suspicious" activity.

Michael Dellegrazie, Alejandro's owner, and his lawyer, Evan Oshan, tell us Delta wanted to keep the dog's carcass to do its own necropsy ... while Michael wanted Alejandro returned immediately in order to get his own testing done to determine what happened.

As we reported, Alejandro died in Detroit last week after traveling in the cargo hold of a flight.

Oshan says he had to get involved and claims the airline was very uncooperative once he arrived in Detroit, and he had to go to cops to force Delta to hand over the dog ... which by law, is Dellegrazie's personal property.

WHAT THEY'RE DOING IS WRONG

Delta tells us any delay in returning the dog was due to Oshan not meeting in a previously agreed-upon spot. Delta also says it offered to pay to have an independent necropsy performed right after the death, but they were turned down by the owner.

Oshan says once they finally got Alejandro's body back, they also uncovered a wet, bloody blanket ... with no explanation. Delta allegedly told them the dog had vomited, but the lawyer points out the airline didn't retain any of the vomit to help determine the cause of death.

As we reported, Delta claims it didn't force Alejandro to be stored in cargo -- saying it was his owner's choice -- and the dog died in Detroit in the process of being transferred to a connecting flight.

Jimmy Fallon Gives Speech for MSDHS Graduation ... 'You Are the Present'

Jimmy Fallon gave a heartfelt commencement speech to the graduating glass at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School -- which paid tribute to the trauma they endured this year.

The 'Tonight Show' host made a surprise appearance Sunday at MSDHS's graduation ceremony at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Florida to make his remarks as the keynote speaker. While funny in its own right, Jimmy kept his address a bit more on the serious side.

He honored the students who spearheaded the March for Our Lives rally earlier this year, in response to the shooting massacre at the school ... which left 17 people dead, allegedly at the hands of Nikolas Cruz. Fallon himself attended the rally, and has been a vocal supporter of their cause.

Toward the end of his speech, Jimmy notes that most commencement speakers will talk in the future tense when addressing a graduating class ... but says he wouldn't do that, because the kids of Marjory Stoneman Douglas are "the present."

As you might imagine, he got a big round of applause for that one.

Delta Air Lines Another Dog Dies

Another dog took off on a commercial airliner and when the plane landed ... it was dead.

Alejandro the Pomeranian was in the cargo hold of a Delta Air Lines jet that originated in Phoenix and was supposed to land in New Jersey with a stopover in Detroit. When the plane landed in the Motor City, we're told the 8-year-old Pom was alive ... but it was discovered he'd died during the process of transferring him to the connecting flight.

So far the cause of death has not been determined. Delta tells TMZ it's conducting a thorough investigation to find out what occurred to ensure it doesn't happen again. The airline says it's working with Alejandro's family to support them and has offered a free necropsy to have Alejandro evaluated.

The dog was owned by a unmarried couple that was relocating to New York.

The lawyer for the family, Evan Oshan, tells us ... from what he knows Delta has been pushing people to put their dogs in the cargo hold rather than the cabin, presumably because there are so many service dogs on board these days the passenger areas resemble a kennel.

Delta, however, tells us it did not push the passengers to store their dog in cargo ... it was their choice.

Oshan knows something about dogs dying on planes ... he repped the family whose 10-month-old French bulldog, Kokito, died in an overhead bin on United.

Hurricane Sandy Blows Jersey Shore Co.'s Sign All the way to France!!

This story will blow your mind.

There's a real estate company on the Jersey Shore claiming its company has gone global after -- get this -- one of its signs washed up in France SIX YEARS after Hurricane Sandy blew it into the Atlantic Ocean.

Crazy, right?

The folks over at Diane Turton, Realtors in Point Pleasant, NJ posted on Facebook that a man named Hannes Frank stumbled upon the sign on the shores of France a couple weeks ago. The company confirmed the sign is theirs and say it was from a waterfront listing back in 2012.

But, then came Hurricane Sandy. The house survived but the sign was ripped apart ... ultimately landing in the ocean and floating across more than 3,500 miles.

The company had a good laugh about it, saying, "Having our signage wash up in France on the beach truly proves that Diane Turton, Realtors is a global real estate company."

Impressionnant!

Prince George Targeted by ISIS Terrorist

Prince George was the target of a terrorist, and the man who encouraged ISIS to carry out a plot at the boy's school has just confessed.

32-year-old Husnain Rashid had maintained his innocence since his arrest last November, but in a court hearing he now admits he carried out a number of terroristic acts and engaged in preparation for other attacks.

Rashid posted a pic of Prince George -- 3rd in line to the throne -- next to a silhouette of a jihadi fighter. He posted the address of George's school and wrote, "even the royal family will not be left alone."

He'll be sentenced June 28.

This is not the first time the little Royal's school has been the center of suspicious activity. Right after George started primary school last Sept, a woman was arrested allegedly trying to break into the school.

In another video, Cruz said his goal was to kill at least 20 people and said, "You're all going to die. Can't wait." Cruz faces 17 counts of first-degree murder and 17 counts of attempted first-degree murder.

WHAT ABOUT US KIDS?

Sarah Huckabee Sanders finally cracked ... she got very emotional when an intrepid young (very young) reporter asked what the Trump administration was doing to prevent school shootings.

The school kid, Benje Choucroun, was reporting for "TIME for Kids" at Wednesday's White House Press briefing -- and fired off a solid question about the very real fears of children across America. Sanders, who normally remains stone-faced through all manner of crises, actually broke down ... her voice quivering as she responded.

Sanders does have 3 children, so seems the 13-year-old reporter's question really hit home.

Kendrick Lamar Staying Humble with Mia & Ronan At Pulitzer Prize Luncheon

Kendrick Lamar is the toast of a Pulitzer Prize event where some of the most influential people in the world are pressing to rub elbows with him.

The pride of Compton was at Pulitzer luncheon Wednesday at Columbia University. He's being honored in the music category, and Mia Farrow couldn't wait to get a snapshot with him. Mia's son, Ronan, is getting Pulitzer's public service award for blowing the lid off Harvey Weinstein's history of sexual misconduct.

Kendrick's arrival was so highly anticipated, the Pulitzer's administrator welcomed him before he even walked into the building.

Kung Fu Kenny winning the music category was unprecedented. He's the first non-classical or jazz artist to win the prize since they started awarding them for music in 1943.

So, makes sense everyone wants a piece.

ILL COMEDY

NOFX crossed the line in a big way Sunday in Vegas, when they made a crack about the Vegas shooting, saying the silver lining was that the people killed were country fans and not punk fans.

The band was playing the Punk Rock Bowling & Music Festival, and when they finished a song frontman Fat Mike said, "We played a song about Muslims and we didn't get shot. Hooray."

But, it didn't end there ... another band member jumped in and said, "I guess you only get shot in Vegas if you are in a country band."

And it got even worse ... "That [the massacre] sucked, but at least they were country fans and no punk rock fans."

Some audience members audibly recoiled, but the singer then jumped in, "You were all thinking it."

58 people were killed and almost 500 were injured in the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history.

A TEACHING MOMENT
MSNBC

The woman Roseanne Barr called a baby born out of the Muslim brotherhood and 'Planet of the Apes' says she can deal with the racism -- but worries about those facing similar attacks out of the spotlight.

Barack Obama's former adviser, Valerie Jarrett, spoke on MSNBC Tuesday following Roseanne's racist comment, saying she's "fine" ... but adding she's concerned about those who don't have such a public support system coming to their defense.

She says she wants this to be a teaching moment, but notes that there are daily examples of racism black people experience that don't get the attention she's getting now.

BTW ... Valerie also calls out President Trump for setting the tone that she believes Roseanne followed and executed. Speaking of "Roseanne" ... she's all the way canceled.

She also says she got a call from Disney CEO Bob Iger, who apologized and said his company has a "zero tolerance" for such hateful comments.

Dean Cain seems to agree with his friend James Caan that the world's a strange place right now regarding how men and women interact ... and also shares his support of Morgan Freeman.

We got the former Superman actor out at the National Mall in D.C. on Memorial Day and asked about Caan's comments to us last week ... Dean tells us he sees where James is coming from, and dismisses a video tape many feel shows Freeman acting inappropriately to a reporter as "ridiculous."

Cain goes on to explain hitting on the opposite sex is fine if it doesn't go too far -- and he's seen that happen on both sides -- but the current culture's not going to stop him from talking to a beautiful woman.

He also says not to turn your back on Freeman simply based on allegations ... because he hasn't been convicted of anything yet.

Hero 'Spiderman' Amazing Rescue of Child Leads to French Citizenship

The 22-year-old undocumented immigrant who risked his life to save a young child in Paris is not only a national hero ... he's about to become an official French citizen.

Mamoudou Gassama became a worldwide sensation this weekend after climbing 4 stories in seconds to rescue a 4-year-old boy who was hanging on to a balcony railing for dear life. The video's incredible.

Gassama's heroics saved the child, and now the Malian migrant's been cast into the national spotlight after a meeting with President Emmanuel Macron ... in which he was presented with a certificate and a gold medal for performing an act of courage and dedication.

Mamoudou will also be granted citizenship and has been offered a job with the Paris fire brigade.

According to reports, the young hero was in the area to watch a football match when he noticed the commotion and sprung into action. He said ... "I like children, I would have hated to see him getting hurt in front of me. I ran and I looked for solutions to save him and thank God I scaled the front of the building to the balcony."

The boy's father was reportedly detained for alleged neglect, and the child has been placed in special care.

Chelsea Manning Posts 'Suicide' Photo

Chelsea Manning is physically ok, after posting an image of someone standing on a ledge ... appearing to be on the verge of jumping to her death.

She quickly deleted the post, which was captioned, "I'm sorry." Someone posted on her account early Monday morning, "Chelsea is safe," adding ... "She is on the phone with friends, thanks everyone for your concern and please give her some space."

Manning has had her struggles for years. As you know, she's the whistleblower who went to prison in 2013 for giving government files to Wikileaks. President Obama commuted her sentence.

There was no further elaboration on what appears to be a suicide photo. It is also unclear if the person shown in the photo is Chelsea.

Ronda Rousey says she'd be honored to host the Indiana school teacher who risked his life to save his students during a shooting this week ... assuming the guy's a fan of WWE.

We got Ronda touching down in D.C. Sunday ahead of Monday Night Raw in neighboring Richmond, VA, and she tells us she'd have no problem allowing 29-year-old Jason Seaman of Noblesville West Middle School walk her into the ring at one of her matches.

In case you hadn't heard, Jason is being hailed as a hero after he's said to have tackled an unnamed suspect who opened fire in one of his classes Friday, saving countless lives.

He just got released from the hospital, too, so if he's into wrestling, or Ronda or both ... get on the horn, bud. The spotlight's waiting for ya.
