Quavo's got a message for Jeff Bezos and the rest of Amazon's bigwigs deciding where to put their second headquarters -- come to Atlanta and get cultured!

We got the Migos rapper Thursday at Phipps Plaza in the ATL, and he gave one helluva pitch ... offering to deliver something special if Amazon drops its HQ2 in his hometown.

He also pretty much made Offset's fiancee, Cardi B, an official member of the Migos gang -- and addressed who will be Offset's best man at the wedding. Peep Q's freestyle.

Btw, we shot this video several hours before we broke the story Quavo was allegedly involved in a Grammy night brawl and robbery in NYC. So, he might be talking to NYPD before Bezos.

Rep. Joe Kennedy III I'm Not a Drooler ... It Was Chapstick!

Drool of thumb ... if you're gonna give a nationally televised speech, GO EASY ON THE CHAPSTICK ... or you'll be mocked endlessly like Rep. Joe Kennedy.

JK3 learned the hard way after social media went HAM on him for his extra shiny mouth during the Democratic response to the State of the Union.

In fact, someone even started a "Joe Kennedy's Lips" Twitter account.

The good news for Joe ... he's taking the mockery in stride -- even joking about his over-chapstickeration on 'GMA' early Wednesday morning.

"Oddly enough, I decided to go a little bit light on the chapstick this morning," Kennedy said ... "More on the coffee, light on the chapstick, which was probably a wise choice."

True.

Olivia Munn, Eva Longoria, Scarlett Johansson and Ilana Glazer were just some of the stars who showed up for the Women's March in L.A. Saturday to support the movement.

TMZ got several celebs coming and going ... who told us their reasons for joining the demonstrations on a day when millions of women are marching across the country and world.

We also chatted with Yvette Nicole Brown, Connie Britton, Adam Scott and Rachel Platten.

As we reported ... women are marching again this year to speak out against Donald Trump, but also advocate for equality and promote the messages of #MeToo and Time's Up.

Women's March 2018 Back At It ... With Even More Vigor

Women’s March demonstrations are taking place all across America this weekend, and the second annual event is packed with more passion and power ... as the movement has only grown and evolved over the past year.

Marches are being held in New York, D.C., Chicago, L.A., Atlanta, Philly and even in Rome Saturday on the anniversary of Donald Trump's inauguration. Much like 2017, women are speaking out against the Prez, but are also advocating for fair treatment, equal pay, and to end sexual misconduct and harassment amid the #MeToo and #TimesUp movements.

In L.A., several leading ladies delivered emotional speeches to the crowd ... like Viola Davis, Natalie Portman and Scarlett Johansson.

Other celebs marching Saturday include Alyssa Milano, Asia Argento, Eva Longoria, Whoopi Goldberg, Halsey, Yoko Ono, and many others.

Despite being one of its main focuses of criticism, Trump called attention to the Women's March ... saying it's a perfect day to "celebrate the historic milestones and unprecedented economic success and wealth creation" of his presidency.

Pretty sure he missed the point.

Las Vegas Shooting New Pics of Paddock's Room Show Dead Body, Hidden Cams and So Many Guns

Las Vegas Police released new photos of mass murderer Stephen Paddock's room -- including of his dead body -- and they also show how he hid cameras, broke the window, and had countless guns and weapons.

The pics from the October 1 shooting reveal Paddock hid a camera in a food cart outside his hotel room, and also mounted one on the door's peephole ... confirming he was trying to keep an eye out for anyone trying to enter his room.

A close-up shot of the broken window through which Paddock shot his assault rifles is also included in the new photos, along with shots of guns and ammo strewn about his room.

As we reported ... 58 people were killed in the Mandalay Bay shooting.

TOTAL HULKAMANIA, BROTHER!
TMZ.com

Roger Stone has one good reason for floating the idea of Hulk Hogan running for a U.S. Senate seat -- and that reason's sitting in the Oval Office right now.

We got President Trump's former adviser Thursday in NYC and got his reaction to Hulk telling us he's not interested, for now, in a political career -- and he's urging the former wrestler to reconsider.

Roger points out there are plenty of role models to prove there's a place for the Hulkster in D.C. -- Ronald Reagan, Donald Trump and Jesse Ventura.

As for past scandals ... Stone said, history proves Hulk can overcome it.

President Trump Here They Are ... The Fake News Award Winners (Losers)!!!

President Donald Trump came through on presenting "The Fakies" ... his 2017 Fake News Awards. He teased it up as "The Most Dishonest and Corrupt Media Awards of the Year" ... and here are the HUGE winners (losers?) in his words. No shocker, CNN took the most trophies.

- ABC's News' Brian Ross CHOKES and sends markets in a downward spiral in false report.

- CNN FALSELY reported that candidate Donald Trump and his son, Donald Trump Jr., had hacked documents from WikiLeaks.

- TIME FALSELY reported that President Trump removed a bust of Martin Luther King Jr. from the Oval Office.

- The Washington Post FALSELY reported the President's massive sold out rally in Pensacola, Florida was empty. Dishonest reporter showed picture of empty arena HOURS before crowd started pouring in.

- CNN FALSELY edited a video to make it appear President Trump defiantly overfed fish during a visit with the Japanese Prime Minister. Japanese Prime Minister actually led the way with the feed.

- CNN FALSELY reported about Anthony Scaramucci's meeting with a Russian, but retracted it due to a "significant breakdown in process."

- CNN FALSLEY REPORTED that former FBI Director James Comey would dispute President Trump's claim that he was told he was not under investigation.

- The New York Times FALSELY claimed on the front page that the Trump administration had hidden a climate report.

- "RUSSIA COLLUSION!" Russian collusion is perhaps the greatest hoax perpetrated on the American people. THERE IS NO COLLUSION!

N.J. Gov Phil Murphy Sworn In Post-Christie Don't Look Down

GOT YA!

Phil Murphy is officially New Jersey's next governor post-Chris Christie -- but, while he was taking his oath ... the guy's oldest kid was busy honoring "Malcolm in the Middle."

Phil's eldest son, Josh Murphy, flashed the OK sign below his waist for the tail end of his father's swearing-in Tuesday -- which means he was playing the infamous Circle Game.

In case you aren't familiar, the game was made famous by the hit 2000s show in which the characters prank each other by making someone look down at a circle formed below the belt ... which then gives 'em the right to punch the poor sap.

Unclear why Josh did it (a bit too old, no?) ... but, technically, he probably owes most of New Jersey a hard sock to the arm. Us included, actually.

Ashleigh Banfield I Feared Losing My Job Over Calling Out Aziz's Accuser

Ashleigh Banfield's got people on her side, and she's doubling down against Aziz Ansari's accuser ... saying she believes the woman experienced "bad sex" -- not sexual misconduct -- and needed to put on her "big girl pants."

The HLN anchor tells "TMZ Live" ... she was trembling before going on the air to take a stance for what she felt was right, because she's received major professional blowback for speaking her mind in the past.

Fortunately for Ashleigh, she says she's received "almost universal support" in this instance -- including from her employer -- for calling out the anonymous accuser.

As we reported ... Banfield said the accuser's claims were "appalling" and sullied the #MeToo movement. Ashleigh tells us the accuser endangered the progress women have made by blowing a bad date story out of proportion ... so she had to speak out against it.

Donald Trump & Stormy Daniels Trump Chased Her in His Undies ... Stormy's Friend Claims

INTERESTING NIGHT
NBC

Porn star Stormy Daniels told a close friend Donald Trump was in chase mode -- in his underwear -- when they partied together in 2006 .. at least that's what the friend claimed Tuesday morning.

Alana Evans, also an adult film star, was on "Megyn Kelly TODAY" when she described a phone call with Stormy back in 2006. She says Stormy said, "picture this, Donald Trump chasing me around the bedroom in his tighty-whities."

Megyn's audience erupted in laughter, and so did Alana who said the conversation is not the kinda thing you EVER forget.

There are reports Trump's camp paid Stormy $130k to keep quiet about the tryst. The White House has dismissed the claims about Stormy as "old, recycled reports, which were published and strongly denied prior to the election.”

Ashleigh Banfield Aziz's Accuser is 'Appalling' She Just Had a Bad Date

HLN anchor Ashleigh Banfield skewered the woman who publicly attacked Aziz Ansari, saying that she has sullied the #MeToo movement and her remedy was simply to get up and leave his apartment.

Ashleigh called the anonymous accuser's attack "appalling," mocking her comment that the date was the worst night of her life. The anchor said her sexual encounter with Aziz was not sexual assault or harassment ... it was simply an unpleasant date.

Ashleigh goes on to say she had the option to walk out the door rather than continue to engage in sexual contact with him. What's worse, Ashleigh says the woman is gunning to ruin Aziz's life over a bad date.

Missile Alert Japan Pulls a Hawaii ... False Alarm Over North Korea

The good news is Japan is NOT paying close attention to Hawaii anymore.

The country's public broadcaster, NHK, fired off an alert Tuesday warning a North Korean missile was incoming, but it turned out to be a false alarm.

The warning went out to everyone who had the NHK app, and read: "North Korea likely to have launched missile. The government alert: evacuate inside the building or underground." It took about 5 minutes before NHK sent out a follow-up to say it was a false alarm.

Unlike the blunder in Hawaii, Japanese residents have reason to be on edge -- last year North Korea fired 2 missiles over the country.

Hawaii Missile Alert Duck & Cover is Best Advice ... But, Location is Everything

The Hawaiian missile alert instruction to take cover wherever possible isn't an antiquated tip -- it's still the safest response in a real nuke scenario.

As we reported ... Hawaiians got a horrifically false alert Saturday telling them to "seek immediate shelter" due to an incoming missile.

We spoke to Suzet McKinney -- a member of the Science and Security Board of the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists (basically, a nuclear security expert) -- and she defended the advice.

DUCK AND COVER!
TMZ.com

According to McKinney, getting underneath or inside anything that can immediately protect you from loose shrapnel could save your life. Retired Navy Seal Don Mann backs that up and adds, a basement is ideal ... but duck and cover is better than nothing.

Here's the catch ... if you're right next to the blast site, you're kinda toast no matter what you do. So, cross your fingers if this ever really happens.

Hawaii's Missile Alert Human Error During Test Run Caused False Alarm

WHOOPS!!!
Fox News

The morning panic caused in Hawaii when an emergency alert about an incoming ballistic missile was sent to residents' cellphones was the result of a wrong button being pushed ... according to the administrator of the state's emergency management team.

Vern Miyagi just revealed the chain of events that led to the false alarm at 8:07 AM in Hawaii, telling people to seek immediate shelter and "This is not a drill."

Miyagi says there was an employee shift change on his team, and during this time a series of tests were run on the emergency alert system ... but a button was accidentally pressed that triggered the real deal.

He says they were notified of the mistake shortly after and cancelled further messages from going out, but it took several minutes for a message to be sent notifying residents of the error. Miyagi apologized for the confusion and vowed to take steps to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Earlier Saturday, Hawaii Governor David Ige confirmed their was never an actual missile threat and the false alarm was not the work of hackers or a foreign government. He also apologized.

As we reported ... the emergency warning was dispatched to phones Saturday morning, causing mass chaos and fear during these tense times with North Korea.

Hawaii Gets Horrifying Wake-up Call ... Missile Threat False Alarm!!!

Someone or something messed up BIG TIME and sent an emergency alert to phones of Hawaii residents saying there was a ballistic missile threat inbound, but fortunately ... it was a major false alarm.

A little after 8AM in Hawaii, people's phones starting going off with the alert, and this is what they saw:

Yikes. Despite saying "This is not a drill," Hawaii emergency officials have confirmed there is no missile threat and the alert was sent as a mistake.

A follow-up message was sent to Hawaii residents -- albeit 40 minutes later -- to let them know the message was a false alarm.
