Arnold Schwarzenegger I Wear 'Anti-Hate' Message On My Chest

Arnold Schwarzenegger continued his anti-hate campaign, but this time he didn't say a word.

The Terminator sported his "Terminate the Hate" shirt that's being sold around the country. Proceeds go to the Simon Wiesenthal Center -- a major human rights org.

Arnold took son Patrick to lunch as he strolled around, clearly for everyone to catch the message.

Schwarzenegger posted a message to the neo-nazis Thursday night, explaining that those before them went directly to hell for their hateful messages.

Laguna Beach PD to Protesters One False Move and You're Busted!!!

The Laguna Beach PD's not putting up with crap from "America First" protesters this Sunday, and it's got everything to do with Charlottesville -- get out of line, head straight to jail.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Laguna Beach PD has put the word out to the organization ... there is a "zero tolerance policy" for Sunday's rally, where demonstrators will demand tougher border policies. Cops have said they will not give warnings on Sunday ... demonstrators who go where they should not go or break the law by fighting, throwing objects or inciting violence will go to jail.

The cops are making something else clear ... their no tolerance policy applies to all sides ... people demonstrating and people protesting the protesters.

The Department has reviewed other recent demonstrations that got out of hand, and it's concluded that warnings don't nip things in the bud and it's harder to get things back under control.

The LBPD says they are in full support of the First Amendment. People can demonstrate as long as they obey the law and the rules. They want to make sure the town still functions around the demonstration, and anyone who tries to disrupt will get a new set of cuffs.

Barcelona Terrorist Suspect Ranted Recently Against Israel On Facebook

A man allegedly connected to the van attack in Barcelona which killed as many as 13, was recently railing over the Israeli occupation of Palestine.

Driss Oukabir, who has been arrested in connection with the attack, shared a post on July 21 showing graphic photos and video of a child appearing to be manhandled by an Israeli soldier.

The translated caption reads, "Alas! what has happened to our Arabism. Even the children haven't been rescued from the Israeli occupation. Post this video to be watched by the whole people in the world."

The message was posted just days after 2 Israeli officers were killed in a shooting in Jerusalem's Old City.

Oukabir's Facebook profile has just been removed.

Barcelona Terrorist Attack At Least 14 Dead, 80 Injured

5:30 PM PT -- Spanish police are reporting they've killed 4 terror suspects in Cambrils, a town southwest of Barcelona, in yet another attack.

12:57 PM PT -- THERE HAS BEEN A SECOND TERRORIST ATTACK IN BARCELONA. ANOTHER VEHICLE RAN THROUGH A SECURITY CHECKPOINT, STRIKING 2 POLICE OFFICERS. ISIS HAS NOW CLAIMED RESPONSIBILITY FOR BOTH ATTACKS.

11:02 AM PT -- President Trump just condemned the terror attack in Barcelona and added the U.S."will do whatever is necessary to help. Be tough & strong, we love you!"

10:53 AM PT -- Police ID'd Driss Oukabir as one of the suspects involved in the attack.

At least 14 people are dead and over 80 injured after a van plowed through a crowd in Barcelona... and officials are calling it a terrorist attack.

The horrifying incident went down Thursday afternoon near the popular tourist area of Las Ramblas. Police are calling it a "massive trampling" after the van mounted the sidewalk. Video taken at the scene shows bodies littered across the pavement. There's also at least one armed man reportedly holed up in a nearby restaurant.

The harrowing event comes on the heels of last week's Charlottesville attack ... where a white nationalist plowed through a crowd in a Dodge Challenger, killing 1.

Story developing ...

Six Flags Over Texas No Plans to Remove Confederate Flag After Charlottesville Attack

Six Flags Over Texas is standing firm on flying the Confederate States of America flag, despite the uproar post-Charlottesville.

Park officials tell TMZ, they see a fundamental distinction between the flag they fly and the Confederate Battle flag. They say the distinction is that white supremacists and neo-Nazis have adopted the Battle flag and not the banner the theme park waves.

True enough, racists generally embrace the Battle flag, but here's the thing ... both represent exactly the same principle. Both flags flew during the Civil War to represent the fight to preserve slavery.

So, is this a distinction without a difference? It seems so. But reps from Six Flags explain it this way ... park patrons "are astute enough to know the difference." Again, what's the difference? Both flags are an homage to slavery.

In any case ... the Six Flags rep says the flag will continue to fly high over the park.

BTW ... the original stated reason for flying the flag at the theme park was that there are 6 flags that have flown over the state of Texas in its history, and the Confederate States of America flag is one of them.

'Hamilton' Star Maybe Washington, Jefferson Statues Should Come Down

NO STATUE IS SAFE
TMZ.com

"Hamilton" star Leslie Odom Jr. actually thinks President Trump could have a point -- but not in the way Trump thought -- because he thinks removing George Washington and Thomas Jefferson statues is worthy of discussion.

We got the actor -- who famously played Aaron Burr in the smash musical -- at LAX Wednesday and asked about Trump's argument that removing the statue of Robert E. Lee could open the door to 86'ing the famous presidents.

Washington and Jefferson owned slaves ... so, he says fair question.

MOMENT OF SILENCE

Ryan Reynolds led the "Deadpool 2" crew in a moment of silence for the stuntwoman killed on set ... as filming resumed just 48 hours after her death.

We broke the story ... Joi "SJ" Harris died after a motorcycle stunt went terribly wrong during filming on Monday. Reynolds and the rest of the crew had 2 days to mourn her death ... then it was time for him to get back in the suit.

The actor returned to filming in downtown Vancouver, Canada Wednesday ... and was spotted shooting scenes on top of a flipped truck.

As we reported, Harris was a professional racer, and sadly her tragedy serves as a reminder that Hollywood can be dangerous ... but the show goes on.

Charlottesville Car Attack Driver and Rally Organizers Sued By Victims for $3 Mil

James Alex Fields Jr.'s victims are striking back with a huge lawsuit ... and they're going after more white nationalists they believe were responsible for the Charlottesville carnage.

Tadrint and Micah Washington have filed suit against Fields, as well as many organizers of the alt-right rally in Charlottesville Saturday -- including David Duke, Richard Spencer and Jason Kessler. According to the docs ... the Washingtons were in the car into which Fields slammed, causing a violent chain reaction that resulted in the death of 32-year-old Heather Heyer, injuring 19 others.

Tadrint and Micah claim they were not counterprotesters or involved in any events related to the rally, but were simply trying to drive home and were waiting for pedestrians when Fields plowed into them. According to the docs ... they were left with serious injuries and a vehicle covered in blood.

The suit also names several other white nationalist organizations that were present Saturday. The 2 are suing for $3 million for assault and battery, civil conspiracy and negligence.

Fields has been charged with second-degree murder and malicious wounding for the attack.

We reached out to rally organizers named in the suit ... no word back so far.

Donald Trump Back to Blaming Both Sides For Charlottesville Violence

081417_trump_kal
THE LEFT WAS JUST AS BAD

Donald Trump taketh back what he giveth ... he's back to saying there was violence in Charlottesville Saturday on both sides -- left and right.

The President faced reporters at Trump Tower in NYC Tuesday and blamed the "alt-left" as much as the alt-right for the violent showdown.

When he was confronted by a reporter, he hurled an insult and moved on.

Trump scored with one fan ...former KKK leader David Duke just tweeted, "Thank you President Trump for your honesty & courage to tell the truth about #Charlottesville and condemn the leftist terrorists in BLM/Antifa."

LAPD Patrol Cars to Block Terrorist Vehicles From Charlottesville-Type Attacks

The LAPD's not going to let someone use their vehicle as a weapon to mow down innocent people, even if it means creating a barricade of cop cars ... seriously.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... recent attacks in Charlottesville and France -- where people used their cars to kill -- has the LAPD employing the new strategy. We're told when demonstrations go down that could result in violence, the Department will send at least 12 units to block off the area to traffic, using cop cars to form a barricade. The mantra ... no cars near demonstrators.

The Dept. will also contact the organizations behind the demonstrations in advance, to set guidelines and boundaries. As one source put it, "Crowd management is better than crowd control."

Cops will monitor social media for warning signs of dangerous activity or potential conflicts that could arise at the gathering.

The plan is to always hope for the best ... but prepare for the worst.

Donald Trump Belatedly Condemns White Supremacists by Name

SPEAKING TO THE NATION
Fox News

Donald Trump finally caved to the public pressure by condemning white supremacist groups at the center of the violence in Charlottesville.

Trump announced Monday from The White House a civil rights investigation has been launched by the Department of Justice surrounding the terrorist attack.

The Prez called out white supremacists by name, saying ... "Racism is evil. And those who cause violence in its name are criminals and thugs, including the KKK, neo-Nazis, white supremacists and other hate groups that are repugnant to everything we hold dear as Americans."

Trump took enormous heat over the weekend when he condemned the violence and bigotry in Charlottesville from "many sides" but failed to specifically mention white supremacists.

2 days of backlash makes a world of difference, apparently.

Seattle Protesters Pepper Sprayed By Cops ... Silly String Starts It

BATTLE IN SEATTLE
@itsmikebivins

The pepper spray is already flying in Seattle as protesters have started to clash with police the day after chaos in Charlottesville ... and it seems to have been initiated by silly string.

Two rallies got underway in Seattle Sunday -- one which was pro-Trump (which also included alt-right members) called "The Freedom Rally" and another anti-Trump one called "Solidarity Against Hate" -- which had remained relatively peaceful until moments ago ... when one group of protesters shot silly string at cops.

You see the police react by pepper spraying the crowd -- most of whom appear to be "Solidarity" protesters. You also see explosions going off in the midst of the clash ... although it's unclear who set them off.

There are reports of fireworks being used against police, and footage from the streets seems to confirm that account.

This latest melee comes a day after chaos and death in Charlottesville ... where one woman was killed after a man allegedly plowed his car into a crowd.

Omarosa at NABJ Tries Stealing April Ryan's Thunder ... She Denies Stirring the Pot

Omarosa's spat with an NABJ moderator spilled onto their guest of honor, April Ryan, when President Trump's aide allegedly tried stealing her thunder ... but her camp denies that.

Sources present close to April -- the White House correspondent who was awarded Journalist of the Year at the National Association of Black Journalists this weekend -- tell TMZ Omarosa continued her campaign of disruption during April's celebration.

We're told after her heated onstage exchange Friday with journalist and moderator Ed Gordon, Omarosa cornered CNN commentator Symone Sanders and verbally accosted her for talking trash on social media, suggesting Omarosa shouldn't have been there at all.

Other eyewitnesses tell us at some point Friday when April was being honored, Omarosa decided to crash the hotel bar where April and her friends were celebrating ... sitting at a table nearby as an intimidation tactic.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Fellow journalist Jarrett Hill posted a clip of himself making a toast, with a caption vowing not to allow Omarosa to steal April's thunder.

Sources close to Omarosa deny this account ... telling us she had no idea April was celebrating there and her presence simply happened by chance. The sources did not explain why Omarosa stayed.

Omarosa and April used to be pals before politics divided them.

Alt-Right Leader Chased from His Own Presser ... After Charlottesville Chaos

A leader of the alt-right group that protested in Charlottesville this weekend tried holding a press conference the day after the chaos ... but had to flee before finishing.

Jason Kessler -- an organizer of 'Unite the Right' -- was chased away from his own presser Sunday as he tried denouncing the violence in Charlottesville on Saturday, while blaming law enforcement, the local government and counter-protesters for the bloodshed.

In prepared remarks, Kessler said cops and local gov officials failed to protect both groups from hurting each other, and went on to say the media failed to show that counter-protesters were the ones who incited the violence against his white supremacist followers.

He didn't get to the end of the speech ... 'cause he had to be rushed away by police from a mob that was coming after him. Kessler took to Twitter afterward to denounce what he called an infringement on his free speech.

The violence in Chartlottesville left one civilian -- Heather Heyer -- dead when she and a number of others were plowed into by a car ... the driver of which was later apprehended and charged. 2 officers also died in a helicopter crash while monitoring the protests.

3:30 PM PT -- The Charlottesville police chief says the victim killed was a 32-year-old woman who was crossing an intersection. The driver -- a male -- was captured moments after attempting to flee the scene of the crime. He's in police custody, and charges are expected for criminal homicide.

The chief says at least 35 people total were injured Saturday as the result of "premeditated violence" -- including 19 from the car plowing into the crowd of protesters. He says the injuries range from life-threatening to minor.

1:30 PM PT -- A state official says the driver of the car that plowed into protesters is in custody.

12:30 PM PT -- Charlottesville Mayor Mike Signer says 1 person has died from the car crashing into the crowd. Health officials say 20 patients were taken to UVA Medical Center with injuries and confirm one death.

Multiple outlets are reporting the pedestrians who were struck were protesters of the white nationalists' rally.

A car plowed into a group of people in Charlottesville causing bodies to go flying ... then floored it in reverse away and appeared to drive off.

Be warned -- the video is graphic. It looks like a van is slowly driving down a street with a silver car following, and then out of nowhere a gray Dodge Challenger smashes into the silver car ... causing a violent chain reaction.

Another angle of the gray car plowing into the crowd suggests it was a deliberate hit and run.

It's unclear if the people struck by the car were part of the alt-right rally or protesters or both ... but you hear someone in the first video yell, "That nazi drove into people!" Multiple injuries have been reported.

Alt-Right Rally State of Emergency Declared Chaos in Charlottesville

A "Unite the Right" rally in downtown Charlottesville has been met with protesters, and so much violence erupted ... the governor declared a state of emergency.

Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe made the declaration Saturday morning amid clashes between white nationalists and thousands of protesters. City officials deemed the rally an "unlawful assembly" and state police equipped with riot gear cleared Emancipation Park.

Video of the violence shows brawls, tear gas being used and people holding weapons. Several arrests have been made and so far at least 2 people have reportedly been injured.

This comes on the heels of an alt-right march in Charlottesville Friday night, which was met with opposition by hundreds of UVA students. The white nationalists are rallying to oppose a plan to remove a statue of Robert E. Lee from the park.
