Borderline Bar and Grill -- the scene of Wednesday night's massacre -- plans to reopen its doors once the police investigation is complete ... TMZ has learned.

Troy Slaten, attorney for Borderline owner Brian Hynes, tells us they'll absolutely open again for business. He says Hynes continues to work with law enforcement as they investigate the mass shooting -- but eventually they're going to open.

He says they don't have a timetable yet as to when that will be.

As you know, retired Marine Ian Long stormed the bar and killed 12 during College Country Night before police shot and killed him. Witnesses and first responders described the scene inside the bar as incredibly disturbing and blood-soaked.

Eric Wynalda -- the former soccer star who was once the all-time leading scorer for the USMNT -- says his home just burned down in the California wildfires ... and he had to watch it on live TV.

Flames have ravaged Southern California since Thursday afternoon ... and Wynalda says his house was one of the casualties of the destruction.

In fact ... the former MLS star tells the San Diego Union-Tribune he had to watch it burn down on a local news station after he evacuated early Friday morning.

"We lost our home but we are safe," Wynalda confirmed on his Twitter page ... "You can rebuild homes, replace belongings, you can’t replace life. We cannot forget that now more than ever."

"Please support the ones who need it the most and continue to honor those who serve to keep us safe. Count your blessings folks- I am."

Wynalda retired from the USMNT as the all-time leading scorer (34 goals in 106 appearances) ... and held the record until Landon Donovan caught it back in 2007.

Only Lil Pump could make a mandatory wildfire evacuation a recreational activity -- and he did it as the flames were racing into his backyard.

Pump was still in his Calabasas home on Friday afternoon when he started feeling the heat, and decided it was time to get the hell out. The 18-year-old rapper threw a bunch of his stuff in large plastic containers as he got ready to leave.

Just watch how he used giant spiral staircase to get all his stuff downstairs -- turning the evacuation into more of a carnival game. Hardly the adult approach, but it was efficient.

Pump got a rude awakening though when he saw the fire had reached his property, and bolted in his ride ... shirt off for some reason. In any event ... looks like he's safe.

Singer August Alsina posted a video of his own backyard with flames getting dangerously close to his home. He evacuated the property.

No confusing ending to figure out here ... "Westworld" is up in flames, or at least one of the sets where it's shot is ... courtesy of the SoCal wildfires.

The Western Town set at Paramount Ranch was engulfed Friday by the Woolsey Fire. By all accounts, the flames have burned the whole area beyond recognition. The set is one of the main filming locations for the HBO series.

Authorities say the fire has destroyed all the buildings on set, and firefighters have been getting anywhere near the location. Dozens of nearby homes in the area have also been torched.

12:15 PM PT -- Our sources say Long posted the same message on his Instagram and Facebook, "I hope people call me insane .. wouldn't that just be a big ball of irony? Yeah ... I'm insane, but the only thing you people do after these shootings is "hopes and prayers" .. or "keep you in my thoughts" ... every time ... and wonder why these keep happening ..."

The shooter who terrorized college students at Borderline Bar & Grill was shockingly on social media as he shot a dozen people dead, and, based on what we now know, it sounds like they were revenge killings.

Law enforcement sources tell us Ian Long held a gun in one hand and his phone in the other, posting messages on his Instagram during Wednesday night's massacre.

Our sources say investigators discovered the messages on Long's page several hours after the shooting and contacted Instagram to delete his page. We don't know precisely what he was saying, but it appears he had a grudge he was carrying out.

A former classmate of Long's tells TMZ, Long was bullied in high school. She says his fellow students made fun of him because he had a lazy eye, and it affected him deeply. The classmate says a lot of those students go to that bar on Wednesday nights. She says he knew some of the people who teased him would be there.

We're told he was a regular at the bar, usually keeping to himself ... grabbing a beer and sitting at the bar.

As we reported, Long served in Afghanistan from 2010 to 2011 as a decorated member of the Marines. His classmate says Long suffered serious PTSD after his tour and tried to get help from therapists and doctors. We're told he also reached out to the military for help, but his mental health was in bad shape.

1:05 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, April has received at least 2 serious threats. The first one came in September ... someone emailed her and said, "Your not black. Your a loser with a big mouth that need slapped. If I ever see you, you're slap is coming. Go eat more s***."

The other came last month. April got a letter from a guy who claimed to be an ex-Army Ranger. He said, "I know who you are; what you look like; where you work; where you live, and what you drive ... so I think I'll pay you a visit soon. Trust me -- it will be the worst day of your life!"

April Ryan has security to protect her from the crazies who might actually view her as an "enemy of the people" ... after a series of verbal attacks by President Donald Trump.

April appeared Thursday on "TMZ Live," and we asked if she was receiving death threats after Trump rudely told her to sit down when she tried asking a question about voter suppression. It's the latest Trump attack against the American Urban Radio Networks Correspondent.

April didn't want to talk about specific threats, but made it clear she has a security team in place, which seems to be a reality of life for White House Correspondents who raise the President's ire.

Ryan made it clear ... she doesn't live in fear and will not back down ... but she's clearly taking precautions.

Congressman Gerry Connolly says CNN White House Correspondent Jim Acosta was set up by Donald Trump ... set up to humiliate him during Wednesday's news conference.

We got Connolly in D.C. Thursday and he seemed certain, there was a script behind the move by an intern to grab the mic Acosta was holding after the fiery exchange with the Prez.

Trump went full bore on Acosta, telling him he was a terrible person and unfit to cover The White House. By the way, Acosta's been covering 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. for the last 5 years.

While ripping into Acosta, Trump accused him of being extremely rude to Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders. There's no denying Sarah and Jim have gone to battle several times during press briefings -- with the fireworks frequently going off live on the web and TV.

11:30 AM PT -- The CEO, along with the President of FOX News, released a joint statement, saying, "The incident that took place at Tucker's home last night was reprehensible. The violent threats and intimidation tactics toward him and his family are completely unacceptable."

The statement continues, "We as a nation have become far too intolerant of different points of view. Recent events across our country clearly highlight the need for a more civil, respectful, and inclusive national conversation. Those of us in the media and in politics bear a special obligation to all Americans, to find common ground."

FOX News Channel's Tucker Carlson's home came under siege Wednesday night while he was at work, as his wife was left alone to fend for herself.

Tucker's wife, Susie, called cops around 6:30 PM ET to report a mob that had formed outside the Carlson home in D.C. Several people in the crowd started banging on the front door.

According to a police report, obtained by TMZ, the mob was chanting loudly with a bullhorn. Susie retreated to a rear room in the house and dialed 911. When police arrived, cops say they found around 20 people who had sprayed an anarchy symbol on the driveway.

Video obtained from outside the home shows the group chanting, "Racist scum bag, leave town." The group has reportedly been identified as an Antifa-affiliated group called Smash Racism DC.

Aside from the anarchy symbol, cops say they also found multiple signs posted on cars in Tucker's driveway and the front door that made reference to his political affiliation -- Republican.

Tucker was not home at the time of the incident ... it's unclear if his and Susie's 4 children were home. He recently said he avoids eating out because he doesn't want people confronting him.

We've seen quite a lot of that lately within the GOP ... from Mitch McConnell to Senator Cruz, and others.

French Montana wants people across the globe to embrace immigration and universal health care, and he's spreading his message of peace and love throughout the Middle East.

The rapper wears his immigrant status on his sleeve in a series of GQ covers across the region, with the images aiming to promote peace.

French touches on everything from immigration to health care ... telling the mag, "immigration means everything to me. It means hope, it means faith, it means a voice for the people that come from different places and build a country."

FM also has a strong stance on health care ... saying it should be a right and not a privilege.

Beto O'Rourke is steeped in politics, but that doesn't mean he has to be politically correct, because he dropped the F-bomb during his concession speech and it may actually work to his benefit down the line.

Beto fired up the crowd during his concession speech and boasted his campaign wasn't contaminated by political action committees. A lot of times, politicians try to sound off-the-cuff but it's actually very, very studied ... in his case, if he planned to drop the F-bomb you coulda fooled us.

He may be down, but he ain't out ... there's a groundswell to make him the guy to challenge Trump in 2020.

Laura Ingraham is rubbing it in Taylor Swift's face after the candidate the singer backed for the United States Senate lost his race in Tennessee.

Laura shaded Taylor on Twitter, telling her to #shakeitoff after Rep. Marsha Blackburn beat out former Gov. Phil Bredesen to win an important Senate seat for the GOP.

As we reported ... Taylor got political for the first time, going to bat for Bredesen and saying she could not in her right conscience vote for Blackburn, who's been seen at rallies in support of President Trump.

Seems Laura was waiting to ambush Taylor on social media ... the FOX News host fired off the snarky Tweet minutes after the network called the election in Blackburn's favor.

Russell Crowe is pulling a Christian Bale ... fully immersing himself in his role as late Fox News chief Roger Ailes, and doing such a great job at it, you'd never recognize him on the street.

Crowe was seen shooting Tuesday in NYC for the upcoming limited TV series, "The Loudest Voice in the Room." As you can see, Crowe's makeup team is on point ... perfectly transforming him into the controversial media mogul, who died in 2017 after taking a serious fall.

The change reminds us of what Bale did to play former Veep Dick Cheney.

Ailes is a hot commodity in Hollywood. There's also a feature film about him in production which stars Charlize Theron as Ailes' nemesis, Megyn Kelly.

John Lithgow is playing Ailes in that movie, but we haven't seen him in full makeup yet.

6:25 PM PT -- Tennyson's attorney, Daniel Nottes, tells TMZ ... "It's devastating to hear about this tragedy. Mr. Tennyson was a loving father and an overall prince of a man." He adds that Tennyson's child custody case with Angela regarding their 2-year-old is now over -- she will get sole custody, and it's sad his son will grow up without a father.

8:10 AM PT -- The Atlanta PD tells TMZ, they responded to a "shots fired" call at Sutton's home. Officers found him dead in his garage with multiple gunshot wounds. It now seems it was NOT a home invasion. Cops say Sutton was talking in the driveway with another man when the conversation escalated and he was shot. The suspect fled in a car.

Angela Simmons says she's hurting bad in the wake of her baby daddy's murder.

Angela is reeling from the death of ex-fiance, Sutton Tennyson, who was shot and killed Saturday at his home. It appears his death was the result of a home invasion robbery.

Angela and Sutton have a 2-year-old son, Sutton Jr., and with that she took some solace, saying, "Thank you for leaving behind my greatest gift. I'm hurting. I'm numb."

Angela went on ... "Thank you for the outpouring of love everyone. I can't believe I'm even saying Rest in Peace Sutton. I promise to hold SJ down in every way I promise."

Sutton and Angela called off their engagement in 2017.

The man who made death threats against Don Lemon last year will not have to answer for his harassment, 'cause prosecutors say he's too small of a fish ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... prosecutors in NY have declined to file charges against the self-proclaimed white nationalist and Trump supporter who tweeted multiple ominous messages at him last October -- stuff like, "F*** you n***** can't wait to stab your neck."

The reason? We're told the resources authorities would have to use to prosecute the guy far outweigh the potential punishment. Our sources say the man's behavior amounted to misdemeanor harassment ... which would've gotten him a maximum sentence of a year in jail. Translation ... it's just not worth it.

We broke the story ... Don went to the cops last year to report messages the man sent him on Twitter, such as ... "U r a pile of rotting Dogshit,racist,communist, socialist, Liberal moron asshole,i will find u U will pay.ill see u real soon..."

We're told prosecutors reached out to Don a couple of weeks ago to tell him their decision, and our sources say the CNN host couldn't have been more cordial or appreciative.

Jillian Barberie has the most awesome way of saying, "F**k cancer" -- on the heels of announcing she's been diagnosed with breast cancer, she's celebrating her girls ... and yes, that means her boobs.

The former Fox personality -- for "Good Day LA" and FOX NFL -- tweeted Thursday ... just as she got the news ... that she had cancer in one breast, and it had spread to her lymph nodes. Jillian said she was going to share her journey with all her fans on social media.

True to form, Jillian tweeted Friday about her plans for a double mastectomy, and said her boobs had served her well. As JB put it, "They were real and spectacular and fed two babies!! Time to say farewell next Friday." She included a bunch of throwback bikini pics. Gotta love her spirit.

Jillian says she's having surgery next Friday, and will have reconstructive surgery later.

President Trump just drew the line in the sand ... if the immigrants who are marching to the U.S. border throw rocks at our troops they will be shot.

Trump said throwing rocks is like shooting firearms. He noted some of the immigrants in the caravan threw rocks at Mexican troops at the Mexican border, and it hurt some of the troops.

Trump says he hopes our troops won't have to shoot, but he made it clear ... if they throw rocks -- to him, that's a deadly weapon and our soldiers can react with firepower.

The marchers are around 900 miles from the U.S. border.
