A-Rod I Might Drop $3.2 Mil On My Own White House

A-Rod likes things that are white -- his Yankee Uniform, his girlfriend, and apparently houses -- because the 90210 crib A-Rod might buy is a $3.2 million, all-white abode ... TMZ has learned.

Our real estate sources tell us the Beverly Hills house A-Rod and his girlfriend Torrie Wilson perused Thursday is a serious contender to be the MLB star's next purchase.

And from the pics it's clear the 2,566 square-foot house is very, very, very white ... white polymer floors, white walls, white cabinets and all white bathrooms.

Other than white, the house is also rockin' 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, fire lit lounge and awesome city views.

That city being L.A. ... not NYC.

A-Rod & Torrie Wilson House Hunting in the 90210

Alex Rodriguez may be done with New York, because he and his wrestler girlfriend Torrie Wilson were spotted house hunting in Beverly Hills on Thursday.

While he's out shopping for new West Coast digs, the Yankee third baseman is still trying to unload his ginormous Miami palace for $38 million.

Everyone wants to know where A-Rod is going to call home next year.

A-Rod Gets Shady With GF Torrie Wilson

Despite allegedly flirting with a couple of hot babes sitting near the dugout last week, current NY Yankee Alex Rodriguez was spotted out and in good graces with his wrestler girlfriend Torrie Wilson in Miami on Monday.

Wearing similar his and hers aviator sunglasses, A-Rod and Torrie looked like ever the happy couple after having lunch and shopping together.

If you recall, Alex allegedly hit on the ladies -- with the help of a bat boy -- during the American League playoffs by having them write down their phone number on a baseball.

The 37-year-old former superstar really needs to work on his game.

Derek Jeter Two Huge NFL Stars Vouch for Ankle Doctor

Derek Jeter made the RIGHT MOVE by trusting his busted ankle to Dr. Robert Anderson ... so says two NFL superstars who tell TMZ Anderson was able to bring them back from some MAJOR foot injuries.

We spoke with Houston Texans QB Matt Schaub ... who went under Anderson's knife over the summer to repair Lisfranc injury (displaced bones) in his right foot.

Schaub tells us ... "Jeter is in great hands ... Dr. Anderson is the best in the business at what he does."

In fact, Schaub says Anderson exceeded his expectations when it came to recovery time -- "Everything was on schedule, and even ahead of schedule."

Schaub also had some words of wisdom for DJ -- "[Jeter] should follow all procedures that he's told and don't worry about anything ... [he] will be even better after the procedure than he was before going in.”

New York Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw says he also owes his career to Dr. Anderson -- telling TMZ the doc was able to treat him for multiple foot injuries ... and he hasn't lost a step.

"I had the greatest experience ... his staff around him is top of the line ... but to have the best doctor in the world, it's even more comforting."

So far, the extent of Jeter's ankle injury is unclear -- but he's scheduled to undergo surgery Saturday in Charlotte, NC.

Derek Jeter Fractures Ankle Done for the Season

New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter fractured his ankle during last night's loss to the Detroit Tigers and will miss the remainder of the playoffs.

The Captain suffered the injury trying to make a diving play in the 12th inning. He is expected to be sidelined for the next three months, where he will be presumably be waited on hand and foot by the hottest women anyone has ever seen.

Game 2 of the series is today at 4:00 PM ET and it will mark the first playoff game the Yankees have played since 1995 without Jeter. In case you forgot what 1995 was like, here are a few things that didn't exist back then:

Jeter's injury isn't expected to be career threatening, but we gotta ask ...

Derek Jeter to Alex Rodriguez I Sold My Condo for $15 Mil ... How's Your Week Going?

While Alex Rodriguez keeps striking out, Derek Jeter strikes gold ... because he just unloaded his NYC condo for a cool $15.5 mil.

Jeter just sold his penthouse in the Trump World Tower to Brazilian magnate Silvio Luiz Reichert, says the NY Daily News. The four-bedroom apartment has 16-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, a living room, billiards room, piano lounge, wet bar, hardwood floors and an actual word-burning fireplace.

D.J. originally asked for $20 mil, but dropped the price and sealed the deal last month. Fear not ... there are no cardboard boxes in Derek's future, because he still owns a giant mansion in Tampa.

As for A-Rod, he's still trying to dump his $38 million Miami mansion. So far, no takers. Maybe he should call Raul Ibanez.

Red Sox Emotional 9/11 Tribute Before Yankees Game

Famed rivals the New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox will set aside their differences tonight before kicking off a 3-game series -- honoring the victims of 9/11 with an emotional tribute before Game 1 at Fenway.

A rep for the Red Sox tells TMZ, the home team has planned a special 9/11 remembrance ceremony that will occur before the game, including a moment of silence.

The rep says families who lost loved ones on 9/11 will be on the field for the ceremony.

The Boston Fire Department will act as color guard for the National Anthem -- performed by the Boston Fire Acapella Quartet (badass) -- and the flag will be presented by reps from the Boston PD, the Boston FD, and the Boston EMT.

Meanwhile, New York's other team (the Mets, in case you forgot) will be wearing special commemorative hats at tonight's game against the Nationals -- honoring the NYPD, FDNY, EMTs, and Port Authority Police Department.

Never forget.

A-Rod Sure, Take My Miami Palace ... for $38 Million

Alex Rodriguez is putting his time on the NY Yankees disabled list to good use ... by jumping in the real estate game and unloading his GIANT Miami mansion for a whopping $38,000,000. Cha-ching!

A-Rod bought the super modern crib back in 2010 -- while it was still under construction -- for a reported $24 mil. But now he's looking to sell off the 20,000-square-foot pad and make a cool profit at the same time.

The 9-bedroom, 11-bath beachfront estate is freaking AMAZING if you've got the cash. It offers 275 ft. of water frontage, a home theater, a heated pool, gym, rooftop deck, an elevator AND a 3,000 square-foot sports room complete with a batting cage.

Hey, even McKayla Maroney would be impressed.

Mariano Rivera Shagging Injury Threatens Career of Yankees Star

NY Yankees pitcher Mariano Rivera -- the greatest closer in baseball history -- could be done for ever after tearing his ACL in a freak injury Thursday night.

Mo twisted his right knee while shagging (baseball term, not the British one) fly balls during batting practice before the Yankees' game in Kansas City. He immediately crumpled to the ground holding the knee ... and had to be removed from the field on a cart.

According to the Yankees, an MRI revealed the torn ACL -- and he'll most likely be out for the rest of the season. 42-year-old Rivera has 608 saves -- the most of all-time -- and is a lock for the Hall of Fame. Even before the injury, Yankees fans were terrified he might retire after this season.

After the game a reporter asked Mariano if he would return next season -- and while fighting tears he responded, "At this point...I don't know. We have to face this first."

Derek Jeter Orders 'Bronx' Take Out ... for Game in Baltimore

If Derek Jeter goes 4-for-4 in Baltimore tonight ... it might have something to do with the awesome home cooking he ordered up from a local restaurant -- owned by Bronx native Chazz Palminteri.

New York Yankees sources tell us Jetes and fellow Bronx Bomber, Andruw Jones, were jonesin' for classic NY style pizza this afternoon ... and found it at Chazz: A Bronx Original.

We're told Jeter and Jones walked into the Baltimore hot spot ... and placed a Ruthian sized order: coal-fired burrata pizza, chicken parm, veal meatballs and shrimp over polenta!

Before the Yanks took their order to go they posed with a staffer ... and Palminteri -- writer and star of "A Bronx Tale" -- called to wish 'em good luck in tonight's game against the Orioles.

Jeter got 4 hits last night against the O's. So ... 5-for-5, anyone?

4:10PM PT Jeter just crushed a lead-off homer deep to centerfield to start the game.

NY Yankees Star Major Trampoline Injury Threatens Career

NY Yankees pitcher Joba Chamberlain's comeback has been crushed ... thanks to a gruesome trampoline accident at a kid's play center yesterday.

Chamberlain was jumping with his son at a center in Tampa, Florida ... when he came down wrong on his right foot ... causing severe damage to his ankle.

There are conflicting reports about the severity of the injury -- some media outlets are saying the bone was protruding through the skin and there was lots of blood. Others say Joba simply twisted the ankle.

Either way, Chamberlain had surgery last night ... and the MLB star is currently recovering.

It's just another setback for Joba ... who missed almost all of last season with an elbow injury.

Ex-Yankees Pitcher Check Out My BABE RUTH TATTOO!

Former New York Yankees pitcher David Wells is so obsessed with the great Babe Ruth, he got himself a tattoo of the Bambino across his pitching arm.

Wells' infatuation with the Babe is famous -- he once wore a $35,000 Babe Ruth hat while pitching in an MLB game -- and last night outside of Boa, we got a peek at the art ... a depiction of Wells pitching to The Babe.

Hideki Irabu Death Certificate 'Self-Inflicted with Rope'

The death certificate for former New York Yankees pitcher Hideki Irabu has been filed in Los Angeles ... in which his official cause of death is listed as "hanging ... self-inflicted with rope."

42-year-old Irabu was found dead in his California home last month.

According to the certificate, the Japanese-born ball player was married at the time of his death. He also had two children.

Ex-Yankees Pitcher HIDEKI IRABU SUICIDE BY HANGING SUSPECTED

Former New York Yankees pitcher Hideki Irabu was found dead yesterday in his California home -- and law enforcement sources tell TMZ, it appears he committed suicide by hanging himself. We're told a friend found him.

L.A. County Coroner is still trying to locate next of kin.

Hideki played for the Yankees, Expos, and Rangers -- last pitching in the big leagues in 2002. He won World Series rings with the Yanks in 1998 and 1999.

Irabu was 42.

Giuliani Ousted For Obama

Usually it's considered common courtesy to give up your seat to a woman -- but Rudy Giuliani was reportedly none too pleased when he had to vacate his prized spot at Yankee Stadium ... to the First Lady.

The former mayor of New York City always sits near the Yankee dugout, but according to Page Six he was relegated to sit behind the photographers' box for Game 1 of the World Series because Michelle Obama was given the seats instead.

The paper says it was the White House that didn't want Giuliani near Obama, but get this: Michelle didn't even sit in the seats because of the weather and they remained unoccupied for the whole game.

Giuliani got his seat back for Game 2, which the Yankees won.

Congressman Trash Talks Beyonce, Jay-Z

The Phillies dominated the Yankees last night -- and according to this PA congressman, not even the combined powers of Beyonce, Jay-Z, Kate Hudson and all the celebrity Yankees fans in the universe can help them pull ahead.

0-yt2435k0

We got Robert Brady (D-PA) -- the same guy who issued The Mohawk Challenge -- today in DC, where he said having hardcore athletic support from celebs is great and all, but "How many home runs did Kate Hudson hit?"

The man has a point...
