Sam Pounds, who collaborated with Liam Payne on the singer's final single, has decided not to release the track ... days after announcing his plans to do so.

The musician, who is known for producing music for Jamie Foxx and Wiz Khalifa, posted on X his new plan regarding the unreleased single, titled "Do No Wrong" ... noting he'd like the late One Direction star's family to make the decision when or if the tune sees the light of day.

He wrote ... "Today I’m deciding to hold 'Do No Wrong' and leave those liberties up to all family members. I want all proceeds go to a charity of their choosing (or however they desire)."

Police in England say 18-year-old suspect Axel Rudakubana is charged with producing the deadly poison ricin, and having an Al-Qaeda jihad training manual in his possession.

Cops say they found the ricin and the Al-Qaeda manual in searches of Rudakubana's home following the July Southport stabbings. Ricin, derived from castor bean plants, is considered one of the world's deadliest toxins.

Adidas and Kanye West reportedly reached an out-of-court settlement 2 years after facing off in a number of lawsuits.

The sportswear company’s CEO, Bjørn Gulden, who oversees the Germany-based business, issued the update in a conference call with reporters Tuesday ... sharing a resolution has been reached after Adidas ended its working relationship with Ye over his past antisemitic comments.

The CEO reportedly said there are no more open issues, "and there is no … money going either way, and we both move on."

Kamala Harris' campaign is rolling out its biggest advertisement a week before the election -- literally -- by taking over one of the most famous entertainment venues in the world.

Team Harris-Walz tells TMZ ... the campaign will be running an ad on the exterior of the Sphere in Las Vegas, referred to as the Exosphere. We're told this will launch today and will continue through Election Day. Although it's not live yet, we've obtained a first look at what you can expect at the Sphere.

10/29/24 6:52 AM PT -- Attorney Shawn Holley is strongly denying allegations Tory Lanez brought in an ethics complaint he filed with the State Bar of California last week.

TMZ has learned of a letter sent by Holley's counsel to the State Bar in November 2023 ... saying in no uncertain terms that Holley "has no relationship whatsoever with Roc Nation." The letter goes on to emphasize "Ms. Holley has never represented Roc Nation, nor has Roc Nation ever been a client of our law firm."

Sunny Hostin is putting Donald Trump on blast ... after he did not condemn one comedian's anti-Puerto Rico rhetoric at his rally over the weekend.

ICYMI ... comedian Tony Hinchcliffe spoke at the Republican nominee's rally at Madison Square Garden in NYC Sunday, where he called the U.S. territory "a floating island of garbage." Trump has yet to directly condemn the comments and noticeably did not address the remarks when taking the stage hours later.

Though, a senior campaign adviser did note that the "joke does not reflect the views of President Trump."

With the premiere of the musical movie less than a month away, the "Wicked" flick has given another glimpse behind the curtain of the making of this saga ... including footage of Ariana and Cynthia belting their hearts out on set.
