TMZ Hip Hop caught up with The LOX rapper on Friday, the eve of his first-ever Plant-Based BBQ, going down in his hometown at the Nepperhan Community Center in Yonkers, New York tomorrow.

The event is free and open to the public and loaded with healthy food and juice options -- the clear focus of his Farma Cares mission is to educate the uninformed about the danger they could do to their health by eating the wrong things.

The Slipknot DJ stopped by "TMZ Live" Friday to discuss his recent up close and personal encounter with a fire that heavily burned his arms and face in Iowa ... telling us he didn't take as many safety measures as he should have.

Wilson says he knew to keep the gas can away from the fire, to park his vehicle far away from the flames and a host of other fire safety tricks ... but, he got too impatient and didn't put enough distance between himself and the fire.

Travis Scott won't have any worries next time he decides to party in Miami Beach ... his trespassing charge -- the last remnant of his wild arrest back in June -- has been dropped!!!

A source close to the prosecutor's office tells us the charge has been dropped ... Travis and his legal counsel previously argued there were no clear "no trespassing" signs to determine he was out of bounds, and looks like that was enough to convince prosecutors to drop the case.

Scott's attorney Bradford Cohen tells TMZ Hip Hop … “After arguing the motion to dismiss and the state realizing that there was no path to maintaining the charge, they decided to drop the case in its entirety.  Although not a serious charge, and one that should not have been filed, we are pleased with the result.”
