Celine Dion's saying Donald Trump using her songs will not go on ... putting out a statement saying she didn't authorize Trump to use "My Heart Will Go On," -- and questioning his song selection.

The singer-songwriter's management company put out a statement just minutes ago ... saying they found out DJT and his running mate J.D. Vance played a clip of Celine singing the "Titanic" theme at their Montana rally.

They're making it clear ... Celine didn't give them permission to play it, and she's not endorsing political candidates to use her song.

First up on "TMZ Live," Harvey and Charles have the latest on the arrests in the foiled terror plot that was allegedly targeting Taylor's Vienna concerts.

Jay-Z is staking legal claim to the master recordings of his iconic debut album ... and it's a "buyer beware" notice, of sorts, to anyone getting ready to drop more than $1 million to buy Damon Dash's share of Roc-A-Fella Records.

TMZ Hip Hop has learned Jay's attorneys just made a legal filing that might normally fly under the radar, but here's why it's suddenly very relevant. As we first reported, Dame's third of Roc-A-Fella is going up for auction later this month, and the label's only real asset is Jay-Z's 1996 album, "Reasonable Doubt."

While Roc-A-Fella currently holds the copyright on the record and all its tracks ... Jay's attorneys have now filed notice that those rights will revert to one Shawn Carter/"Jay-Z" in 2031.

Kanye West turned his album release party into a fun family outing ... not only bringing a couple of his kids out with him -- but hanging with Bianca Censori's siblings too.

The rapper hit the Delta Center in Salt Lake City Friday night with Ty Dolla $ign for their "Vultures 2" album release party ... and, sitting stageside next to his better half were his sisters -- Angelina and Alyssia.

Morgan Wallen made quite the splash in Nevada Friday ... doing one of his customary walkouts with a couple of major celebs -- Tom Brady and Mike Tyson.

Wallen was flanked on either side by the NFL great and boxing legend at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, where he performed Friday night during a stop on his country music tour.

Check out the video ... the trio kicked things off inside a tunnel, where Morgan gave a huge hug to Brady before shaking hands with Tyson and embracing him.

Travis Scott has been released from a Paris jail and no charges have been filed for an alleged assault ... TMZ has learned.

As TMZ reported, Travis was arrested early Friday at a fancy hotel in the Olympic City, after getting into a fight with his bodyguard. A hotel security guard stepped in to break up the fight, and the hotel claims Travis attacked him. He was arrested and taken to jail.

Now Travis' rep tells TMZ ... "Travis Scott has been released with no charges." We're told there are no plans for him to be charged in the future, although we have not been able to confirm this with Paris prosecutors.

Major celebrities are working behind the scenes to secure prominent appearances at the upcoming Democratic National Convention ... but the Kamala Harris campaign isn't accommodating everyone ... for fear of making the DNC feel too Hollywood.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … the Harris-Walz campaign wants to be smart about celebrity involvement, and is working hard to avoid the Chicago-based DNC being painted as a "Hollywood liberal elite" event.

Some of Taylor Swift's fans in London have been bounced from their Wembley Stadium seats ... raising questions in the wake of the thwarted terrorist plot in Vienna.

The concert has been planned for months. The 500,000 people who will be attending the 5 concerts beginning next Thursday thought their seats were secure. But a number of fans have been notified they will not get the seats they thought they were getting ... but instead are being moved to other areas of the stadium.

Fans just got emails from Ticketmaster informing them of the seat changes ... some folks say they've been moved back 40 or 50 seats or bumped to entirely different sections.

Britney Spears isn't just back with on-and-off-again BF Paul Soliz ... she's also hanging with his kids again, and getting in some high-flying fun.

Darris says he paid for travel, lodging and bought a ticket -- even selling his car to do so -- to Rick Ross' Car & Bike Show ... and claims he reached out to the venue two weeks in advance to give them notice he needed reasonable accommodation for his wheelchair.

Chicago rapper Lil Reese will not face charges in California after a woman accused him of rape ... TMZ Hip Hop has learned prosecutors will not move forward with the case.

The L.A. County District Attorney's Office tells us it decided to decline the case due to insufficient evidence. Prosecutors say they opted to pull the plug on July 25, just 10 days after Reese had been arrested.

We broke the story ... LAPD responded around 3:30 AM to a call in the Downtown L.A. area where Reese was staying.
