Sophie Turner y su ex, Joe Jonas, parecen tener las cosas resueltas en lo que respecta a la custodia de sus hijos, razón por la cual ella le está diciendo a un juez que retire su demanda de "secuestro de menores" del año pasado.

Sabemos por los nuevos documentos legales obtenidos por TMZ, que los abogados de la ex pareja están pidiéndole al juez que desestime el caso federal de Nueva York que Sophie presentó por primera vez en septiembre... Esto a la luz del plan de crianza que comenzó a llevarse a cabo en octubre.

En otras palabras, ambos están en la misma página y todo tiene que ver con lo que han trabajado en cuanto a la custodia en los tribunales del Reino Unido.

Mientras que un juez aún tiene que firmar oficialmente, eso sería todo. Todo esto es una gran cosa teniendo en cuenta lo dramático que fue cuando Sophie corrió por primera vez a la corte citando una ley de secuestro infantil.

Usted recordará cuando ella invocó ese estatuto, alegando que Joe estaba impidiendo que sus dos hijos viajaran a verla al otro lado del charco por supuestamente retener sus pasaportes, lo que elevó todo ese asunto a un nivel federal.

También afirmó que ellos, como familia, habían decidido que Inglaterra se convertiría en su hogar permanente, pero debido a que Joe supuestamente mantenía a los niños en Nueva York en medio de su divorcio, ella afirmó que sus acciones iban en contra de las leyes internacionales de sustracción de menores.

Desde entonces, ella y Joe se  han entendido mucho mejor, sí, el divorcio sigue su curso, pero han resuelto temporalmente quién se queda con los niños y cuándo, lo cual están citando aquí como la razón por la que esta demanda será retirada.

Esto solo indica aún más los esfuerzos continuos de los ex para arreglar las cosas en privado - por el bien de sus hijas, suponemos - después de que se inició su separación pública en un pie particularmente amargo.

Los primeros signos de la pareja tratando de arreglar las cosas surgieron en octubre, acordaron un acuerdo temporal de custodia de los hijos, lo cual tuvo a los niños yendo y viniendo durante Acción de Gracias, Navidad y en el medio.

Parece que otros aspectos del divorcio todavía se están resolviendo, pero mientras tanto, ambos parecen haber seguido adelante románticamente, Sophie pasando al aristócrata británico Peregrine Pearson y Joe a la modelo Stormi Bree.

Per new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, attorneys for the former couple are asking the judge in their federal case out of New York -- which Sophie first filed in September -- to dismiss the entire action ... this in light of the parenting plan they hashed out back in October.

In other words, they're signaling here that they're both on the same page to dismiss this case ... and it all has to do with what they've worked out custody-wise in the UK courts.

While a judge has yet to officially sign off ... this thing is all but gone -- which is a big deal considering how dramatic it was when ST first ran to court citing a child abduction law.

You'll recall ... when she invoked that statute -- claiming, at the time, Joe was preventing their 2 children from traveling to see her across the pond by allegedly withholding their passports -- it elevated that whole matter to a federal level. So, it was on Uncle Sam's radar.

She also claimed they, as a family, had decided England would become their permanent home ... but because Joe was allegedly keeping the kids in NY amid their still-fresh divorce filing, she claimed his actions ran afoul of international child abduction laws.

Since then, of course, she and Joe have landed in a much better place -- yes, their divorce is still proceeding, but they've temporarily worked out who gets the kids and when ... which they're citing here as the reason that this lawsuit she submitted can now go bye-bye.

This just further signals continued efforts by the exes to hash things out privately -- for the sake of their daughters, we assume -- after they kicked off their public split on a particularly bitter foot.

First signs of the pair trying to work things out emerged in October ... they agreed to a temporary child custody arrangement -- with the kids going back & forth between them over holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and in between.

It appears other aspects of the divorce are still being worked out ... but in the meantime, they both seem to have moved on romantically -- Sophie moving on to British aristocrat Peregrine Pearson and Joe to model Stormi Bree.

Dua Lipa is ready to go public with her new boo officially -- 'cause she brought him to one of the most photographed hot spots in L.A., and made out with the dude in front of cameras.

The singer hit up Sushi Park in WeHo Tuesday night with none other than Callum Turner -- the British actor fella she's been hanging out with a lot lately. Welp, all the speculation about them being a thing was absolutely correct ... 'cause they sealed the deal with a kiss.

The new couple were all smiles as they left the joint ... and right as they were crossing the famed walkway, DL and CT stopped to smooch for a bit -- showing off major PDA.

Like we said ... this is a spot celebs hit all the time in L.A., especially if they wanna be seen out. So, the fact Dua trotted Callum out here speaks volumes ... and it's just the next natural progression for how things have been going for them over the past week.

Remember, it all started with some video TMZ got that showed the two of them slow-dancing at an after-party for his Apple TV show ... and not long after, they went to dinner together.

On its face, it felt like Dua and Callum realized the cat was outta the bag ... and they decided to just get it over with and come out as an item. Their outing earlier this week wasn't the smoking gun on a relationship -- but this sushi date most certainly is.

TMZ Hip Hop got MB's take on where he predicts hip hop's heading ... admittedly a tough question, even for a studio wiz accustomed to collecting plaques.

He'll be expecting another soon for his work on Nicki Minaj's now platinum-eligible "Pink Friday 2," but his personal curiosity is focused on lesser-known acts these days.

The way MB sees it, hip hop is hovering over another reset period -- he's seen it before in 2013 when SoundCloud rap began to bubble ... eventually making stars out of XXXTentacion, Juice WRLD and Ski Mask the Slump God.

He's crowning Destroy Lonely and Ken Carson as his leaders of the new school -- both budding stars are known to bring punk mosh pit energy to their rap shows, and he also named up-and-coming eclectic Bronx rapper Cash Cobain as a playlist favorite.

DL and KC will both be playing at this year's Coachella, so fans can see MB's ringing endorsement in person.

Matthew Vaughn hizo una entrevista recientemente en la que abordó este rumor/teoría que ha estado flotando alrededor de casi 3 años y es que T-Swift sería la misteriosa autora del manuscrito de "Argylle", del que se está haciendo una película con el mismo nombre.

La escritora se hace llamar "Elly Conway", el mismo nombre de la protagonista de la película, y su verdadera identidad no ha sido revelada. Así que los Swifties han estado convencidos de que Taylor podría ser su creadora (más sobre esto en un momento).

Desafortunadamente para ellos, Vaughn le dijo a Rolling Stones que todo es mentira: "Yo no soy muy fan de Internet y en realidad fue mi hija la que se acercó a mí. Este es el poder de las celebridades y de Internet y me dijo: '¡Nunca me dijiste que Taylor escribió el libro!".

Taylor Swift fans have been convinced that their idol wrote the book that's being made into the "Argylle" movie -- but the director's throwing cold water on their hopes and dreams.

Matthew Vaughn recently did an interview where he addressed this rumor/theory that's been floating around for almost 3 years now -- namely, that T-Swift is the mysterious author who penned the manuscript for "Argylle" ... which is being made into a film of the same name.

The writer goes under the pseudonym of "Elly Conway" -- the same name of the main character in the flick -- and her real identity hasn't been revealed whatsoever. So, Swifties have been eating up perceived Easter eggs that they think point to Taylor (more on this in a bit).

Unfortunately for them, Vaughn's now saying it's all BS -- telling Rolling Stone ... "I'm not a big internet guy, and it was actually my daughter who came up to me -- this is the power of celebrity and the internet -- and said, 'You never told me Taylor wrote the book!'"

He adds, "And I’m looking at her going, ‘What are you talking about Taylor Swift wrote the book? She didn’t write the book!’ And I was laughing because I was like, ‘It’s not true! She didn’t write the book!’ But my daughter was convinced of it."

MV then says much more definitively ... "[T]here is an Elly Conway who wrote the book, but it’s not Taylor Swift. And I say that because I imagine Taylor Swift has a load of people trying to jump on her bandwagon left, right, and center. I don’t want to be a part of that club. I did read the conspiracies and I was like, ‘Wow, they don’t leave a stone unturned!’ But it’s not Taylor Swift. She definitely didn’t write the book."

Part of the reason Taylor's legion thought she might've been the author is because of all these subtle things they thought referred to her -- including the Scottish Fold cat featured (she has 2 herself), the fact she wears argyle sweaters, and other "hints" fans picked up on.

They told us Monday at LAX they've got no regrets pissing off Trump supporters ... and it sounds like they think the USA's a lil' stupider since they first released the song in 2004.

Jumping over to TMZ TV, Taylor Swift's been knocked from Amazon's top spot... by none other than ... Glenn Danzig.

Yes, you heard that right ... the legendary punk and heavy metal Misfits singer dethroned TS cause of a glitch. The few actually buying Glenn's album were getting sent completely random albums -- all for a total bargain of 12 bucks.

Others began seeing what album they would bag if they tried to purchase Glenn's on Amazon. Our team also placed an order for Glenn's album ... check out the clip to see what we were sent instead!

Things were kicking off at TMZ Sports, where Michael Babcock and Mojo discussed WWE royalty Bill Goldberg's son Gage's exciting footballing future.

Goldenvoice has Lana Del Rey performing on Friday April 12th and 19th; Tyler the Creator will handle headlining duties on Saturday April 13th and 20th; and Doja Cat will do Sunday.

But, take a look at the bottom of this poster, it just reads ... "And ... No Doubt." Again, no clarity on what that means or which day the band might do their thing -- it's a mystery.

Funny enough, ND actually teased this about an hour before Coachella dropped the lineup -- teasing the fact they were itching to get together again and "do a show." It's a fun, somewhat produced clip that features Gwen, Tony Kanal, Tom Dumont and Adrian Young hopping onto a group chat and then a Zoom ... where they kicked around the idea of performing.

As it turns out, they're gonna be making a splash with their big comeback gig -- hitting the stage on possibly the biggest platform in music ... performing in front of thousands of people.

No Doubt hasn't performed as a group in a while -- in fact, the last time they hit the stage together in an official capacity was in 2015 during that year's Global Citizen Earth Day Concert in D.C. Since then, they haven't really rocked out as a unit.

Now, fans will get a chance to see 'em live ... and get underneath it all in person. Sweet!

Katt Williams is on the verge of reminding Ludacris that he also raps ... 'cause he's out here responding to him with bars of his own, spittin' to none other than Suge Knight himself.

Suge and Dave Mays dropped their latest 'Collect Call' podcast episode Tuesday ... with a first-ever preview of Katt's acidic words -- a direct response to the freestyle Luda kicked to combat the viral "Club Shay Shay" interview.

Katt then lyrically lunges at Luda's jugular using metaphors that relate to him ... "Move Bitch," "Fast & Furious" -- the biggest burn just may be Katt called out Luda for NOT saying he was lying.

Remember, Katt dissed Luda first by (joking?) that the Atlanta rapper joined the Illuminati only to be rewarded with a wide-faced, light-skinned wife.

Katt is the first guest on "Collect Call" and he and Suge shared their unique origin story, ironically centered around their mutual love for Tupac Shakur.

Turns out Charlamagne's searching for the same thing ... and if he has any answers, he ain't ready to give 'em up!

The radio show played musical chairs with loads of rotating guests last year ... Claudia Jordan, Jason Lee, Loren LoRosa, and several more -- but comedienne Jess Hilarious emerged as the frontrunner, and, on Christmas Eve, even claimed she won the job.

Weeks later, Jess hasn't been on the show ... and CTG tells us that he has no idea where she is. Interestingly, he also did not validate her announcement.

Michael también nos dice que nunca vería la nueva "Mean Girls", y mientras él dice que le encantaría aplaudir a Megan, Brandon y Tina, nos dice que está tomando el camino correcto al no involucrarse.

El padre de Lindsay añade: "Voy a decir esto, NADIE puede reemplazar a Lindsay o al elenco original en esa película. Megan tampoco puede reemplazar a Lindsay en el nuevo anuncio de Planet Fitness vestida como una stripper en un anuncio".

Por supuesto, se refiere al hecho de que Lindsay hizo algunos anuncios hace unos años, y ahora, Megan los está haciendo también. El asunto es que parece estar  dando los mismos pasos de Lindsay, pero sin el mismo talento.

En pocas palabras para Michael... alejarse de su hijo, porque él está listo para atacar en su defensa.

Lindsay's dad tells TMZ ... he's straight-up "pissed" over the "disgusting comment" in the reboot ... but he's finding some solace in the flick's opening numbers, which were far lower than the OG's debut weekend way back when.

Michael's talking about Megan's "fire crotch is back" line in the new movie ... which references a famous TMZ clip from way back in 2006, when Paris Hilton's oil heir buddy Brandon Davis called LiLo a "fire crotch" multiple times on camera.

Lindsay's dad is also pointing at the fact the new 'Mean Girls' musical made $28 million at the box office opening weekend as a bit of karma.

The original version made $24.4 million on its opening weekend in 2004 -- and while that's lower ... it's actually not bad when adjusted for inflation. By today's standards, it'd be closer to $40 million ... not to mention the $86 mil it grossed domestically through its theatrical run.

Basically, ML is betting the new 'Mean Girls' won't hold a candle to his daughter's initial take on it when it's all said and done. Michael also tells us he would never see the new 'Mean Girls' ... and while he says he'd love to clap back at Megan, Brandon and Tina, specifically ... he tells us he's taking the high road and not getting in the gutter with them.

Lindsay's father adds ... "I will say this however, NOBODY can replace Lindsay or the original cast in that film. Nor can Megan replace Lindsay in the new Planet Fitness commercial dressed like a stripper in a fitness commercial."

Of course, what he's referring to there is the fact that Lindsay did some PF commercials a few years ago ... and now, MTS is doing them as well -- the implication being, she's kinda riding Lindsay's coattails, and not doing it nearly as well as she did.

Bottom line for Michael ... back off from his kid, 'cause he's ready to pounce in her defense.
