'RuPaul's Drag Race' Contestant Avoids Jail in DUI Case, But ...
"RuPaul's Drag Race" contestant Andrew Bryson won't spend time behind bars in his DUI case, but there are strings attached.
Andrew -- whose drag name is Blair St. Clair -- pled guilty to 1 count of DUI for his March arrest in Indiana. His 365-day jail sentence is suspended, so long as he keeps his nose clean.
A clerk at Allen County Superior Court tells TMZ ... Andrew has to complete an alcohol treatment program and is banned from boozing or taking any drugs unless prescribed.
His driver's license wasn't suspended ... not bad considering he violated a court order back in October.

One of the guys who successfully pitched the Paint Brush Cover to Mark Cuban and the rest of the "Shark Tank" team got swept up in a cocaine bust this week.
John DePaola was arrested Sunday as part of a massive drug bust in New Jersey in an operation prosecutors are calling Operation Snowball. Law enforcement officials believe DePaola is one of 9 people tied to a cocaine distribution ring.
The group was allegedly moving about one third of a kilo per week. Cops say they confiscated more than 700 grams of coke, and $14,943.
John and some of his entrepreneur buddies got 15 minutes of fame -- and a lot of money -- when they successfully pitched the Paint Brush Cover to the "Shark Tank" team. Since then the product's been a hit -- it's in 14,000 stores.

XXXTentacion 8 New Felonies for Witness Tampering
XXXTentaction's count of felony charges is now into double digits -- prosecutors added 8 additional, bringing his total to 15, and they're all related to witness tampering ... TMZ has learned.
According to prosecuting documents ... prosecutors believe the alleged witness tampering went down in October 2016 ... when XXX was initially arrested for domestic violence. He's accused of beating his then-pregnant ex-girlfriend.
Law enforcement sources tell us XXX made multiple phone calls while behind bars, which were recorded ... as all prisoner calls are. We're told evidence from those phone calls led to the new charges.
We broke the story ... XXX was sent back to jail last week because the new charges constituted a violation of his bond. Prosecutors believe he tried to coerce the girlfriend into not testifying.
The rapper's being held without bail, and no longer has phone privileges ... judge's orders.

Artie took quite the mug shot this time around -- still rocking what looks like a busted, or infected, nose. He'd posted a pic over the weekend where it looked like he'd been punched in the face, with a cryptic message about fearing nothing.
He's still sitting in jail, waiting to see the judge.

R. Kelly Burglary Suspect Turns Himself In
The guy who cops think is responsible for ransacking R. Kelly's Atlanta homes has given himself up ... and he's only about a week late.
According to Johns Creek Police Department, Alfonso Walker turned himself in Monday on charges stemming from Kelly's burglaries over Thanksgiving weekend.
He was booked on 2 counts of burglary, 2 counts of theft by taking and 2 counts of theft by deception.
As we reported ... an arrest warrant was issued for Walker after he told them he'd turn himself in last Tuesday and didn't. Cops say they were told he'd hired people to clean out the cribs and sell all of the singer's stuff. Kelly said Walker was just a part-time employee.
Meanwhile ... Kels released a statement thanking Johns Creek PD and fans for their support. Unfortunately, he's still probably dealing with some emptiness at home.

NYC Pipe Bomber to Trump 'You Failed to Protect' America
The New York City bomber allegedly went on Facebook just before setting off a homemade device and told President Trump he'd failed to protect the U.S.A.
According to the federal criminal complaint filed Tuesday against Akayed Ullah, the bomber took to the social media site with his message to the Prez while on the way to the Port Authority subway before the explosion.
Per the docs, obtained by TMZ, Ullah allegedly wrote ... "Trump you failed to protect your nation" ... which prosecutors say he posted Monday morning before the incident. They go on to say the message was written with ISIS in mind.
During a presser about the attack, US Attorney Joon Kim also revealed a search of Ullah's apartment uncovered a handwritten note that read, "Oh America Die In Your Rage."
As we reported ... Ullah was captured alive after detonating what many called a pipe bomb strapped to his person. Three other people were injured, leaving one temporarily deaf.
As for Trump ... he released a statement Monday essentially saying his travel ban was necessary to prevent attacks like this. Sounds like he'll have more ammo for that point now.

WWE Wrestler Rich Swann Busted for Allegedly Battering, Imprisoning Wife
12/11/2017 -- Rich Swann was released from jail on Sunday and his case has been assigned to a judge, PWInsider reports.
The WWE superstar faces up to 5 years in jail for false imprisonment.
Former WWE cruiserweight champ Rich Swann was arrested this weekend for allegedly battering and falsely imprisoning his wife -- who's also a pro wrestler -- and now he's suspended.
According to cops, Swann was driving his newlywed wife, Vannarah Riggs, back home after a match of hers in Florida when they got into an argument in the car, which got heated.
She reportedly exited the vehicle and Swann stopped the car in the middle of traffic to go get her, allegedly grabbing her by the arm and then putting her in a headlock to drag her back as she screamed for help.
Witnesses told police the car was not in park during all this and continued to roll until it hit a telephone pole. Swann denied touching his wife, telling cops she got back in the car on her own.
He was booked for simple battery and false imprisonment, and is reportedly set to be released on his own recognizance Sunday. ProWrestlingSheet broke the story of Swann's arrest.
WWE issued a statement saying they had a zero tolerance policy regarding domestic violence, and that Swann is suspended indefinitely.

Seahawks' Malik McDowell Busted for Disorderly Conduct
Seattle Seahawks defensive tackle Malik McDowell was arrested this weekend after he allegedly flipped out at a club in a dispute over money.
McDowell was arrested early Sunday morning in Atlanta, GA after a cop says she saw him getting into a verbal altercation outside the front doors of a club called SL Lounge.
According to the incident report, obtained by TMZ Sports, McDowell was shouting at the head of security about $600 he believed he'd already paid ... even though he was repeatedly told by staff and his own friend he hadn't given them the cash he wanted back.
He was eventually allowed back in ... but the arresting officer says he was kicked out again ... still shouting about the money, and refusing to leave without it. The cop says she was told McDowell poured out a couple bottles of liquor inside and got booted.
During a profanity-laced tirade, the officer says she detained McDowell with the help of her partner. They tried getting him in the back of their patrol car when he allegedly said ... "F*** both of ya'll hoe ass n*****, p**** ass cops, I bet I get out, I got more money than ya'll, ya'll ain't got enough money for me, p**** ass crackers, broke ass n*****."
The arresting officer says she had to almost tase and pepper spray McDowell when he refused to comply with her orders, but adds she ultimately didn't use either.
He was booked for disorderly conduct, and was released on a $325 bond. McDowell suffered a concussion this summer and is not on the active Seahawks roster.
We've attempted to reach out to McDowell's camp and the Seahawks ... so far, no word back.

Hannibal Buress Asked Cop to Call Him an Uber ... Before Arrest
Hannibal Buress seemed like he was trying to do the right thing before getting busted for disorderly intoxication ... 'cause he asked a cop to order him a ride home.
TMZ has obtained Hannibal's arrest affidavit from his Saturday night bust in Miami, in which the arresting officer describes what allegedly happened before he detained the comedian.
The officer says Hannibal approached him with blood shot eyes and a strong odor of alcohol coming from his breath, and then asked the cop to call him an Uber. The officer says he refused, which caused Hannibal to become angry and belligerent.
The cop goes on to say Hannibal then went inside a bar, which the cop says he asked Hannibal to leave since he was too drunk. The two then made it outside, where the officer says Hannibal continued to hurl profanities at him and caused a crowd to form.
The cop says he asked him to leave 5 times before cuffing him.
As we reported ... Hannibal was released around 6 AM Sunday on a $500 bond. His mug shot was pretty epic, too.

Aaron Carter Charged in DUI Case ... As Rehab Stint Ends
Aaron Carter will be heading to court for his Georgia DUI bust -- prosecutors have filed multiple charges against the singer ... just as he's ending his rehab for substance abuse.
Law enforcement sources in Habersham County say a DUI refusal charge was filed earlier this month. Prosecutors also added charges for possession of less than an oz. of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects. All the offenses are misdemeanors.
TMZ broke the story ... Aaron was arrested in July after cops stopped him and he bombed field sobriety tests. He refused a breathalyzer or blood tests.
Since then, Aaron's had other drug-related issues -- and actually just checked out of rehab after 2 months of treatment. He posted a photo of himself working on music, saying he's now "focused."

Rashida Beach -- a star on MTV's "Are You the One?" who returned to win the "Second Chances" spinoff -- was arrested in Georgia for a DUI ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement tells us ... Rashida was booked early Saturday morning by DeKalb PD and faces 4 charges -- DUI, exceeding maximum speed, driving on a roadway laned for traffic and open container. She was released on $2,400 bond.
Beach posted vids to her social media Friday night showing her partying at an Atlanta area club.
Rashida was a standout on season 3 of 'AYTO?' in 2015 with her match, Devin ... and the 2 returned to take home the top prize earlier this year on the show's "Second Chances" spinoff.

'Little Women: Atlanta' Melissa Busted for DUI in Fatal Crash
Melissa Hancock -- who's been featured on "Little Women: Atlanta" -- was allegedly driving the car that killed a man in a head-on crash and she's been arrested for DUI.
Virginia State Police say Hancock collided head-on with a 29-year-old male driver Saturday morning while going the wrong way on a one-way street. Cops were called to the scene after 2 AM and arrested Hancock. The man died later at the hospital.
Hancock's been charged with DUI/maiming and driving the wrong way. She's reportedly being held without bail in a Virginia Beach jail.

Meek Mill looked wide-eyed as he prepared to re-enter prison for his 2 to 4 year sentence.
TMZ obtained Meek's new mug shot, taken Wednesday morning. Pennsylvania's Dept. of Corrections says the rapper is being processed right now. It's still unknown which prison he'll be serving his sentence.
Prison officials say they won't release the name of Meek's new prison until he's arrived there ... for security concerns.

7:11 PM PT -- Rand Paul suffered five broken ribs, 3 of which are either partly or completely cracked, from this weekend's attack ... according to his Chief of Staff Doug Stafford.
Rand Paul was allegedly "blindsided" at his home by his 59-year-old neighbor and cops have arrested the guy ... TMZ has learned.
The Kentucky Senator was assaulted Friday afternoon by Rene Boucher and suffered a minor injury ... according to law enforcement. Cops were called to the house and determined Boucher did it on purpose and arrested him. He was charged with one count of fourth-degree assault.
Boucher reportedly tackled Paul from behind at his Bowling Green residence after the 2 had an argument. He's being held on $5k bond at the Warren County Detention Center.
A spokesperson for the Senator says he's doing fine, but may have a potential rib injury.

Lou Diamond Phillips Busted for DWI After Asking Cop for Directions
Lou Diamond Phillips asked the wrong guy for directions early Friday morning ... because the guy he asked arrested him for DWI.
Phillips was driving in Portland, TX when he pulled up to a police officer and asked how to get to where he wanted to go. The cop immediately concluded Phillips was hammered and had him take a field sobriety test, which he flunked.
The actor was cuffed and taken to the station, where he blew a .20 ... 2 1/2 times the legal limit.
He's currently being held in jail.
