Adele Phony Manager Busted For Trying to Scam Kendrick
A scam artist tried to score comped $250 concert tickets by pretending to be Adele's manager ... according to cops who busted the impostor.
According to the police report, a man by the name Justin Jackson sent an email to a rep at Interscope Records, Kendrick Lamar's label ... and claimed he was Adele's manager. He was trying to score 3 tickets to the Rolling Loud music festival in Miami, where Kendrick was headlining.
According to docs, Kendrick's rep thought it was shady and hit up Jonathan Dickens, Adele's real rep, and discovered it was a hoax. Dickens' lawyers notified police who arrested Jackson and his wife ... when they showed up at the venue to collect the passes.
Adele's attorney, Brian Bieber (no relation), tells us the suspect also pulled similar moves attempting to get tickets from Chris Brown, Kate Perry and Rihanna -- and even sneakers from NBA star Carmelo Anthony.
The Miami Herald, which broke the story, says Justin's got a rap sheet for this sort of thing. He was once convicted of posing as Madonna’s manager to steal $2.4 million in jewelry.

He's facing 10 felony charges related to the alleged ring.
Law enforcement sources tell us prosecutors believe Fly was running a team of street dealers who were moving 2 million glassines of heroin at $10 a pop.
Cops have recovered $180,000 in cash and 2 KILOS of heroin.
18 arrests have been made in connection with the ring and face charges of conspiracy, operating a drug ring, drug possession and more.

Evander Holyfield's Son Football Star Arrested On Drug Charges
9:10 AM PT -- According to a police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, cops were called to Holyfield's dorm after an RA smelled weed coming from his room.
Cops say Holyfield answered the door and had bloodshot eyes. He said he hadn't been smoking and didn't know what they were talking about, despite a strong smell of marijuana.
According to the report, police had to get a search warrant because Holyfield wouldn't let them into his room. Once they got in, they saw a window had been opened. An officer checked the ground outside the window and found "seven buds of suspected unburned marijuana."
Cops say they also found a glass pipe inside an iPhone case covered in marijuana residue.
University of Georgia football player Elijah Holyfield -- son of boxing legend Evander Holyfield -- was arrested Monday morning on drug charges.
According to jail records, the 18-year-old running back was booked into a jail near the Georgia campus around 3 AM.
Records show he was arrested on two misdemeanor charges -- possession of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects. He was released around 4 AM on $4,050 bail.
Holyfield played in 5 games last season for the Bulldogs and was a top high school recruit.
A rep for the UGA football team tells us head coach Kirby Smart is aware of the incident.

We spoke to Tuker Murray -- Assistant GM at the Kansas City, MO shop, and he told us he never feared for his life, despite staring down the barrel of the handgun. Surveillance video of the Wednesday night confrontation went viral when KCPD released it.
Tuker says there was nothing intimidating about the perp. And get this ... when we told him the gun had actually jammed (you can see it in the video), he said his response would have been even ballsier.
The suspect, 54-year-old Terry Rayford, got away with $280. He's since been caught, and turns out he wasn't a rook at all.

'Bachelor' Chris Soules Arrested After Fatal Crash
10:36 AM PT -- Police eventually found Soules at a residence but it took hours for them to get a search warrant ... this according to KWWL TV. It will therefore be difficult for prosecutors to prove he may have been under the influence at the time of the crash since hours passed before he was spotted.
10:10 AM PT -- We're told Chris just posted bond and will be released shortly.
7:45 AM PT -- Soules is in court now for his arraignment. TMZ has obtained documents in which police say he was in possession of alcoholic beverage containers at the time of the crash. Soules was apprehended after witnesses near the scene of the crash ID'd him and called police.
Chris is being held on a $10,000 cash bond.
'Bachelor' Chris Soules is in custody after allegedly slamming into a tractor, killing the driver and then fleeing the scene ... TMZ has learned.
The incident happened in Iowa Monday at 8:20 PM. According to docs, Chris was driving a Chevy pickup and rear ended a John Deere tractor, sending it into a ditch. The driver was taken by ambulance to a hospital, where he died.
Soules, who appeared on "The Bachelor" for season 19 in 2015, is in custody and we're told he received medical attention.
Soules was booked on the charge of leaving the scene with a death.

Jake Harris was arrested this weekend for stealing a car and drug possession ... this after a long history of run-ins with the law.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the ex-"Deadliest Catch" star and a lady friend drove down to Phoenix from Washington state last week for what they called a "vacation." We're told the woman is married ... but that the 2 have hung out like this before.
Friday morning, the woman told cops she discovered Jake had split from their hotel ... taking her car in the process. We're told she reported the car stolen when she couldn't get a hold of him, but called the cops when she found him at a Circle K the next day.
Phoenix PD officers showed up and searched him, where they say they found Xanax pills and crystal meth ... which we're told he admitted were for personal use. He was booked for 1 count of felony theft and 2 counts of felony drug possession.
This is the latest legal run-in for Jake -- who was busted for DUI in 2010, and then, on the flip side, was robbed, beaten and tossed from a vehicle in November in Washington. At the time his brother, Josh, said Jake was seriously injured.

Adrien Broner Arrested In Bullet-Ridden SUV After Suspected Shootout
More trouble for boxing star Adrien Broner ... who was arrested in Kentucky early Thursday morning after Covington PD officers pulled over his white SUV, which had several bullet holes in it.
Broner was driving a white Chevy Suburban and trying to cross into Kentucky when officials noticed a warrant for his arrest stemming from a failure to appear in court for a previous arrest in 2014 for disorderly conduct and alcohol intoxication.
While taking Broner into custody, officers noticed several bullet holes in the SUV -- and Broner claimed he had been shot at by an unknown suspect after leaving a bar in Cincinnati earlier in the evening.
Broner says he was not hurt in the shooting and doesn't know why he was attacked. Cops say they did find evidence of a shooting at the alleged crime scene including several shell casings.
Officials tell TMZ Sports the vehicle is being turned over to the Cincinnati PD for further investigation.
Broner has been released from custody and is due back in court later this month.

Tory Lanez Busted with Handgun
Tory Lanez's routine traffic stop turned into a jail stay after cops say they found a concealed weapon on him.
The Canadian hip-hop singer was pulled over by Miramar PD in South Florida for a problem with the tags on his ride, but cops say they discovered he didn't have a valid drivers' license, and DID have a small amount of weed and the gun.
The concealed weapon charge is a felony, so that's gonna sting. The others are misdemeanor traffic tickets.
Lanez was released after posting $1,000 bond.

Morocco Omari's mug shot looks worlds away from his gig on "Empire" ... where he's usually the one taking in the suspects.
Morocco -- who plays FBI agent Tariq Cousins on the show -- was arrested and booked last Wednesday in Chicago for misdemeanor domestic battery after he allegedly pushed a woman to the ground several times.
The 24-year-old victim claims she suffered scratches to her neck and chest, which were enough for cops to take him in.
Morocco denies the allegations.

Chief Keef Charged With DUI After Miami Weed Bust
Chief Keef has been charged with a DUI after cops pulled him over in a traffic stop-turned-drug bust this weekend.
According to the Miami Beach Police report ... Chief was booked Saturday for felony DUI after he failed a sobriety test when he and another vehicle were stopped for what appeared to be a weed transfer.
Police stopped Chief in his green Maclaren, as well as a vehicle behind him, when a guy in Chief's passenger seat got out and handed off some bud.
Officers searched and found more weed and other substances in the trailing car and charged 4 others with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. At least 1 of the guys had a couple warrants for his arrest in NJ related to drug charges and robbery.
As for Chief ... cops say he had bloodshot eyes and dry mouth before a drug expert showed up on the scene. Chief reportedly told them "It's okay. When you find weed in my urine I'll just get my attorney to get my marijuana card."
Cops also found a cup full of "sizzurp" ... the codeine-laced drink Lil Wayne's always rapping about.
Unclear whether Chief's still in jail as of Sunday.

49ers CB Tramaine Brock was arrested for felony domestic violence near San Francisco ... after he allegedly got physical with a girl he was dating.
Santa Clara police say they responded to a report of domestic violence on Thursday night at 9:35 PM. When they arrived, cops say they made contact with a woman who had visible injuries.
Officials tell TMZ Sports that Brock was NOT on the scene when they arrived ... but later went to the station to talk to cops. He was then booked for felony domestic violence.
Cops say the woman's injuries were minor, and she did not require medical attention.
Brock, 28 -- one of the best players on the 49ers defense -- was taken to Santa Clara County Jail. A judge has not yet set bail.

According to a police report, McMillian -- who was a LB on the team for 4 years -- invited a woman over to his apartment around 3:40 PM. When she arrived, he allegedly took the girl into his room and exposed himself.
Cops say the woman told D.M. she was uncomfortable and tried to leave, but he blocked her exit. He then allegedly grabbed her butt, before she kicked McMillian in the genitals, and ran out of the apartment.
The former 4-star high school recruit was booked for 2 felonies -- sexual assault and kidnapping -- and is being held in jail on $40k bond.
McMillian had a pick for the Gators in the Outback Bowl this season ... and participated in Florida's pro day last week.

An Arizona Cardinals football player freaked out after he lost his hat in a bar -- and decided it would be a good idea to berate police over it. He got arrested.
The player is Marquis Bundy -- a 22-year-old wide receiver who was partying at International Boutique Nightclub in Scottsdale on Saturday morning when his "praying hands" cap went missing.
Bundy allegedly went off on club security -- claiming someone had stolen the hat. Security took him to a back alley to cool off and that's when cops arrived.
According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, Bundy turned his anger to police -- berating officers who were trying to help out.
Cops say Bundy's friends were BEGGING the NFL player to walk away and leave ... but he refused. The friends even tried to physically rip Bundy away from the cops ... but he wouldn't go.
After several warnings, cops finally arrested Bundy for disorderly conduct and failure to obey an officer. Cops say he was super drunk at the time.
No word if anyone ever found his hat.

'Zoey 101' Star Saves Baby From Heroin-Fueled Car Crash
Former "Zoey 101" star Matthew Underwood rescued a 4-month-old baby after the infant's parents passed out on drugs and crashed their car ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us Matthew was one of the first people on the scene of a car wreck last Thursday in Port St. Lucie, FL ... where a female driver cut across 6 lanes of traffic on a busy street and crashed into a tree.
We're told she passed out at the wheel with a syringe full of heroin in her arm, with her baby daddy passed out in the back seat. Their baby was in an unsecured car seat next to the father.
According to the police report ... Matt saw the parents passed out, removed the infant -- who was not injured -- and had his brother call 911.
Matt also shot video of the scene before cops arrived. The mother later told cops she'd just bought heroin to try for the first time. The dad had a pill bottle full of Alprazolam (generic Xanax), a smoking pipe and a 2nd syringe laying next to him.
Matt tells us he decided to record the scene once he saw the parents passed out. He wanted to document the scene before he intervened in case things went south. He says he couldn't have just driven by without helping.
Both parents were booked for child neglect and drug possession. The baby was turned over to a family member.

Detroit Pistons Kentavious Caldwell-Pope Arrested for DUI
Detroit Pistons guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope was arrested early Wednesday morning for DUI ... hours after the Pistons lost ANOTHER game.
24-year-old Caldwell-Pope was initially pulled over in Auburn Hills, Michigan at 2:50 AM for going 45 in a 25 -- but during the stop, cops say they could smell the alcohol on Kentavious.
According to the police report obtained by TMZ Sports, KCP admitted to having 2 drinks of Hennessey at a bar earlier in the evening.
The officer administered field sobriety tests -- KCP didn't do great -- and he was arrested for DUI. After he was taken to a nearby station, Kentavious took a breathalyzer test -- and blew a .08.
Cops say the NBA player was "very cooperative."
Kentavious had played against the Miami Heat earlier in the evening -- dropping 25 points in the 97-96 loss to the Heat.

7:49 AM PT -- Officials now say 8 people were injured in the crash ... 7 of whom were hospitalized for non-life threatening injuries.
As for the bartender, officials say the impact of the crash caused bottles and a cooler to fall and strike that person while he or she was behind the bar.
Seattle Seahawks QB Trevone Boykin was arrested in Dallas early Monday morning after a car he was in crashed into a bar ... injuring several people.
Boykin -- a former star QB at TCU -- was a passenger in the car, according to FOX 4 in Dallas. The driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
Boykin was also taken into custody and now faces drug and public intoxication charges. We're told Boykin is accused of being in possession of more than 2 ounces of marijuana.
The car Boykin was in struck 4 people on the sidewalk and also struck a bartender inside the location as the vehicle barreled through the front wall.
Boykin has had a troubled history with the law -- he was arrested for a bar fight back in 2015 -- just days before he was supposed to lead TCU in the Alamo Bowl.
