Florida Gators Player Arrested For Sexual Assault & Kidnapping

Ex-Florida Gators player Daniel McMillian -- who's gunning to picked in the NFL Draft -- was arrested for sexual assault and kidnapping Thursday night in Gainesville, FL ... TMZ Sports has learned.

According to a police report, McMillian -- who was a LB on the team for 4 years -- invited a woman over to his apartment around 3:40 PM. When she arrived, he allegedly took the girl into his room and exposed himself.

Cops say the woman told D.M. she was uncomfortable and tried to leave, but he blocked her exit. He then allegedly grabbed her butt, before she kicked McMillian in the genitals, and ran out of the apartment.

The former 4-star high school recruit was booked for 2 felonies -- sexual assault and kidnapping -- and is being held in jail on $40k bond.

McMillian had a pick for the Gators in the Outback Bowl this season ... and participated in Florida's pro day last week.

AZ Cardinals Player Lost His Mind Over Lost Hat ... Got Arrested

An Arizona Cardinals football player freaked out after he lost his hat in a bar -- and decided it would be a good idea to berate police over it. He got arrested.

The player is Marquis Bundy -- a 22-year-old wide receiver who was partying at International Boutique Nightclub in Scottsdale on Saturday morning when his "praying hands" cap went missing.

Bundy allegedly went off on club security -- claiming someone had stolen the hat. Security took him to a back alley to cool off and that's when cops arrived.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, Bundy turned his anger to police -- berating officers who were trying to help out.

Cops say Bundy's friends were BEGGING the NFL player to walk away and leave ... but he refused. The friends even tried to physically rip Bundy away from the cops ... but he wouldn't go.

After several warnings, cops finally arrested Bundy for disorderly conduct and failure to obey an officer. Cops say he was super drunk at the time.

No word if anyone ever found his hat.

'Zoey 101' Star Saves Baby From Heroin-Fueled Car Crash

Former "Zoey 101" star Matthew Underwood rescued a 4-month-old baby after the infant's parents passed out on drugs and crashed their car ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Matthew was one of the first people on the scene of a car wreck last Thursday in Port St. Lucie, FL ... where a female driver cut across 6 lanes of traffic on a busy street and crashed into a tree.

We're told she passed out at the wheel with a syringe full of heroin in her arm, with her baby daddy passed out in the back seat. Their baby was in an unsecured car seat next to the father.

According to the police report ... Matt saw the parents passed out, removed the infant -- who was not injured -- and had his brother call 911.

Matt also shot video of the scene before cops arrived. The mother later told cops she'd just bought heroin to try for the first time. The dad had a pill bottle full of Alprazolam (generic Xanax), a smoking pipe and a 2nd syringe laying next to him.

Matt tells us he decided to record the scene once he saw the parents passed out. He wanted to document the scene before he intervened in case things went south. He says he couldn't have just driven by without helping.

Both parents were booked for child neglect and drug possession. The baby was turned over to a family member.

Detroit Pistons Kentavious Caldwell-Pope Arrested for DUI

Detroit Pistons guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope was arrested early Wednesday morning for DUI ... hours after the Pistons lost ANOTHER game.

24-year-old Caldwell-Pope was initially pulled over in Auburn Hills, Michigan at 2:50 AM for going 45 in a 25 -- but during the stop, cops say they could smell the alcohol on Kentavious.

According to the police report obtained by TMZ Sports, KCP admitted to having 2 drinks of Hennessey at a bar earlier in the evening.

The officer administered field sobriety tests -- KCP didn't do great -- and he was arrested for DUI. After he was taken to a nearby station, Kentavious took a breathalyzer test -- and blew a .08.

Cops say the NBA player was "very cooperative."

Kentavious had played against the Miami Heat earlier in the evening -- dropping 25 points in the 97-96 loss to the Heat.

Seahawks QB Trevone Boykin Arrested After Car Crashes Into Bar

7:49 AM PT -- Officials now say 8 people were injured in the crash ... 7 of whom were hospitalized for non-life threatening injuries.

As for the bartender, officials say the impact of the crash caused bottles and a cooler to fall and strike that person while he or she was behind the bar.

Seattle Seahawks QB Trevone Boykin was arrested in Dallas early Monday morning after a car he was in crashed into a bar ... injuring several people.

Boykin -- a former star QB at TCU -- was a passenger in the car, according to FOX 4 in Dallas. The driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Boykin was also taken into custody and now faces drug and public intoxication charges. We're told Boykin is accused of being in possession of more than 2 ounces of marijuana.

The car Boykin was in struck 4 people on the sidewalk and also struck a bartender inside the location as the vehicle barreled through the front wall.

Boykin has had a troubled history with the law -- he was arrested for a bar fight back in 2015 -- just days before he was supposed to lead TCU in the Alamo Bowl.

John Legend Luggage Stolen at JFK

John Legend had a rough landing in NYC when someone at JFK airport stole his luggage with some very expensive items.

John arrived at JFK Thursday when a Delta greeter made a mistake and left his bag on the luggage cart. Someone grabbed the bag while it was left unattended.

We're told the bag contained a pair of Cartier Panther cuff links with clear and green stones, valued at $30k. The clothes inside were valued at $500, and there was a $500 pair of eyeglasses.

It's unclear if the thief knew he was stealing John Legend's suitcase.

Cops were able to use surveillance video to nab the culprit, and John got his bag back.

The police said the thief was John's livery driver, but Legend says that was not the case. We circled back with cops who say the thief was a livery driver who has had multiple problems with the law at JFK.

1:26 PM PT -- We've now obtained the police report, which says Erica told the state trooper -- after being pulled over for speeding -- she had taken 3 shots of Grand Marnier. When asked to perform a field sobriety test Erica refused. According to the report, the trooper ordered her not to drive and call a friend to pick her up. Instead, she fled and was ultimately arrested.

Former "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Erica Dixon was damn near yanked out of her car by cops after she allegedly fled the scene of a traffic stop.

The video starts with a street scene, where Erica had just been pulled over for speeding. She says she accepted the ticket, jumped in her car and started driving, but it's clear cops believe she was still being detained and just started to flee.

You then see a cop car roar up to her car and cops then jump out to confront her.

Erica was enraged, which just ratcheted things up. She was arrested for disorderly conduct and taken to a nearby detention center where she was cited and released.

'RHONJ' Car Murders Victims' Families Say It Was a Setup ... 2 Suspects Arrested

Cops arrested 2 men for the murder involving Kim DePaola's car and 2 friends of her son ... and TMZ has learned family members believe it was all a setup revenge killing.

Paterson, NJ cops took two men -- Clarence Williams and Gerry Thomas -- into custody for the Friday killings. As we reported ... two friends of Kim's son, Chris, were driving his car when they were shot execution style and burned.

The victims have now been ID'd as 27-year-old Aaron Anderson and 25-year-old Antonio Vega.

Sources connected to their families tell us Aaron and Antonio were driving around with a third person in the backseat when they stopped at a gas station to smoke. We're told the families believe that third person set up Aaron and Antonio, directing them to that lot where the shootings went down.

Family sources tell us the suspects shot them first and came back later to ignite the car. They believe this was revenge against Aaron, and Antonio was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

We're told both Aaron and Antonio have young children -- in fact, Antonio has another on the way.

Williams and Thomas have been charged with murder and arson.

Artie Lange Sad Mug Shot

Artie Lange's mug shot tells a sad story of his fight with addiction.

Artie was arrested 8 days ago at his home in Hoboken, NJ. Cops were called to his apartment complex after neighbors complained someone was trying to break into a car. They found heroin and cocaine, and Artie copped to owning the vehicle. They also found drugs on him.

The 'Howard Stern Show' sidekick said, "I'm such a flawed person guys."

He has a long history of drug and alcohol abuse.

'Apocalypto' Star Arrested for Casino Drunkenness

Rudy Youngblood -- best known for playing Jaguar Paw in "Apocalypto" -- was arrested for being drunk and obnoxious in a Miami casino.

According to the police report ... the actor reeked of alcohol and was slurring when cops responded to a call from security at the poker room at Miccosukee Resort & Gaming.

Youngblood was allegedly verbally abusive and threatening to other poker room patrons ... which means he probably spoke a lot more than Jaguar Paw ever did.

He was booked in January and charged with disorderly intoxication, but law enforcement sources tell us the charge was later dropped.

Mariah Carey Celeb Hairdresser Busted for Drugs at Buffalo Airport

Hollywood hairdresser Danielle Priano was busted at the Buffalo Int'l Airport with several containers of illegal prescription drugs.

Priano -- known for working with stars like Mariah Carey and J Lo -- was detained February 12 while attempting to board a flight to NYC. We're told the Buffalo PD obtained a search warrant to check her duffel bag and purse ... and found nearly 400 Rx pills.

According to court docs ... the pills included Adderall, oxycodone, hydrocodone, Xanax and a Suboxone strip commonly used to treat addiction. Priano was charged with 4 counts of possession of a controlled substance. She pled not guilty to all 4 counts.

Priano recently appeared on "Mariah's World" as Carey's hairstylist.

K.C. Chiefs Tight End Arrested for Weed

K.C. Chiefs tight end Demetrius Harris was arrested for weed on Tuesday -- when a routine traffic stop in Missouri went very poorly.

The 25-year-old was a passenger in a car that was stopped by the Missouri State Highway Patrol around 4:22 PM ... and during the stop, officers suspected there was marijuana in the car.

Cops say they found more than 35 grams -- which is considered a felony in Missouri and carries serious penalties including 7 years in prison.

Look, 35 grams isn't a small amount of weed ... but it ain't exactly Snoop Dogg territory either.

He was booked for felony possession of weed and drug paraphernalia.

Kim Kardashian Books Destroyed, Vandal Arrested

A self-professed Kim Kardashian hater turned himself in to cops for trashing a bookstore display of one of her books.

Carl Puia was charged Monday with third-degree criminal mischief. The 74-year-old man walked into a Barnes & Noble back in October and destroyed 6 of Kim's "Selfish" books with a red dyed liquid.

Puia also left a lengthy note bashing the Glastonbury, CT bookstore for selling any Kardashian-related materials ... according to the Hartford Courant. Police tell us they weren't aware Puia was the perpetrator and were not actively searching for him.

He was released without posting bail.

College Football RB Arrested for Rape ... Again

A college football running back -- who had insane potential on the field -- has been arrested for rape for a 2nd time after an alleged incident with a student trainer ... TMZ Sports has learned.

21-year-old Kishawn Holmes was arrested on Feb. 22 in Los Angeles and has been charged with 2 counts of rape. We're told the victim is a 19-year-old female who was performing an athletic massage on Holmes before things turned violent.

Holmes was the starting running back at Cerritos junior college and after rushing for more than 1,100 yards this season -- he was considered one of the best JuCo backs in the country.

He'd reportedly received at least 7 offers following the 2016 season.

Thing is ... it's not the first time Holmes has been accused of rape. Back in 2013 -- when he was a top high school prospect -- he was arrested for sexually assaulting 2 different underage girls.

Now, he's being held in jail on $2 MILLION bail.

An alleged home invader learned the hard way ... you mess with a Gracie Jiu-Jitsu student, you leave with a BROKEN FACE!!

The dude with the busted grill is Josue Ortiz -- who allegedly tried to steal tools from an open garage in Fort Myers, FL ... when he was confronted by the homeowener.

Unfortunately for Ortiz, the guy defending the casa was Brian Burch -- who's not only physically imposing, but also has wrestling experience and trains at the local GJJ gym.

Kodak Black 'There He Go' ... Back to Jail

Kodak Black is back behind bars for violating the terms of his house arrest and probation ... 3 months after he'd been released from lockup.

Kodak was booked into Broward County Jail Tuesday after a court hearing, where the judge found he violated a number of conditions of his probation.

Law enforcement sources tell us Kodak failed to complete an anger management program, and left his house without permission at least 2 times. We're told at least 1 of those trips was to a strip club.

Kodak walked out of jail back in December. He'd been serving time for drug and sexual conduct charges. The first single he dropped when he got out was, "There He Go." Should be quite the sing-along in jail tonight.
