Lindsay Lohan's new reality show with MTV is already hobbled -- 'cause its star is nursing a bum wheel.

Lindsay was in Mykonos, Greece Monday with a large brace wrapped around her right ankle and foot. It's unclear if she injured herself while filming "Lohan Beach Club" -- the new reality show MTV just announced.

Either way, LiLo doesn't look too comfortable with the foot gear. Hard to tell if or how this might affect production on her reality show. So far, so good ... camera crews were still front and center as she made her way around the club.

Also interesting ... Linds seemed to be walking around just fine in the newly released promo for the show -- which makes us think the injury is recent, and will probably (most definitely) be included as a plot point in at least one of the episodes.

Lindsay Lohan is snapping back to reality ... as in a new reality show, cause she's doing one for MTV.

The "Mean Girls" star will show what it's like to run her club biz when MTV launches "Lohan Beach Club" in 2019. The show will center around Lohan Beach House in Mykonos. It's the same hot spot where LiLo partied with Tiffany Trump over the weekend to raise money for victims of the massive Greek wildfires.

MTV cameras will follow Lindsay as her team of handpicked brand ambassadors prove their expertise and ambition over the course of the season ... all set at LiLo's day and nightclub on the Greek isles.

Jenelle Evans keeping a loaded gun in her car -- in reach of her children -- proves she's not using sound judgment as a parent and doesn't deserve to have custody ... so says her ex and 2nd baby daddy.

We spoke with Nathan Griffith -- who shares 4-year-old Kaiser with Jenelle -- and he tells us he's incredibly concerned for his kid's safety in light of Jenelle's recently aired road rage incident on "Teen Mom 2."

He believes the video shows her kids are being raised in an unstable and hostile environment ... so his fight to get custody of Kaiser is well justified.

There's also this ... Nathan actually sides with Jenelle's husband, David Eason, who berated her for following someone home and confronting them. Nathan says it could've turned into a bloodbath, which is true ... 'cause the other driver told us he was armed.

Sarah Palin's proud as heck of her daughter, Bristol, joining the cast of "Teen Mom OG" ... and doesn't rule out making an appearance or 2 herself.

We got the former Vice Presidential candidate at LAX Friday and asked about her family getting back into the reality TV biz. She tells us her daughter's going to be perfect for the show, because she has a great message ... and a good forum to tell her story now.

Palin makes it pretty clear she's not the biggest 'Teem Mom' fan, but that doesn't mean she's against being part of the show ... if Bristol needs her. And, unlike Farrah Abraham, she doesn't seem too concerned about any political bias.

Farrah Abraham thinks Bristol Palin's in for a huge shock on "Teen Mom OG" because her conservative views will not be welcome around producers.

The 'Teen Mom' alum tells us she's not surprised Bristol wanted to come on board the popular MTV series -- but, she is shocked the show's producers sought her out. Farrah referred to the showrunners as the "Trump Hate Cult."

Farrah tells us she's concerned for the safety of Bristol and her family because of politics, and she's not even convinced it will make for good TV. In fact, she's not impressed at all with Bristol's story or what she'll bring to the table.

She does have a better option than Bristol in mind, though -- someone who already has experience.

Yes, Farrah Abraham has dreams of becoming a professional wrestler -- and tells TMZ Sports she's got her sights set on squaring off with some of the biggest names in WWE.

FYI, the former MTV star recently inked a deal with World Class Revolution Pro Wrestling -- but, it appears to be more of a promotional thing than an actual wrestling contract.

Still, when we saw Farrah at the Syndicate L.A. party at Jimmy Goldstein's home on Monday night ... she seemed excited about the possibility of throwing down at some point.

"I would probably choose Alexa Bliss or maybe the Bella Twins," Farrah said ... "I think those ladies are great."

She also claims to be a HUGE wrestling fan -- and says a match with Stone Cold Steve Austin or Hulk Hogan would be a dream come true.

James Shaw Jr.'s still stoked Chadwick Boseman shouted him out at the MTV Movie & TV Awards ... but his sights are set on a more prestigious prize as he continues his quest to make the world a better place.

The Waffle House hero tells TMZ ... he's hoping to get an invite to the White House to receive a Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian award in the U.S. Shaw's certainly earned it for courageously disarming the Tennessee Waffle House gunman and saving several lives.

It's not all about him, though -- James says he'd like the award so people will get off President Trump's case about it ... and everyone can move forward.

Shaw also touches on his foundation to improve mental health awareness, the tragic death of XXXTentacion ... and his plan to take over the rapper's mission to reach 5 million kids and positively impact their lives.

Tiffany Haddish will come face-to-face with the Black Panther himself before taking over hosting duties of the MTV Movie & TV Awards.

Production sources tell us Monday night's show will open with a "Black Panther" spoof featuring Queen Latifah, Jada Pinkett Smith and Lil Rel Howery. In the spoof, Haddish will battle T'Challa -- played by Chadwick Boseman -- for the right to host the show.

Haddish, of course, comes out on top and will celebrate with a victory tune -- Cardi B's "Bodak Yellow."

8:57 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell us Farrah got physical with the security guard after he'd asked her to leave when she got into a verbal altercation with some guests. Cops say the man reported she hit him in the face with her forearm, grabbed his ear and pushed his head as he tried preventing her from reentering the hotel. Officers noted Farrah displayed signs of intoxication during their investigation. The guard suffered minor injures and didn't go to the hospital.

7:13 AM PT -- Farrah was booked at 1:48 AM PT ... she's being held on $500 bail.

Farrah Abraham got busted at The Beverly Hills Hotel for fighting with an employee ... TMZ has learned.

The ex-'Teen Mom' and sometimes porn star was at the schmancy hotel Tuesday night and, according to law enforcement sources, she got into an argument with a male employee ... a hotel security guard. We're told things got heated, she was asked to leave and refused ... and that's when she allegedly struck the guard.

Not shockingly, we're told alcohol might be involved. A source tells us Farrah was heard playing the "I'm a celebrity" card -- yelling things like ... you should know who I am.

Some familiar, and still bad news for ex-"Buckwild" star Salwa Amin -- she got locked up Wednesday on a warrant for drug charges ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Amin was arrested in Orange County, FL on a warrant out of Virginia. According to her booking information ... she's facing multiple charges, including conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance and possession of cannabis with intent to distribute.

Nev Schulman's life is already becoming a movie thanks to Tyler Perry, who's putting Nev and his entire 'Catfish' crew in his next flick alongside Tiffany Haddish.

We got Nev at LAX on his way back from filming in Atlanta, where he told us he didn't have to work too hard with the way Perry wrote him and his crew into the script.

It's pretty cool ... Haddish plays a woman who calls the 'Catfish' guys up because she thinks her sister is getting duped, so it's like an episode of Nev's show playing out in the flick.

MTV star Britni Thornton was arrested for a DUI, but based on her mug shot ... she ain't even mad.

"The Challenge" contestant was busted in Georgia Saturday night around 10 PM and taken to the Columbia County jail, where she was booked for driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to maintain lane ... according to the report.

Britni's all smiles in her mug shot, though ... and was released after posting a $1,100 bond.

Thornton competed on the recent season of "The Challenge: Vendettas" and will reportedly be on the upcoming season of "The Challenge: Final Reckoning."

The ex-husband of "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans has been arrested on new drug charges in North Carolina ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Courtland Keith Rogers was hauled off to jail Tuesday after being indicted last month. He's facing two drug-related charges -- selling and delivering schedule III substances, and possession with intent to sell and distribute schedule III substances.

We're told the 2 drug charges stem from a drug possession-related arrest back in November when he was caught with Buprenorphine-Naloxone, which is normally used to treat opioid addiction. Rogers was also hit with an habitual felon charge because he'd been arrested and convicted for his third felony in the state in 2013.

Rogers was released from Brunswick County Jail on a $15,000 bond. He has no kids with Jenelle, and was only married to her for less than 2 years.

If Cardi B was worried about haters popping off about her pregnancy, she isn't anymore ... because she got tons of love -- like an NYC street-full of it -- at MTV.

It's a gross understatement to say Cardi got swarmed Tuesday evening as she left the taping of her TRL special. The crowd mobbed her from the second she stepped onto the sidewalk, and continued surrounding her SUV as she attempted to drive away.

She even signed some autographs -- from the safety of her ride -- before making a getaway.

As you know, Cardi finally announced over the weekend she and Offset are expecting ... even though we'd caught wind of it weeks ago.

Ex-MTV "Road Rules" star Brian Lancaster has died at just 43 years old ... TMZ has learned.

Brian appeared on season 7 of "Road Rules" back in 1999. His family tells us he was found dead in his Pennsylvania home last Thursday. They believe it was heart failure, and tell us he had a history of arrhythmia.

The family says the death was not drug or alcohol related -- and, as far as they know, no substances were found in the home.

Brian was 23 years old when he competed on "Road Rules." He didn't win the grand prize of $43k, but he competed on 13 different "missions" over the course of 15 episodes while shooting in Mexico, Costa Rica and the United States.

Farrah Abraham is quite pleased with the way her "sex shaming" lawsuit against MTV's parent company ended ... but sounds uncertain about working with them in the future.

We got the former 'Teen Mom' star Wednesday at E. Baldi in Bev Hills, and she gushed about how happy she is with the settlement she reached with Viacom. You'll recall, she sued claiming a 'Teen Mom' exec fired her, and 86'd any potential long-term deals with MTV ... due to her porn career. She also said he got hostile in their meeting.

She eventually dropped the suit, and the fact she's "really happy" about the settlement could be a sign she got some money out of it -- but she refused to give up details.
