Timothée Chalamet supporting fans calling themselves by his name ... pulling up to an impromptu look-alike contest in NYC -- and, driving the crowd wild.

Here's the deal ... an unofficial Chalamet look-alike contest took place in Washington Square Park Sunday, with a massive crowd coming out to watch the spectacle.

The winner of the contest was supposed to make just $50 ... but, it seems participants got a second reward too -- a meeting with the "Dune: Part Two" star.

Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco broke out their Halloween costumes early this year — and the couple looks like something straight out of "Alice in Wonderland."

That's because they channeled two of the main characters from the famous fictional children's novel with Selena dressing as Alice and Benny as the Mad Hatter.

Leonardo DiCaprio has issued his public endorsement for Kamala Harris' presidential campaign ... noting the Vice President has advocated for causes close to his heart.

The Oscar winner issued his endorsement for the Harris-Walz ticket on Friday, where he explained his decision was motivated by his environmental activism.

In a video message to his followers, DiCaprio called out Harris' political rival, Donald Trump, and accused 45 of "denying the facts" about climate change.

Alec Baldwin just scored another victory in the "Rust" shooting case ... 'cause a judge ruled against the state's motion to reconsider the dismissal with prejudice.

The First Judicial District Court of New Mexico filed its judgment Thursday ... saying many of the arguments the prosecutors made had already been put forward and did not rise to the level needed for reconsideration of the decision.

The judge also noted that even though the state did file its papers by the August 30 deadline, it filed a motion that went far beyond the allotted page limit without asking for permission from the court to do so.

Ángel Salazar, who famously played Al Pacino's henchman Chi Chi in "Scarface," died from acute intoxication from drug use ... including cocaine, TMZ has learned.

A rep for the NY Chief Medical Examiner's office tells TMZ ... Salazar passed from the combined effects of cocaine, cyclobenzaprine -- a muscle relaxant -- and diphenhydramine, a type of antihistamine. However, arteriosclerosis, a type of vascular disease, and hypertensive cardiovascular disease were also listed as contributing factors in the actor's death.

Following these results, the M.E. ruled Salazar's death as accidental.
