Leonardo DiCaprio and girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti are getting super serious ... because they're going out to public dinners together with their parents.

The actor and his model girlfriend broke bread Wednesday night over in Italy with Vittoria's mother and Leo's stepfather ... sitting down for dinner at Pierluigi in Rome.

The party of four seemed to be in great spirits, chatting and sharing an expensive bottle of wine ... a red that set them back a cool $27,455. When in Rome, right?!?

5:32 PM PT -- Keanu Reeves lost control of his car in his pro auto racing debut at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, narrowly avoiding a crash.

Keanu was coming out of Turn 9 when his car spun into the grass ... though he was able to avoid smashing into the wall.

Video shows Keanu spinning out, and after a brief pause he gets back on the track and finishes out the race.

Keanu was uninjured and he qualified 31st out of 35 cars. Next up for Keanu is another race on Sunday.

Keanu Reeves sure knows a lot more than kung fu ... and he's gearin' up to prove it Saturday as he readied to make his professional auto racing debut at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

In exclusive pictures and video obtained by TMZ ... Keanu can be seen preparing for practice runs Saturday morning behind the wheel of the No. 92 Eagles Canyon Racing Toyota GR86.

In other words, each room will have furniture and décor that makes the space look just how it looked in the film.

Halloween is right around the corner and horror movie buffs would line up to rent the place, but we're told the home won't be ready in time ... because the owner wants to make it perfect and not rush things.

So, maybe next year folks.

As we reported ... the home -- which served as the central location in the Steven Spielberg-scripted supernatural flick -- went on the market back in August, the first time in 45 years the home had been listed.

The Jim Henson Company's studio lot in Los Angeles is NOT being sold to the Church of Scientology, TMZ has confirmed.

Here's the deal ... a report surfaced this week claiming the historic studio lot that served as a home for The Muppets was going to change hands and end up with Scientology.

We caught up with the actor outside ABC Studios in NYC Friday, where LB had nothing but good things to say about the late TV legend. As LeVar put it ... John's legacy is to be celebrated, especially regarding his work as James Evans on "Good Times."

He noted ... "For me, personally, John's legacy will be that he changed the way Black men were perceived on television in America. James Evans was a householder and, prior to that, Black men were really portrayed as absentee fathers, deadbeat dads, that sort of thing. Only good for prison and jail. John Amos changed that."

Billy Baldwin is voicing his support for brother Alec Baldwin's upcoming "Rust" premiere ... saying the event isn't as controversial as one might think.

We caught up with the actor outside the "Americans With No Address" premiere in Los Angeles Thursday evening, where BB took a couple minutes to defend "Rust" moving forward with a red carpet debut -- despite the on-set tragedy and subsequent manslaughter trials.

As Billy put it ... Alec and the rest of the "Rust" creative team are honoring the wishes of the family of late cinematographer Halyna Hutchins ... who was fatally shot on the set of the Western flick in 2021.

Someone called 911 and claimed a person sexually assaulted him at an address that matched Pine's home. When LAPD cops arrived, Chris answered the door ... clearly surprised to see the officers.

Officers spoke with Chris and quickly determined the 911 call was bogus and no crime had occurred.
