Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's son, Pax Jolie-Pitt, is one lucky guy after police say he smashed his electric bicycle into a car on a busy L.A. street ... TMZ has learned.

The 20-year-old was riding Monday on Los Feliz Blvd. around 5 PM -- so, rush hour on a heavily trafficked street -- and as he approached a red light, he rammed into the back of a car stopped at the intersection ... according to law enforcement sources.

We're told the driver of the car got out to check on Pax, who was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. Police and paramedics arrived on the scene, and witnesses tell us Pax was experiencing hip pain, and had apparently suffered a head injury ... so, he was rushed to an L.A. hospital for treatment.

Nicole Kidman's 16-year-old daughter Sunday Rose made a rare public appearance Monday in Paris with her actress mother – and the two beauties are spitting images of one and other.

Nicole – who shares Sunday Rose with her country star husband Keith Urban – showed up on the red carpet at last night's OMEGA watch event in the City of Lights. And she was accompanied by her looklike daughter and the two made quite the splash.

Canadian actress Carrie-Anne Moss was in her early 30's when she first started playing Trinity -- the butt-kicking babe and computer hacker who tricks humans into thinking they're in reality -- in the sci-fi film "The Matrix" back in '99.

Carrie-Anne shared the action-packed film with Keanu Reeves as the quiet computer hacker who grew up in The Matrix, Neo, Laurence Fishburne as the intense, captain of the large flying ship (the Nebuchadnezzar), Morpheus and Hugo Weaving as the robotic and emotionless, Agent Smith.

She also starred in the 2000 thriller film "Memento" with Guy Pearce.

Actress Erica Ash -- famous from one of the 'Scary Movie' films and "Survivor's Remorse" -- has died ... this according to her family.

Her mother, Diann Ash, tells TMZ ... "We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved daughter, sister, and friend Erica Chantal Ash (1977-2024). After a long and courageous battle with cancer, she transitioned peacefully surrounded by her loved ones."

She adds, "Erica was an amazing woman and talented entertainer who touched countless lives with her sharp wit, humor, and genuine zest for life. Her memory will live eternally in our hearts. In honor of Erica’ memory, the family asks that any donations be made to the Susan G. Komen Cancer Foundation or the Breast Cancer Foundation of your choice. We are grateful for the kind expressions of love and support during this difficult time."

Tiffany Haddish is facing some heat after visiting a grocery store in Africa and acting like it was the coolest thing ever ... which she clearly doesn't think she deserves.

The comedian/actress ventured out while visiting Zimbabwe -- where she made a stop at a local supermarket and recorded herself inside. While filming in the supermarket, Tiff expressed shock and amazement multiple times ... commenting on how beautiful and massive it was.

The implication here -- or at least how people took it -- was that TH couldn't believe how modern the grocery store was in an African country ... and the internet didn't take that well.

Pauly Shore is still gung ho on making a Richard Simmons biopic happen ... even though the beloved fitness guru is now dead.

The actor-comedian was at LAX Monday when a photog asked him the latest on Pauly's pet project ... which he's been trying to film for a while now.

Pauly says the biopic is still moving forward despite Richard's recent death ... though there is a holdup in terms of financing.

Ben Affleck has purchased a new multi-million dollar L.A. estate, TMZ has learned, all but marking the end of his marriage to Jennifer Lopez.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Ben just closed escrow on the Brentwood mansion for $20.5 million. The stunning residence has 5 beds and 6 baths with breakfast and dining areas, a separate family room, den, walk-in closets, media room, powder room, guest house and on and on and on.

TMZ broke the story ... Ben and Jen quietly tried selling their marital home in Bev Hills back in June, but there were no takers, so they officially put it on the market July 11 for $68 million. They bought the house just last year for around $61 million, so with the L.A. mansion tax, real estate commissions and several mil in renovations, they'll be lucky to break even.

Robert Downey Jr. stunned fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe when it was announced Saturday that he would play Doctor Doom in a new 'Avengers' film – and the big reveal was done in classic comic book fashion!

The legendary actor showed up as the infamous supervillain in a green costume with a mask over his face at the 2024 San Diego Comic-Con Saturday night. The packed audience had no idea Robert was behind the silver mask as he stood front and center onstage before other hooded figures.

Check out the video ... Robert suddenly ripped off his mask and spread his arms like wings while triumphantly staring into the crowd. The fans went totally nuts, cheering and clapping and shooting cell phone footage of the incredible moment.
