Chris Pratt's keeping it real: never say never to jumping from Marvel to the DC Universe -- which seems like a possibility with his director pal James Gunn making the shift with 'Superman!'

We caught up with Pratt Thursday in L.A., and he says he's cool with any DCU role James thinks fits him -- especially since 'Superman' is off the table with actor David Corenswet swinging into action for the iconic role.

He basically tells us if a worthwhile flick fits into his packed schedule, he's ready to swoop over to the DCU.

Marilyn Monroe's L.A.-area home will not be listed for sale ... despite the residence being named a Historic-Cultural Monument, which upends the current owners' plans to demo the pad.

Sources close to the homeowners tell TMZ ... Brinah Milstein and Roy Bank have no plans to sell the Brentwood home -- where the Hollywood legend died of a barbiturate overdose in August 1962.

Rather, we're told the married couple will continue to fight this week's L.A. City Council unanimous vote to designate Marilyn's former house a landmark with cultural significance -- a tag that protects it from being torn down.

American actress Dinah Manoff was 21 years old when she rock n' rolled on the movie set of  "Grease" -- playing one of the iconic Pink Ladies, Martina Maraschino AKA "Marty" -- back in 1978.

Dinah shared the big screen with Hollywood legends like John Travolta as the hot and suave leader of the T-Birds, Danny Zuko, Olivia Newton-John as the new and naive girl at school, Sandy and Michael Tucci as Marty's silly, goofy boyfriend and part of the T-Birds.

Other honorable cast mentions include Stockard Channing as Rizzo and Didi Conn as Frenchy.

Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the armorer for "Rust," claims prosecutors in New Mexico buried information that would have helped her prove the gun in the fatal shooting might have fired without Alec Baldwin pulling the trigger.

According to new legal docs, filed Thursday and obtained by TMZ, Gutierrez-Reed claims the prosecutors were sitting on exculpatory evidence during her recent manslaughter trial, which resulted in a conviction, and an 18-month prison sentence for her.

In the docs, Hannah's attorney, Jason Bowles, claims prosecutors buried a report showing the gun had “unexplained” alterations to the trigger that were unlikely the result of the FBI's trigger testing, and did not appear to be original manufacturing marks.

Gena Rowlands -- most famous from "The Notebook" -- is sadly battling Alzheimer's disease ... a heartbreaking update after she portrayed a key character with the same disease.

The actress' son and 'Notebook' director Nick Cassavetes shared the news Tuesday with Entertainment Weekly -- this while celebrating the 20th anniversary of his beloved and iconic romance flick ... which he directed and his mother starred in as Allie in old age.

NC says ... "I got my mom to play older Allie, and we spent a lot of time talking about Alzheimer's and wanting to be authentic with it, and now, for the last five years, she's had Alzheimer's. She's in full dementia. And it's so crazy -- we lived it, she acted it, and now it's on us."

The actor went on the "SmartLess" podcast and says he's channeling all his energy into his recovery of late -- this, of course, after he was crushed by a snowplow in 2023 -- which is why he apparently can't take on certain roles for the time being.
