Marilyn Monroe's L.A.-area home will not be listed for sale ... despite the residence being named a Historic-Cultural Monument, which upends the current owners' plans to demo the pad.

Sources close to the homeowners tell TMZ ... Brinah Milstein and Roy Bank have no plans to sell the Brentwood home -- where the Hollywood legend died of a barbiturate overdose in August 1962.

Rather, we're told the married couple will continue to fight this week's L.A. City Council unanimous vote to designate Marilyn's former house a landmark with cultural significance -- a tag that protects it from being torn down.

American actress Dinah Manoff was 21 years old when she rock n' rolled on the movie set of  "Grease" -- playing one of the iconic Pink Ladies, Martina Maraschino AKA "Marty" -- back in 1978.

Dinah shared the big screen with Hollywood legends like John Travolta as the hot and suave leader of the T-Birds, Danny Zuko, Olivia Newton-John as the new and naive girl at school, Sandy and Michael Tucci as Marty's silly, goofy boyfriend and part of the T-Birds.

Other honorable cast mentions include Stockard Channing as Rizzo and Didi Conn as Frenchy.

Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the armorer for "Rust," claims prosecutors in New Mexico buried information that would have helped her prove the gun in the fatal shooting might have fired without Alec Baldwin pulling the trigger.

According to new legal docs, filed Thursday and obtained by TMZ, Gutierrez-Reed claims the prosecutors were sitting on exculpatory evidence during her recent manslaughter trial, which resulted in a conviction, and an 18-month prison sentence for her.

In the docs, Hannah's attorney, Jason Bowles, claims prosecutors buried a report showing the gun had “unexplained” alterations to the trigger that were unlikely the result of the FBI's trigger testing, and did not appear to be original manufacturing marks.

Paul Walter Hauser is calling out Vin Diesel's alleged attitude while he's on the set of his big-budget films ... even though the 2 actors have never shared the screen.

The Emmy winner ripped into the 'Fast & Furious' star after Paul's voice-acting work in "Inside Out 2" was compared to Vin's performance as Groot in the 'Guardians of the Galaxy' franchise. Bill Cobbs, an actor with over 50 years of experience in Hollywood, is dead ... TMZ has confirmed.

Bill died Tuesday at his home in the Inland Empire in CA ... according to his publicist, Chuck I. Jones.

With an acting career spanning all the way back to the 1970s, Bill has nearly 200 movie and TV show credits to his name.

"The Notebook" author Nicholas Sparks is lamenting Gena Rowlands' battle with Alzheimer's -- feeling for her and her family, and thinking about the sad parallel to the classic book and movie.

It's been 25 years since the release of Disney Channel's 1999 original film "Smart House" -- where two kids win a virtual smart-house after the recent loss of their mother -- and we're going down memory lane with one of the starring actresses, Katie Volding.

Volding was only 10 years old when she was cast as Angie Cooper -- the little sister who loved jumping on the bed while blasting tunes.

And joining Katie included Ryan Merriman as the family's caretaker, Ben, Katey Sagal as the Smart House's virtual assistant and Kevin Kilner as the recent widower, Nick.

Gena Rowlands -- most famous from "The Notebook" -- is sadly battling Alzheimer's disease ... a heartbreaking update after she portrayed a key character with the same disease.

The actress' son and 'Notebook' director Nick Cassavetes shared the news Tuesday with Entertainment Weekly -- this while celebrating the 20th anniversary of his beloved and iconic romance flick ... which he directed and his mother starred in as Allie in old age.

NC says ... "I got my mom to play older Allie, and we spent a lot of time talking about Alzheimer's and wanting to be authentic with it, and now, for the last five years, she's had Alzheimer's. She's in full dementia. And it's so crazy -- we lived it, she acted it, and now it's on us."

Move over, Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift -- the Kansas City Chiefs got their own romance brewing ... courtesy of a new Christmas flick!!

The Super Bowl champs announced their move into the movie biz on Tuesday ... saying the organization is teaming up with Hallmark Media and Skydance Sports for a project titled "Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story."

The flick -- which will air on the Hallmark Channel -- is slated to begin filming next month ... and stars Tyler Hynes, Hunter King and Ed Begley Jr.

Celine Dion is giving folks a raw look at her health crisis in her new documentary ... in the form of a 10-minute scene showing her suffering a seizure, and it's painful and emotional.

The footage shows a frantic Celine crying and screaming out in pain as her body flails around uncontrollably ... and it's agonizing to watch. Yet, Celine clearly wanted this out there -- chronicling it all on camera for this doc, to give the public an inside look at the grueling nature of what she's enduring.

Celine's getting a consultation for her Stiff-Person Syndrome diagnosis when her body goes into crisis mode ... and she's laid down on a table suffering the seizure as a camera crew captures it all.

Jeremy Renner's near-fatal snowplow accident has really taken a toll on his career -- 'cause he says he's limited in the type of work he can do these days ... because he's still healing.

The actor went on the "SmartLess" podcast and says he's channeling all his energy into his recovery of late -- this, of course, after he was crushed by a snowplow in 2023 -- which is why he apparently can't take on certain roles for the time being.

JR explains that he can no longer take on challenging parts when getting on-camera because it simply takes too much out of him ... namely, time/energy he doesn't have anymore.

A James Bond fan looking to pay his respects to Roger Moore is revealing a troubling discovery -- the late 007's resting place has been vandalized ... TMZ has learned.

The fan -- who wants to remain anonymous -- tells TMZ he stopped by the Cimetière de Monaco, a small exclusive cemetery in La Colle, Monaco, and tried to find the late actor's tombstone last week. He was looking for the burial site's unique marker ... a large family crest.

Well, he found the grave -- but also found the large shield representing Moore's family has been ripped off ... and he snapped pics of the bare gravestone to prove it.
