David Beckham's lawsuit against Mark Wahlberg's company is over ... with the two sides settling the issue -- and, it seems all good between them, 'cause Beck's still an investor.
The ex-soccer star's company DB Ventures Limited put out a statement about the resolution ... saying they were happy to have settled the breach of contract lawsuit, wishing the F45 team lots of future success.
F45's CEO, Tom Dowd, added his own two cents ... noting the company's been a vocal Beckham supporter for years -- and vice versa -- and, says they're happy they could come to a mutual agreement.

The film and TV mogul wrote an op-ed for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Thursday ... offering his take after a couple of fellow entertainers filed a lawsuit in 2022 for allegedly getting stopped at ATL's Hartsfield-Jackson Airport.
In the piece, TP breaks down the case made by the two comedians in the lawsuit -- Eric André and Clayton English -- who say they were stopped for no reason while just a few steps away from boarding separate flights several months apart in 2021.

George Clooney is reportedly pissed at President Biden and his administration over their handling of the Israel-Hamas war – and he let them know it in a not-so-friendly phone call.
Last month, the Oscar-winning actor dialed up the White House and spoke to one of Biden's senior aides, Steve Ricchetti, complaining to him about the commander-in-chief criticizing the International Criminal Court (ICC) for seeking an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, according to the Washington Post.
The newspaper reported Clooney was really miffed because his wife – attorney Amal Clooney – played a role in the ICC's efforts to try to obtain the warrant.

Johnny Wactor's body was cremated after he was murdered in Los Angeles ... TMZ has learned.
According to the late actor's death certificate, obtained by TMZ, his remains were transferred to his mother, Scarlett, cremated, and now reside at her home in South Carolina. Johnny's family had made it known they wanted his body sent over after he was killed in L.A.
Johnny's occupation is listed as an actor, and the doc also notes he'd been in the entertainment industry for 15 years.

Before hitting the big time, Bower studied acting at John Cassavetes Shadows Workshop ... and then spent 15 years as a private investigator before diving into acting in 1972 with "The Basic Training of Pavlo Hummel," alongside Al Pacino.
