3:29 PM PT -- Jennifer Lopez just popped up at a dance studio here in L.A. ... and wouldn't you know it, she's still wearing her wedding ring.

Check it out ... J Lo was photographed outside with a sea of paps around, and she had a laptop in her left hand -- with her band still on, keeping in with how she's been looking of late ... namely, married. Hard to gauge what this means in light of her IG like ... stay tuned.

Jennifer Lopez has broken relationships on the mind, at least based on an Instagram post she liked, and it comes on the heels of buzz she and Ben Affleck have hit a rough patch.

Here's the deal ... a relationship coach named Lenna Marsak -- who posts a ton of content about how to build a strong and healthy romance -- posted something back in March that J Lo apparently came across Thursday morning, and liked it. The post itself might be telling.

It features a few slides of large text -- including the opening one which kicks it off strong, reading ... "You cannot build a healthy relationship with someone who ..."

Kel Mitchell's making explosive claims about his ex-wife, claiming she got pregnant by multiple men during their marriage ... something she says is an outright lie and delusion.

The actor sat down with Shannon Sharpe on his "Club Shay Shay" podcast for an interview released Wednesday when he talked about his ex, Tyisha Hampton, to whom he was married from 1999 to 2005.

The way Kel tells it, Hampton had an abortion before they got married -- and, after they married, he claims she told him the aborted fetus was not his, but a different man's.

3:07 PM PT -- Chris just addressed Tony's passing, writing ... "Devastated to hear about the loss of my friend and former stunt double Tony McFarr. We did several movies together. We golfed, drank whiskey, smoked cigars, and spent endless hours on set."

He adds, "He was always a gentleman and professional. He'll be missed. My prayers go out to his friends and family, especially his daughter."

Tony McFarr -- a stuntman who stepped in to double for some of Hollywood's biggest stars, including Chris Pratt -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

The daredevil performer's mother, Donna, tells us he passed away Monday at his home just outside Orlando -- and while we're told the family doesn't know the exact circumstances of his death just yet ... Donna does say his passing is unexpected and shocking.

She says Tony was active and healthy ... and we're told the medical examiner's office is running toxicology tests now. The Orange County Medical Examiner confirms to us they have the case ... and that an official cause is still pending.

Judi Dench is jumping into the trigger warning debate -- and TBH, her comments alone might just warrant a trigger warning in and of itself ... 'cause she's got a fiery take about it.

The actress says she didn't realize many productions now give viewers a heads-up about distressing material, telling the Radio Times, "My God, it must be a pretty long trigger warning before King Lear or Titus Andronicus! Crikey, is that really what happens now?"

After the news sank in, Judi's take basically amounted to crapping on the idea of protecting viewers, saying ... "If you're that sensitive, don't go to the theater, because you could be very shocked. Where is the surprise of seeing and understanding it in your own way?"

After years of prayers, wishes and speculation, it's really happening -- Adam Sandler is slated to star in a sequel to his classic comedy, "Happy Gilmore" ... with Netflix confirming the project is, indeed, in the works.

The streaming giant made the huge announcement on Wednesday ... saying the leading man will be back for the second round of the 1996 golf flick ... which was also co-written by the Sand-man himself.

In new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Gutierrez-Reed's lawyers filed Monday to appeal her involuntary manslaughter conviction in the 2021 fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins -- for which she received 18 months in prison and a $5,000 fine.

Her legal team also filed to appeal the denial of her pretrial motions ... which included a motion to dismiss the charges on multiple grounds.

Steve Buscemi was captured on video casually walking on the street moments before he was randomly sucker punched by a hulking assailant in NYC.

On Monday, CBS News published footage of the actor strolling down Third Avenue in Manhattan last Wednesday as he was fidgeting with his cell phone.

Suddenly, Buscemi peered up at a passerby and seemingly said something to the woman. Then he proceeded across the street, where -- off-camera -- he was punched in the head by his attacker for no apparent reason.
