El ayudante de dirección del rodaje de "Rust" -que le entregó a Alec Baldwin la pistola que finalmente se disparó contra Halyna Hutchins- acaba de subir al estrado en el juicio del armero, y lloró.

David Halls testificó en nombre de la fiscalía el jueves en Nuevo México, donde van tras de Hannah Gutiérrez-Reed por cargos de homicidio, y dio una descripción detallada de su última interacción con Halyna antes de que muriera en el set.

Es increíblemente emocional. Él dice que Halyna le dijo que no podía sentir sus piernas antes de morir... y David derramó algunas lágrimas.

La fiscalía también tuvo a un productor de la película, Ryan Winterstern, testificando el jueves. Los fiscales dicen que Hannah afirmó anteriormente que habló con dos productores llamados Ryan y Nathan y les dijo que necesitaba tiempo adicional con Baldwin para realizar el tiro cruzado.

The first assistant director on the set of "Rust" -- who handed Alec Baldwin the gun that was ultimately fired at Halyna Hutchins -- just took the stand in the armorer's trial, and he cried.

David Halls testified on behalf of the prosecution Thursday in New Mexico -- where they're going after Hannah Gutierrez-Reed on manslaughter charges ... and he gave a detailed description of his last interaction with Halyna before she died on set.

It's incredibly emotional ... he says Halyna told him she couldn't feel her legs before she passed -- and DH sheds some tears here.

The prosecution also had a producer on the film, Ryan Winterstern, testify Thursday. Prosecutors say Hannah previously claimed she spoke to 2 producers named Ryan and Nathan and told them she needed additional armorer time with Baldwin concerning his cross draw.

Remember ... Alec was working on his cross draw in the scene when his gun went off and shot a live round, hitting Halyna and ultimately taking her life. Prosecutors say Hannah shares at least some of the blame because she was responsible for the guns on set.

Anyway, Ryan was asked straight up if he remembers having that conversation with Hannah ... and he testified he didn't recall her ever bringing that to his attention, and said he probably would remember such a convo if it had occurred.

Meanwhile, in testimony from Wednesday, prosecutors asked line producer Gabrielle Pickle if she ever expressed concerns to Hannah about firearms being left unattended on set.

Gabrielle testified she twice raised the issue with Hannah ... in person and also via email.

Asked if she suggested a way of fixing the issue with unattended firearms on the "Rust" set, Gabrielle testified she proposed a logging system to Hannah, where the firearms would be checked in and checked out with each use.

Gabrielle testified Hannah shot down the suggestion ... allegedly telling Gabrielle it was "too complicated" and that Hannah was working with her own system for keeping track of the guns.

As we reported ... the prosecution's opening statement was all about Hannah being at fault for the live round that killed Halyna.

Prosecutors said Hannah did not follow proper gun safety protocols on set ... claiming she regularly left guns and ammo just lying around the set, and even allowed live ammo to infiltrate the production.

For her part, Hannah's lawyers have said she was tasked with multiple jobs on set -- armorer and prop assistant -- which was a lot to ask of her at just 24 years old.

Lizzo is pushing back on the notion she turned down a cameo for the new Jennifer Lopez movie ... and it sounds like she would've come aboard if she knew about it.

Here's the deal ... J Lo revealed all the celebs who allegedly passed on roles in her recent flick "This Is Me ... Now" in a Prime Video doc about the making of her new album ... and Lizzo's name came up as being "unavailable."

However, Lizzo's singing a different tune, literally. In a TikTok post, Lizzo claims no one told her about the movie offer. She doubles down, claiming she wasn't asked to be in the flick.

No hard feelings from Lizzo though ... she looks into the camera and tells J Lo she loves her. So, she's not really bent out of shape -- but it does raise an eyebrow, no doubt.

Remember, in the 'Greatest Love Story Never Told' doc, J Lo tells her love story through her eyes ... but it sounds like the casting journey was full of twists and turns.

Adam Sandler's just like the rest of us ... turns out, not even he can keep his cool around Taylor Swift.

Speaking on SiriusXM's "Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend," Adam and host Conan discussed how 21st-century celebs didn't quite leave them fangirling like the ones from back in the day did -- but according to the actor ... one modern star broke that rule -- Tay Tay!!

Adam explained that he still gets "a little f***ing jumpy" around the singer cause of what she means to his teen daughters Sadie and Sunny ... and he doesn't want to risk blowing their chance to have an awesome experience by acting all awkward around TS.

In fact, it's like his comedy movie characters come to life when he's trying to get Taylor's attention ... 'cause he says he's super loud and excited!!

Conan totally got where Adam was coming from here, BTW ... adding TS was on a whole other level now with her superstardom reaching crazy heights and her Travis Kelce romance hitting headlines.

Adam went on to compare Swift's success to "Beatlemania" in the '60s ... adding she has so many smash hits, and there's not a word his kids don't know.

He's had plenty of opportunities to sing along with them, too ... last year, he took his daughters to Taylor's "Eras" tour in L.A., and they also hit up the "The Eras Tour: The Movie" premiere. So yeah, AS is a well-anointed Swifite via proxy, thanks to his kids.

The organizers behind the chaotic Willy Wonka pop-up attraction in the UK were directly confronted by outraged customers ... which we can now see in this heated video.

In the footage above ... House of Illuminati -- the organizers behind the disastrous event -- are shouted at by angry parents, who accuse them of scamming kids after putting on an exhibit with cheap decorations, zero chocolate and a script made from artificial intelligence.

What's worse ... it's said the group charged $35 a pop for this sad display, and the parents clearly feel like they got ripped off, evidenced in their shouted words and scolding.

While one of the planners is seen assuring the enraged attendees that full refunds would be issued -- the crowd does not appear satisfied with his response ... with one woman threatening to call the police. As we all now know ... they eventually did call cops.

One guest calls out the company for duping attendees -- as they posted little to no information on social media or their website. She screamed ...  "It's a scam. You've scammed children!"

One of the organizers does offer up an apology -- saying he's "very, very sorry" for the whole mess. That wasn't good enough for the fuming mob here, though.

This encounter confirms what Paul Connell -- who played one of the Wonkas at the now-viral experience -- previously told TMZ about the "carnage" that ensued after guests formed an angry mob.

He dished to us that the cops were called after the frustrated group began throwing things and crying. While over 850 refunds are said to have been issued -- PC alleged he still hadn't been paid the 500 pounds (roughly $633) for his part in the event.

Now, we know there is a sweet ending potentially in the works at the moment ... some of the pissed parents who left with disappointed kids are reportedly working on putting on their own exhibit that will be totally free.

So ... cheer up, Charlie!

He says their standard at-home convo scenario features him on the toilet and her in the bathtub just shootin' the s*** (pun very much intended).

Cooper says it's a little different from how he was raised -- explaining he never saw his dad on the toilet, but did admit he was always naked around his pops growin' up. Safe to say, the Cooper clan's got no hang-ups with nudity. Very European!

One of the actors working the disastrous Willy Wonka attraction in the UK is spilling it all -- dishing the ins and outs of what went wrong, and how parents are making things right.

Paul Connell -- who played one of the Wonkas at the now-viral disaster -- tells TMZ cops were called after people began throwing things when the experience in Glasgow failed to impress, which seriously pissed off the families who paid good money to be entertained. He says ... "People were crying. People were shouting. It just turned into carnage, basically."

PC doesn't blame guests for their outrage either -- as he says there wasn't even chocolate offered at the attraction! Check out the interview he did with us ... he gets into the nitty gritty of it all, including what he says the attraction workers were instructed to give the kids.

Let's just say it was meager and meaningless ... and not very sweet.

But much like the ending of Roald Dahl's children's classic ... there's a happy ending in the works -- at least that's what Paul says he's heard through the grapevine in the aftermath.

AMC Entertainment is giving Taylor Swift and Beyoncé a standing ovation ... the theater chain says their concert movies are behind "literally all" of its revenue to close 2023.

AMC just reported quarterly earnings to Wall Street, and the nationwide chain says Bey and Tay Tay helped boost their financials big time.

On the strength of "Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour" and "Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé," AMC raked in $1.1 billion in fourth-quarter revenue.

The massive figure is up from the $990.9 million in revenue AMC reported in the fourth quarter of 2022, a huge increase as far as AMC is concerned.

Taylor and Beyonce are getting their flowers, too -- AMC's CEO Adam Aron says "literally all" of the increased revenue is a result of the singers' concert movies.

Remember, AMC signed deals last year with Taylor and Beyonce to exclusively distribute their concert films, and it turned out to be a brilliant business move for all involved.

Adam adds ... "To that end, our praise for Taylor Swift and Beyoncé Knowles Carter has no limit."

Without the box office boost from Swifties and the Beyhive, things would probably look pretty bleak for AMC right now ... the company says it's still rebounding from last year's Hollywood strikes.

Overall, AMC still lost $182 million in the quarter, but that is way down from last year's $287.7 million loss ... hence the glee from AMC execs over Taylor and Beyonce.

Essentially, the theater chain's still hurting -- but the superstar singers helped bring the hemorrhaging down to a trickle.

Now, AMC is turning to a different celeb to get butts in theater seats ... AMC announced a trio of new, 30-second Nicole Kidman commercials -- y'know the ones about "making movies better" -- which will play in theater previews, starting Friday.

With Taylor and Beyonce changing the game here with their concert films, AMC says they'll have more concert movies in 2024 and 2025.

Aron says the company's phones are ringing off the hook with calls from different musicians.

Robert Downey Jr. is the front-runner to win the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor -- but one Academy member is openly admitting ... he's voting for him because he met him in person.

The Hollywood Reporter did their annual writeup that polls anonymous AMPAS members to see what their thought process is going into the new Academy Awards -- which are a couple weeks away -- and one of them was candid on their thoughts about RDJ.

This member said they were voting for Bob ... but it sounds like it might have more to do with his personality than his actual performance -- which is a little disheartening to hear.

They say, "I was torn between Mark Ruffalo and Robert Downey Jr., and even though it’s cheesy I’ll be real with you: I met Downey at an awards season party, we had an interaction that I did not initiate, and it tipped the scales for me."

This anonymous voter adds ... "Campaigning matters! What’s really great about him as an actor, in this film and so many others, is his ability to be believable all the time. I loved watching him turn as the story turned on Strauss."

In other words ... they liked RDJ's work in "Oppenheimer," but a little schmoozing went a long way with this person when they met Rob in real life. So, no ... it's not all on merit, it seems.

The reason that kinda sucks ... well, in a perfect world -- you'd like to think people who vote at the Oscars are only looking at what they see on screen, and are judging off of that. But, as this person is confessing, there are some politics involved in this process.

This mystery Academy member calls it campaigning ... another word for it is, lobbying.

While Downey Jr. has been considered a shoo-in from the start -- yes, his performance is actually spectacular and worthy of recognition -- this is the type of stuff you don't really wanna hear if you're Ruffalo, Robert De Niro, Sterling K. Brown or Ryan Gosling.

The Hollywood Reporter hizo su escritura anual de las encuestas anónimas que los miembros de la Academia realizan para observar su proceso de pensamiento de cara a los nuevos Premios de la Academia, que son solo en un par de días, y uno de ellos fue sincero sobre sus pensamientos acerca de Robert Downey Jr.

Este miembro dijo que iban a votar por Bob. Aunque esto podría tener más que ver con su personalidad que con su interpretación, lo que es un poco desalentador de escuchar.

Ellos dicen: "Yo estaba indeciso entre Mark Ruffalo y Robert Downey Jr, y aunque es cursi voy a ser honesto con ustedes: Conocí a Downey en una fiesta de la temporada de premios, tuvimos una interacción que yo no inicié y eso inclinó la balanza para mí."

Este votante anónimo añade: "¡La campaña es importante! Lo particularmente genial de él como actor, en esta película y en tantas otras, es su capacidad para ser creíble todo el tiempo. Me encantó verlo a medida que la historia avanzaba en torno a Strauss".

En otras palabras: les gustó el trabajo de Robert Downey Jr. en "Oppenheimer", pero la balanza se inclinó un poco cuando conocieron a Rob en persona. Así que no, no es solo por el mérito, al parecer.

La razón por la que esto cae mal es que ... Bueno, en el mundo perfecto te gustaría creer que las personas que votan en los Oscar solo se fijan en lo que ven en la pantalla. Pero, como confiesa esta persona, hay algo de política en este proceso.

Este misterioso miembro de la Academia lo llama campaña, otra palabra para ello es el lobby.

Aunque Downey Jr. ha sido considerado favorito desde el principio -su actuación es realmente espectacular y digna de reconocimiento- estas no son las cosas que quieres oír si eres Ruffalo, Robert De Niro, Sterling K. Brown o Ryan Gosling.

Los visuales de la atracción de Willy Wonka en el Reino Unido son bastante decepcionantes, pero el guion lo es aún más.

El guión de 13 páginas que se le entrego a los actores para realizar el "Willy's Chocolate Experience" en Glasgow, Escocia, ha salido a la luz en línea, y si pensabas que la experiencia en sí parecía precaria, espera a saber de qué va la trama.

Lo primero que salta a la vista es que las descripciones de los decorados -que deberían pintar un cuadro de experiencia caprichosa, encantadora y envolvente- no se corresponden en absoluto con lo que realmente le esperaba a los padres que pagaron, quienes terminaron exigiendo reembolsos.

El naufragio no acaba ahí, el guion está plagado de predicciones sobre cómo respondería el público al decorado y a los actores que interpretaban a Willy Wonka y los Oompa Loompas, pero los halagos no se hicieron realidad.

Paul Connell, el actor contratado para interpretar a Wonka, dice que el elenco recibió el guion el día antes del evento, lo que les dio poco tiempo para memorizar sus líneas y le dijo a The Independent que la escritura era un montón de tonteras generadas por IA.

Un ejemplo perfecto de cómo el guion se desvía en gran medida de la realidad, es la "Sala de Burbujas y Limonada".

En el guion, el espacio se describe como "una habitación donde el aire chispea con burbujas flotantes, y ríos de limonada chispeante fluyen libremente." Suena bien, pero en realidad es solo una mesa desplegable con vasos de plástico que contienen unos sorbos de limonada y una bolsa de basura claramente visible.

También se menciona aquí a una especie de espíritu maligno llamado El Desconocido y también hay un video de un actor interpretándolo durante una de las visitas del pasado fin de semana.

Fue bastante espeluznante y los niños que lo presenciaron se llevaron un susto de muerte.

En pocas palabras, la ejecución del guion no resultó muy bien, pero para ser honesto, la escritura en sí no es muy buena tampoco. Todo es inconexo, difícil de seguir y parece que eso se manifestó en el mundo real cuando intentaron darle vida.

Recordemos que los padres se quejaban de que a sus hijos les daban un cuarto de vaso de limonada y unas cuantas gominolas. Además, se amontonaban en las precarias decoraciones y lo peor es que solo tardabas un minuto en recorrerlo todo.

Todo lo relacionado con el evento es tan lúgubre que casi resulta gracioso... en serio, si necesitas reírte lee el guion. Es hilarante.
