Jennifer López finalmente ha dejado su apartamento de soltera en California, cortando oficialmente los lazos con la última parte de su vida de soltera antes de casarse con Ben Affleck el año pasado.

Fuentes de bienes raíces le dicen a TMZ que J Lo recientemente vendió su mansión de Bel-Air por la suma de 34 millones de dólares. Ella hizo un buen negocio si tenemos en cuenta que la compró en 2016 por alrededor de 28 millones.

En todo caso no es la suma que ella hubiera querido, el precio de este lugar a principios de año fue de $42.5 millones de dólares, por lo que tuvo que conformarse un poco para deshacerse de él.

Aun así, nos dicen que la venta fue un récord para la zona así que todavía hay razones para celebrar.

La finca cuenta con una enorme casa principal, incluyendo nueve dormitorios, trece baños, una piscina infinita, sala de proyección de 30 asientos, un gimnasio, una casa de huéspedes, un anfiteatro extra de 100 asientos y mucho más.

Recordemos que Ben también se deshizo de su casa, justo cuando se casó con Jen.

Real estate sources tell TMZ, J Lo recently sold her Bel-Air mansion for a cool $34 million -- this after first listing it back in February. She made a nice profit, especially when you consider she first bought it in 2016 for about $28 mil.

Of course, it's not nearly as much as she would've liked -- the price tag on this place earlier in the year was $42.5 mil, so she had to take a bit off the top to get rid of it.

Still, we're told the sale was a record for the area -- so there's still reason to celebrate.

The estate features a huge main house ... including 9 bedrooms, 13 baths, an infinity pool, 30-seat screening room, a gym, a guest house, an extra 100-seat amphitheater and more.

Remember, Ben also got rid of his own spot, right around the same time he married Jen.

Jen and Ben have moved on up from their respective individual properties they owned before getting hitched -- having purchased a massive mansion in Bev Hills that reflects their collective wealth ... a whopping $60 million.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is getting to work on his new wax figure that people said looks nothin' like him ... by teaming up with the wax museum to make some serious changes.

The actor responded to the noise about his new figure on Sunday -- having a good laugh while telling his fans he's going to have his team reach out to "our friends at Grévin Museum, in Paris France" to make the changes.

Obviously, folks online weren't alone in thinking there were differences between the figure and the man himself ... he added he'll work with the museum to fix "important details and improvements -- starting with my skin color 🤣."

A spokesperson for the Grévin Museum tells TMZ they indeed are working with Dwayne to right the wrong ... adding they'll "remedy it as quickly as possible and send him new photos once completed."

The museum's spokesperson tells us the figure will be fixed during the night, so it'll stay on display for the time being ... noting their team can't wait for Dwayne to come to Paris to celebrate the new look with some champagne -- classy move, Grévin!

Ariana Grande's marriage to Dalton Gomez is over and done with -- and now, she seems a bit more willing to step out with her Broadway boyfriend ... including a date night in NYC!

The singer hit the town Saturday night with Ethan Slater -- who stars opposite her in the upcoming 'Wicked' movie ... and whose big claim to fame thus far is playing the famed SpongeBob SquarePants live on stage (the theatre version, not from the TV show).

Eyewitnesses tell TMZ the two love birds appeared to be having a bite -- or drinks, more like -- at the MO Lounge within the luxurious Mandarin Oriental hotel in the heart of Manhattan.

As you can see in these photos we obtained ... they were off in the corner with their own private table, with their backs turned to just about everybody else ... and enjoying each other's company. And yes, we're told they were super flirty and touchy-feely.

Our sources tell us Ariana was actually the one who showed more affection here. Apparently, she kept getting up from where she was first sitting (across from ES) to come be directly by his side -- where she whispered sweet-nothings into his ear, and planted some smooches.

We're told they certainly seemed to be having a good old boozy time ... and sure, you can see they had at least a glass of wine each. In any case, our sources tell us they were there for a while ... for almost upwards of 2 hours, they were just perched there chatting.

It's interesting we're seeing them not trying to hide as much as they were the last time they were hanging out in public -- remember, they did a Disneyworld trip out in FL last month.

That was before she and Dalton were officially single in the eyes of the law -- something that wrapped up a few weeks ago ... when she and her ex settled their divorce, without much drama. In the wake of them closing that book ... DG himself seems to have moved on.

Will Ferrell's been revisiting his old hits lately, including this weekend -- when he teamed up with John C. Reilly to honor none other than Snoop Dogg ... who hit a big milestone.

Indeed ... the notorious 'Step Brothers' got together to sing one of their ditties from the movie Saturday night in L.A. -- where Will hosting some benefit concert at the Greek Theater, and where the two former costars got onstage to belt out a fan fave, 'Boats and Hoes.'

Fans of the film remember that one well -- only this time, a surprise guest was added to their lineup, and that'd be Snoop, who was celebrating his 52nd birthday from the day prior.

The performance, as it turns out, was mostly led by the Doggfather ... who fit in flawlessly.

You can tell Will and John really wanted to make Snoop feel special -- because at one point during all the fun, they presented him with a 3-tier birthday cake ... which SD was proud to show off on social media.

It's been 2 years since Daniel Craig hung it up as James Bond -- but even now, the franchise's producers haven't done much on the next chapter ... which is kinda surprising.

Barbara Broccoli -- who's one of the key producers of the Bond franchise, and who holds the rights to all the films -- made the revelation to The Guardian this weekend ... telling them they're quite a ways out from choosing their next 007.

She says there's a "big road ahead" before their famed British spy could be reinvented for the next chapter." Even more startling is that she says the execs "haven’t even begun" the process of rebooting the franchise, which they apparently want to make more modern.

Broccoli says the next iteration of Bond has to reflect how the world has changed since DC was tapped almost 20 years ago ... and noted the character had often been reinvented. She adds, "Daniel gave us the ability to mine the emotional life of the character … and also the world was ready for it. I think these movies reflect the time they are in."

That's all fine and good ... but what's getting some head-turns here is the fact that Barbara and co. seem to be dragging their feet on this -- at least that's what some Bond fans say.

Of course, the timing is objectively on par with how long it took them the last time to recast Bond -- Pierce Brosnan's last go at it was in 2002, and Craig didn't pick up the baton until 4 years later in 2006 ... so yeah, the producers seem to like to take their sweet time.

There's also all the strike stuff that's going on in showbiz right now -- so perhaps that's also holding things up. In any case, here's hoping they can start zeroing in sooner than later.

Por supuesto, el calendario está a la par con el tiempo que les tomó la última vez para refundir a Bond. La última vez que Pierce Brosnan lo hizo fue en 2002, y Craig tomó el desafío cuatro años más tarde, en 2006, así que sí, a los productores parece que les gusta tomarse su tiempo.

Un cine AMC de Los Ángeles se sumió en el pánico y la confusión durante una aparente emergencia este fin de semana. Fue un momento de caos que podría haber afectado a Martin Scorsese.

Todo esto sucedió el sábado por la noche en el cine AMC de Century City, donde testigos presenciales le informan a TMZ que todas las proyecciones de alrededor de las 7 PM fueron interrumpidas y acortadas después de una alarma de incendio que comenzó a sonar en todo el establecimiento, cuya causa aún no está clara.

Se nos dice que el personal de AMC no fue precisamente útil a la hora de aclarar la situación o decirle a la gente que hacer. Los asistentes actuaron por su cuenta y bajaron en dirección al vestíbulo.

Nuestras fuentes nos dicen que algunas personas estaban enloqueciendo un poco debido a la falta de información, un puñado de gente pensó que podría haber sido una situación de tirador activo, así que sí, parece que la situación fue bastante caótica.

An AMC Theater in L.A. erupted into panic and confusion during an apparent emergency over the weekend -- a frenzied scene which might've actually affected one Martin Scorsese.

This all went down Saturday night at the AMC Century City location -- where eyewitnesses tell TMZ that all screenings around 7 PM PT were interrupted and cut short after a fire alarm started blaring throughout the entire facility ... the cause of which is still unclear.

We're told that AMC staffers weren't all that helpful in clarifying to people what was going on or what to do -- and folks started to shuffle out on their own ... heading into the lobby.

Our sources tell us, however, that some people were actually freaking out a bit -- seeing how no information was apparently being communicated, a handful of folks thought there might've been an active shooter situation ... so yeah, it sounds like it was a chaotic sitch.

We're told people were awkwardly standing around ... not really sure what to do. Eventually, though, a massive line formed once it became clear their movies were ruined -- and guest relations started to give out refunds.

Our sources tell us everybody there did eventually get their money back -- that, or a movie voucher for another visit -- and that even for the Taylor Swift movie, which is being sold as a premiere event was honored by the AMC staff ... but the whole process was messy.

The kicker to all this is that Scorsese was actually on hand Saturday night there at Century City -- as he was intro'ing a screening of "Killers Of the Flower Moon" around the same time.

Bad Bunny brought his GF, Kendall Jenner, to 'SNL' .... she didn't appear on the show, but they were super tight during the after-party.

BB, Kendall and the cast, along with guest stars Pedro Pascal, Mick Jagger and Lady Gaga, all hit up L'Avenue in NYC after the show.

Bad Bunny and Kendall were dressed casually... she was wearing a leather jacket and boots as they walked hand in hand into the bash.

Gaga's entrance was revelatory. She was also hand in hand with her ex, Michael Polansky. The 2 have been spotted together recently but it seems pretty clear ... they're giving it another try.

Tom Hanks, Rita Wilson and Ed Sheeran treated themselves to a Saturday night performance of U2's out-of-this-world "Sphere" Residency ... and we caught the trio rockin' out like there was no tomorrow.

The A-listers were watching Bono and Co. crank out their hit "It's a Beautiful Day" onstage inside the humongous planet-like arena created for the band's three-month Las Vegas Residency called "U2:UV Achtung Baby Live At Sphere," which kicked off in late September.

Check out this video, obtained by TMZ  ... Tom and his wife, Rita, are standing side by side in an elevated seating area, while Ed is hanging out nearby. All three are engrossed in the show, bopping to the beats of the tune.

Suddenly, the song hits a crescendo and Tom/Rita go totally nuts, putting their dance moves into high gear and singing along to the lyrics.

Turns out Tom, Rita and Ed are just the latest in a long line of Hollywood's elite to enjoy the iconic rock group's Vegas Residency.

Tyler Perry's lifeline for an elderly woman fighting to hang on to the South Carolina property her family's owned since the Civil War era includes a new home with a swimming pool.

Josephine Wright is the 93-year-old woman duking it out with a developer in Hilton Head and her granddaughter, Charise, tells TMZ ... Tyler got in touch with the family and asked Josephine what she wanted in a new home, and she told him 5 bedrooms plus a pool.

Charise says Tyler agreed and his team sent Josephine the blueprints. But, she says her grandma is very particular and asked for a few minor changes ... and he obliged.

As you can see in the blueprint, obtained by TMZ, there's also a game room, dining room, home office, media room and a big porch.

We're told Tyler is gifting Josephine a modular home ... meaning it will be built off-site and then moved to a separate part of her expansive property, so she won't have to leave the plot of land that's been passed down by her family for generations.

Charise says part of her grandma's current home is built on the section of property that is the subject of a bitter land dispute.

TMZ broke the story ... Tyler's buying the home and construction crews will get to work in a few weeks once all the permits are squared away.

Tyler pledged his support to Josephine back in July after learning of her plight ... and Charise tells us he reached out to the family in late August to get the ball rolling on the new home.

As for Josephine's legal showdown with the developer ... we're told both sides are still in deliberations.

Charise tells TMZ ... "My Grandmother would like to thank all the people all over the world who looked at her and didn't see a little fragile lady but a giant ready to fight to keep what's rightfully hers. She is humbled and so appreciative, God bless."
