Paul Walker's memory is truly living on ... thanks to his brother Cody.

Cody Walker and his wife, Felicia, honored Paul by naming their third son after the late 'Fast & Furious' star, who died in a car crash nearly 10 years ago.

After the baby was born April 30, the couple quickly decided on the name, Paul Barrett "Bear" Walker.  They posted an Instagram photo of the baby held by his 2-year-old brother, Colt Knox Walker.

Cody told PEOPLE ... "This November will mark 10 years since we lost my brother, Paul, and I just felt now was the appropriate time (to honor Paul)."

Turns out Cody is the second member of the Walker family to celebrate Paul's memory. Their older brother, Caleb Walker, and his wife, Stephanie, named their 5-year-old son Maverick Paul Walker after the actor.

In the latest F&F installment "Fast X," which was released this month, Paul is briefly seen in a flashback at the beginning of the film.

Lady Gaga made a surprise appearance at an L.A. bar recently, looking ever the stunning starlet she is and putting on a performance for the patrons.

Check out the video, obtained by TMZ, which shows Gaga sporting a chic dress, stylish black coat and 10-inch platform heels while hanging out with friends at a table at Laurel Tavern in Studio City.

We're told the iconic singer/actress seemed happy and relaxed as she chilled with her group of gals, chatting and yukking it up with them.

Our sources say Gaga's security team was stationed around the saloon, keeping a close eye on her ... sure nobody bothered her.

After a few hours, Gaga decided it was time to exit so she got up from the table and started hugging her girls while saying goodbye for the night.

That's when she also got into full Gaga mode and started dancing to a song playing over the bar's speakers.

In the clip, Gaga does a few moves for the crowd, who cheer her on, shouting, "Get it, girl" and "We love you, Gaga."

Austin Butler and Kaia Gerber are all the rage on the internet right now ... because there's a huge buzz about a potential engagement.

There's tons of speculation online that the "Elvis" star may have popped the question to his model girlfriend ... and it's a pretty juicy rumor, which may have some legs.

Austin and Kaia getting engaged isn't all that far-fetched ... they've been dating since December 2021 and he was recently spotted helping her move into a new home. It's unclear if Austin and Kaia are living there together, but they seem to be inseparable.

The rumors reached a head Thursday when Deuxmoi claimed Austin proposed to Kaia in April and they've been keeping their engagement under wraps.

Before going public with their relationship at the 2022 Met Gala in New York City, Austin and Kaia reportedly jetted off to Paris for Valentine's Day. They kissed for cameras at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival and she was by his side in January when he won a Golden Globe award for his performance in "Elvis."

As we reported ... after Austin's big movie went 0 for 8 at the Oscars, he flew down to Los Cabos to lounge poolside with Kaia.

The jet-setting lovebirds went to the Time100 Gala last month in the Big Apple, but they haven't been photographed in public since April 27, which adds more intrigue.

Ya gotta wonder if they are hanging back and planning a big announcement.

Jonathan Majors and his new boo Meagan Good kept things lowkey on their latest date ... quietly slippin' in and out of Red Lobster with some of her family for some grub.

The "Creed 3" and "Harlem" stars were spotted at the seafood chain Tuesday in Woodland Hills -- spending 3 hours with Meagan's mom and her sister while they all chatted and went to town on some seafood.

Looks like Jonathan got flowers for Meagan, her momma, and her sis -- unclear if it was his first time meeting the fam, but we're sure he got some bonus points for the classy move.

As we reported, JM and MG landed at LAX Saturday ... coming from New York and holding hands as they walked down the tarmac and into their ride -- a pretty sweet perk for celebs like them.

Of course, their rumored romance comes on the heels of physical abuse claims against Jonathan by his ex-girlfriend.

You'll recall, he was arrested in March on assault and aggravated harassment charges, but he and his lawyers have profusely denied all of it -- even pointing to a clip of the alleged victim having fun at a club after the supposed incident went down as proof.

Carrie Fisher fans now have a shot at an iconic piece of "Star Wars" history ... Princess Leia's dress is up for grabs, but it's gonna take way more than Obi-Wan's help to snag it!

The one-of-a-kind costume has hit the auction block at Propstore Auction. It was worn by the late actress in the OG 1977 film, "Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope" ... and the auction house estimates it will fetch between $1 mil to $2 mil.

The 3-day auction also features several other non 'Star Wars'-related pieces of Hollywood memorabilia. For instance, Batman's Batpod -- used by Christian Bale in "The Dark Knight" and "The Dark Knight Rises" -- is also up for grabs, and will likely draw a similar price as Leia's gown.

Other items on the block include the evil clown doll from Steven Spielberg's classic 1982 film "Poltergeist", which is expected to go for $200K to $400K.

And film fans can also bid on props from modern hits, like Chris Pratt's light-up "Star-Lord" helmet from the 2014 flick, "Guardians of the Galaxy".

Harry Potter's distressed costume, worn by Daniel Radcliffe in "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets" is up for grabs, and figures to go for at least $75K. Steep price, for sure, but it does come with the glasses.

Johnny Depp didn't leave London without paying tribute to his longtime pal and late guitarist, Jeff Beck ... performing on the same stage they did a year ago, all in his honor.

Johnny hit the stage Monday night at the Royal Albert Hall for a tribute concert for Beck, who died earlier this year. Depp was in the company of some rock legends for the show ... including Eric Clapton, Rod Stewart, Ronnie Wood, Billy Gibbons, Joss Stone, Kirk Hammett and more.

The icon-heavy concert comes on the heels of some other big moments for Depp -- he was just celebrated at the Cannes Film Festival for his movie, "Jeanne du Barry" ... and he inked a $20 mil deal with Dior.

He was in rock star mode, though, in London ... rocking a pair of shades, a beret and a jacket with a photo of Beck on the back.

As we reported, Beck died at the age of 78 in January after contracting bacterial meningitis.

The show is the first of 2 tribute concerts, announced by Beck's wife Sandra and Eric Clapton back in March.

And, JD's performance was especially significant. Remember, Johnny and Jeff actually performed together at the exact same venue in May of last year.

You'll recall, they were touring together following Johnny's defamation trial against Amber Heard. In fact, Johnny wasn't in court for the verdict because he had a gig.

Amanda Bynes is facing a tough reality after spending weeks in a mental hospital, often feeling sad and isolated, as she works to balance her medical needs and where to go next in life ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Amanda tell us ... she's back living solo in her own place after her recent release from a mental hospital, but she doesn't have a lot of people in her life.

We're told Amanda hasn't been focusing on some of the passions she had before she was found roaming the streets naked in March -- like fashion design and being a nail tech.

Instead, she loses interest quickly ... though, we're told she could pick up those interests again down the road.

The good news -- our sources say Amanda is really good about attending her outpatient treatments, seeing therapists, and taking her medication.

TMZ broke the story ... she was released from a mental hospital last month, 3 weeks after she was first admitted for treatment.

While Amanda's alone these days, folks around her don't want to see her get back with her ex, Paul Michael.

Our sources say Paul wasn't there for Amanda when she was struggling, and they want to see her move on from him because they feel he's toxic to her recovery.

We're told Amanda mostly just communicates with her parents and siblings ... and actually sees her parents from time to time.

So, while she's isolated from friends, at least she's on good terms with her family.

Dolph Lundgren is turning his pain into purpose ... saying he couldn't be happier to inspire others, after opening up about his 8-year battle with cancer.

We caught up with the "Rocky" icon Monday at LAX, where he gave us an update on how he's been feeling since revealing he was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2015.

Dolph told us, health-wise, he's feeling good at the moment, and he feels even better that his ordeal is inspiring so many others. He's had producers and other folks come up to him and ask for advice and says those exchanges are truly rewarding.

He's clearly focusing on the silver lining, saying even inspiring one person was enough, which is the reason why he talked about it in the first place.

As we reported, Dolph was on "In Depth With Graham Bensinger" earlier this month when he spoke for the first time about his cancer diagnosis.

He said he went into remission in 2020, but when the cancer came back, a doctor gave him a terminal diagnosis ... saying he had tumors in his lungs, stomach, spine, and kidneys and he only had a few years to live.

Thankfully, he got a second opinion from Dr. Alexandra Drakaki, who he credits for shrinking his tumors.

Jamie Foxx is still on the mend ... getting round-the-clock treatment at a facility in Chicago while his family continues to stay by his side.

Foxx's daughter, Corinne, and his close friend, Dave Brown, were among Jamie's visitors over the weekend. Both looked serious, and seemingly showed up to the facility for their time with Jamie.

TMZ broke the story, Jamie was transferred to the rehab facility in Chicago earlier this month after he was first hospitalized in Atlanta.

It's not entirely clear what sort of treatment Jamie's getting in Chicago, but we know the facility offers services to people who are recovering from strokes, spinal injuries and even cancer treatment. There's no indication Foxx has cancer.

Remember, it was early April when Corinne announced Jamie had suffered a 'medical complication' while he was working in Atlanta.

Ray Stevenson, known for his work in 'Thor' and the "Star Wars" franchise, has died.

Ray's publicist confirms the news to TMZ, telling us he died Sunday -- they say they have no further details surrounding his death at this time.

Ray first broke into the world of acting in 1993, appearing in various episodes of TV before landing a role in the 1998 flick, "The Theory of Flight" ... where he played a gigolo tasked with helping Helena Bonham Carter's character lose her virginity.

He went on to appear in a bunch of projects like "The Book of Eli," "Rome," "The Other Guys," and "Kill the Irishman" -- all before landing the role of Volstagg in Marvel's "Thor" in 2011, returning to the series in 2 sequels as the years went on.

"Star Wars" fans remember Ray lending his voice to the character Gar Saxon -- appearing in "Rebels" & "The Clone Wars." He's also playing a separate character in the upcoming "Ahsoka" series, premiering later this year.

Apart from that, Ray's been featured in "Divergent," 9 episodes of "Dexter," "G.I. Joe: Retaliation," "Black Sails," and "Crossing Lines." He also played Scott Buxton in the recent Indian hit, "RRR."

Ray was 58.

Sydney Sweeney is making it crystal clear she and her fiancé are doing just fine ... rocking her engagement ring for the first time in a very long time.

The "Euphoria" star was spotted in Cannes, leaving the Hotel Martinez with her fiancé Jonathan Davino by her side. More notably, she was wearing her bling on THAT finger --- something we've rarely seen this past year.

Now, she wasn't exactly flaunting her engagement ring -- she was holding on to Jonathan's arm, but you can see the diamond is indeed on her left hand.

It's significant after the flirty behavior and speculation with her costar Glen Powell. Remember, they seemed to start getting cozy while shooting their rom-com in Australia ... and thereafter.

As you know, GP's girlfriend wound up dumping him. But, Sydney has maintained there's no trouble in paradise for her and Jonathan ... with a source telling us they're still very much together and engaged, although she wasn't always wearing her ring.

Only last month was SS and her man were seen for the first time together since all the GP rumors -- but they didn't look super smitten, mainly staying stoic as photogs snapped shots ... and yeah, still no ring.

Sydney and Jonathan started dating back in 2018, and she was first seen with a massive diamond ring sometime last year. At some point, she stopped wearing it publicly.

Will Smith and Martin Lawrence are bringing some scarily realistic-looking action to an Atlanta neighborhood, where cameras were rolling for a violent scene from "Bad Boys 4."

TMZ obtained this footage recorded from a building next to the ATL parking lot where the cast and crew worked on a shoot-out sequence for the upcoming sequel.

As you can see, it's action-packed ... with Will and Martin, AKA Detectives Mike Lowrey and Marcus Miles Burnett, respectively -- at the center of it all.

The movie's leading men are walking through the lot when they get ambushed with a hail of gunfire .. and try to take cover while firing back at the bad guys.

While at least 2 of their fellow cops get taken out in the violence ... Martin and Will appear to survive the action.

Hey, they are the stars of the blockbuster franchise, after all!

Remember, we first saw them filming a scene last week in Atlanta, and they were fully in character ... with Will talking Martin off an 8-story ledge as he stood on the edge wearing a hospital gown.

Spoiler alert: They both survive this scene too. 😂

This 4th installment of the franchise is due in theaters next year, and the OG 'Bad Boys' came out way back in 1995.

Yeah, these guys have been at it for nearly 30 years, but they're not yet shying away from filming some of their action-packed scenes.

Warner Bros. Discovery head honcho David Zaslav had a really tough time gettin' his words out at Boston University's graduation ceremony ... because the crowd was heckling him with a barrage of 'boo's -- over the ongoing writers' strike.

Zaslav was the commencement speaker Sunday for BU's class of 2023, but in the sea of caps and gowns, many grads gave him a piece of their mind as he tried to inspire ... talking about how to deal with difficult people.

The chant -- "PAY YOUR WRITERS" -- was deafening, to the point Zaslav had to push pause as the crowd roared its disapproval.

There were protests outside the venue and some of the demonstrators even made their way into the event.

The WGA is demanding fair wages and a ban on AI in writers' rooms. The strike's been going on for nearly 4 weeks with no end in sight.

We've seen a bunch celebs and food trucks show up at protests across the country ... and there was even a pretty funny anti-AI banner flying high in the sky -- directed at Zaslav and the other studio heads.

Robert De Niro's got a lot to celebrate these days -- not only has he debuted his new flick at Cannes, but he's a father once again ... and the mother to baby #7 joined him in France for a bash at the prestigious film festival.

The 79-year-old actor and his GF Tiffany Chen hit up the Vanity Fair x Prada party Saturday night at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, and he looked as happy as ever as they strolled in for some late-night festivities.

Just hours before, Robert premiered his new Martin Scorsese-directed film, "Killers of the Flower Moon" ... getting an enormous roar of applause and a nine-minute standing ovation for the new movie -- which he stars in alongside Leonardo DiCaprio, Jesse Plemons, and breakout star Lily Gladstone.

As we reported, Robert and Tiffany welcomed their new daughter -- Gia Virginia -- earlier this month, shocking tons of folks while proving age is but a number.

Jonathan Majors is pretty clearly in a new relationship because he and Meagan Good were jetting off together ... looking affectionate.

Jonathan and Meagan were at LAX Saturday, arriving in the City of Angels after leaving NYC. They were holding hands and leaning in close as they walked to a white sedan on the tarmac.

The romance comes in the swirl of controversy surrounding Majors, who is accused of physical abuse by his ex ... something he strongly denies.
