Amber Heard Breaks Down on Stand I'm Getting Thousands of Death Threats!!!

LEAVE ME ALONE!!!

Amber Heard says she's no stranger to threats against her life, but she says the death threats are on the rise ever since she and Johnny Depp went to court.

Amber was back on the stand Thursday for day 23 of the trial with her ex-husband ... sobbing on the stage as revealed she gets thousands of death threats every single day from folks who don't like what she has to say about Johnny.

She alleged Johnny's not doing anything to stop the internet trolls who are targeting Amber, insinuating he's almost encouraging it ... and says she just wants Depp to leave her alone.

It's been an emotional testimony from Amber ... she started crying when answering questions about how the drama with Johnny ruined her acting career, and says in those rare moments when she is on a movie set, there are tons of triggers from the allegedly abusive relationship that can derail production.

NO JOHNNY DRAMA IN DC

As we previously reported, the head of DC movies testified earlier this week that Amber's lack of screentime in 'Aquaman 2' had nothing to do with her relationship with Depp.

Amber also says all the negative attention makes it harder for her to do charity work.

Kevin Spacey Charged with Sexual Assault Against 3 Men in U.K.

Kevin Spacey has all new legal trouble, and this time it's overseas -- he's been charged with 4 counts of sexual assault in the United Kingdom.

Rosemary Ainslie, Head of the Crown Prosecution Service tells TMZ ... CPS hit Spacey with the criminal charges for alleged incidents involving 3 different men between 2005 and 2013.

We're told, he's also been charged with causing a person to engage in penetrative sexual activity without consent ... and the charges come after a review of evidence gathered by a police investigation.

Ainslie says, "The Crown Prosecution Service reminds all concerned that criminal proceedings against Mr. Spacey are active and that he has the right to a fair trial."

Of course, this is not Spacey's first time facing such allegations ... he was also sued in 2020 by "Star Trek: Discovery" actor Anthony Rapp, who claims Spacey sexually assaulted him at the age of 14, while they were both on Broadway.

There are reportedly more than 20 other accusers, who have made similar allegations against Spacey ... however, he's never been tried on criminal charges. Prosecutors in Massachusetts dropped a sexual assault case in 2019 when the alleged victim refused to testify.

We reached out to Spacey's lawyer ... so far, no word back.

Kate Moss & Johnny Depp Getting Back Together?!? Fans Say Yes!!!

Kate Moss and Johnny Depp are getting back together after 25 years ... at least, that's what fans hope after she torpedoed Amber Heard.

052522-kate_moss-kal 5/25/22
DENYING THE PUSH

Twitter people are actually calling for a petition to reunite Johnny and Kate, and although it's just chatter ... it does seem Kate is still very fond of her ex.

As we reported, Amber had testified about an incident where she claimed Johnny was about to attack her sister Whitney on a staircase when she stepped in and swung at him. She said she feared he'd push Whitney down the stairs because she heard a "rumor" Johnny had pushed Kate Moss down a flight of stairs in the 90s when they were dating.

Well, Kate blew up that rumor ... blew it up to smithereens, when she testified via video that she did indeed take a plunge down a flight of stairs, but the culprit was rain. She said she screamed in pain, and Johnny ran to her, scooped her up, took her inside the hotel room where they were staying and got her medical attention. In other words, it was a gallant act on Johnny's part.

Twitter folks called Kate's testimony "true love," while others observed Johnny seemed to light up during her testimony.

And, get this ... one person wrote, "I hope after this is over, Johnny realizes Kate was the one to marry as a life partner. I hope he phones her up and asks her out on a dinner date."

You can call the whole thing nonsense, but hey, in this case, anything is possible.

Ellen DeGeneres Most Memorable TV Show Moments Ahead of Her Final Show

Ellen DeGeneres is ending her show after 19 seasons ... and to celebrate her last episode ever, we've put together some of the standout celeb moments during her epic run.

Over nearly 2 decades, Ellen undoubtedly made a huge impact on daytime television ... sharing laughs, stunts and tears with her special guests, some of whom she's become close friends with over the years.

Of course, Ellen's greatest scares were a hilarious part of the show, where she'd startle the bejeezus out of guests with a huge surprise right in the middle of interviews.

We can't forget Ellen's most generous giveaway, when she helped an underprivileged school in Detroit ... and the countless other times she's given back to others in need.

As we've reported, Ellen announced she was ending her show, during a taping earlier this month. While she's not retiring from showbiz, she will be taking time off to decide what's next ... and she has some pretty big ventures in the can.

We do know, she recently signed a multi-year deal with Discovery ... on top of shows on NBC ("Family Game Fight!"), FOX ('Masked Singer') and HBO ("Ellen's Next Great Designer") and the upcoming Tig Notaro animated comedy special).

Best of luck, Ellen!!!

Jussie Smollett First Film Since CHI Attack on The Way Mona Scott-Young and BET+ Standing By Him

Jussie Smollett's new project will hit the streaming screen for his first time since the actor was allegedly attacked in Chicago ... and he's got a super-powerful Hollywood friend in his corner.

Jussie and Monami Productions head Mona Scott-Young were spotted out in NYC earlier this week. Sources with direct knowledge tell us the two met to discuss Smollett's upcoming "B-Boy Blues" -- which was announced will stream on BET+.

Mona tells TMZ, "“B-Boy Blues is a beautifully bold, funny, heartwarming bro-mance and I was thrilled to partner with Jussie to help this wonderful film gain greater exposure."

Believe it or not, Jussie had actually started work on the project prior to the 2019 hate crime hoax -- but it had been delayed for obvious reasons.

Our sources say Mona agreed to be involved in "B-Boy Blues" back when it first launched, and wanted to remain on through the end -- despite what Jussie had experienced personally.

We're told Mona has played a significant role in getting the movie onto BET+ and out to audiences for Jussie -- who directed and produced the project.

As for "B-Boy Blues" -- it's already won awards, including the Narrative Feature Fan Favorite Award at the 2021 American Black Film Festival -- and will be released as part of BET+'s Pride Month programming.

Of course, Jussie was sentenced and began serving a 5-month sentence behind bars back in March, but was released a week later while his legal team appeals. He had been found guilty on 5 of 6 felony counts against him, for lying to Chicago police about being the victim of a racist, homophobic attack.

Johnny Depp More Vile Texts ... Barrage of Insults Aimed at Amber

JOHNNY'S CRUDE TEXT
UPDATE

12:12 PM PT -- More vile messages that Johnny sent about Amber were shown to the jury -- while AH's attorney, Ben Rottenborn, grilled JD on the stand for a second time ... he put up a screenshot of a text Johnny had sent to his ex-agent a few months after Amber's TRO.

UPDATE
UPDATE

Here's a just a taste of what Johnny had to say ... "She's begging for total global humiliation ... She's gonna get it ... But, she sucked Mollusk's crooked d*** and he gave her some s****y lawyers ... I have no mercy, no fear and not an ounce of emotion, or what I once thought was love for this gold digging, low level, dime a dozen, mushy, pointless dangling overused flappy fish market... I'm so f***ing happy she wants to go to fight this out!!!"

UPDATE

There's more explicit language he used to describe Amber, including calling her a "50 cent stripper" ... and it certainly compares to the "Let's burn Amber!" text he sent Paul Bettany.

UPDATE

10:44 AM PT -- Johnny Depp's last words on the stand might perhaps be his most impactful -- he was asked how Amber's claims made him feel ... and he had a laundry list of adjectives to describe the gut-wrenching effect they had on him, while going on to call them patently false.

HUMILIATING & PAINFUL
UPDATE

He also talked about being proud of coming here and telling the truth, regardless of what the jury decides. JD said some things get so out of hand, they must be addressed and corrected publicly ... which is what he says he's done here.

UPDATE

8:48 AM PT -- Johnny just discussed Amber's accusation that he took a handful of MDMA pills during the former couple's trip to Australia in 2015. Heard had previously testified he took 8-10 at once ... Johnny says he's only taken MDMA 6-7 times in his life total.

EXAGGERATING THE NUMBERS
UPDATE

Depp's attorney asked him directly if he's ever taken 8-10 pills at once, to which he replied, "No, I'm pretty sure I'd be dead, I think one would die, rather quickly."

Johnny Depp is back on the stand for questioning in the nasty back-and-forth trial between him and his ex-wife Amber Heard.

Heard's legal team just called Johnny back to answer a series of questions, as we reported, he already testified a few weeks back ... but Amber's accused the actor of additional things -- including assault -- which he will now get to answer to.

Johnny's return to the stand may cause the trial to go even longer than expected.

DOGGY DUMPS

As we've reported, the allegations leveled against both sides have been extreme ... during her testimony, Heard claimed Johnny had sexually assaulted her with a glass bottle.

Of course, both have very different stories when it comes to the infamous bed poop incident. Depp claims it appeared to have come from a person, and Amber blamed Johnny's dog -- who had an irritated bowel after getting into his weed stash.

Depp's fans have come out in waves to support the actor through the trial, camping out and lining up outside the Virginia courtroom hours before court starts. Things got so crazy, the local sheriff had to create restrictions on just how early fans could show up.

DENYING THE PUSH

Kate Moss took the stand in Depp vs. Heard Wednesday ... and squarely told a radically different story from the one Amber Heard told the jury.

Kate and Johnny Depp were a couple in the mid-90s, and Amber had said on the stand ... she was on a staircase with Johnny and claimed Johnny swung at her, and she says she immediately thought of a rumored incident between Johnny and Kate so she felt she knew what was coming and swung at him.

Amber was insinuating Johnny had gotten violent with Kate, but today, on rebuttal, Johnny's lawyer called Kate, who testified by video ... she's in the U.K.

FLASHBACKS TO KATE

Kate recounted an incident when she and Johnny were at a hotel. He left the room first and she followed. Kate said it was raining and she slipped down the stairs, injuring her back. She says she cried in pain and Johnny came rushing back, carried her inside the hotel room and got her medical attention.

Kate testified ... Johnny never got physical with her ... didn't push her or otherwise assault her. Kate says it was an accident and Johnny was there at the ready to help her.

The supermodel's testimony supports exactly what Amber eventually admitted under cross-examination ... that Johnny hitting Kate was nothing more than a "vague rumor" -- and as it turns out, a false one -- she'd once heard.

Charles Leclerc, Carlos Sainz We're Disney Stars!!! ... Cameos In 'Lightyear'

Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz are taking their talents to infinity and beyond -- the Formula 1 stars have voiceover gigs in Disney's new "Lightyear" movie!!

The Scuderia Ferrari drivers teamed up with the Mouse for cameos in the Buzz Lightyear origin story ... with Charles slated to be featured in the Italian version of the flick, and Carlos joining the Spanish version.

Unclear what role they have in the movie ... but Ferrari said in an announcement they are playing the same character.

The duo appeared in promos for the project ... with Leclerc saying this was his first time getting in the booth.

"It was a completely different experience from what I have done in the past," Leclerc said Wednesday.

Leclerc says the partnership is a perfect fit -- he says he has a lot of similarities with the "Toy Story" spaceman ... pointing out they both love to go fast and have supportive families and teams behind them.

This isn't the first Formula 1/Disney crossover -- Lewis Hamilton and Michael Schumacher have had guest spots in the "Cars" franchise.

The movie drops next month.

Matthew McConaughey TX School Shooting in His Hometown ... 'We Must Do Better'

Matthew McConaughey is pleading for gun reform following the tragic mass shooting in the elementary school in Uvalde, Texas ... which happens to be his hometown.

The actor shared his thoughts Tuesday, hours after the shooter went into Robb Elementary School and killed 21 people, including 19 students and 2 teachers.

He wrote, "As you all are aware there was another mass shooting today, this time in my home town of Uvalde, Texas. Once again, we have tragically proven that we are failing to be responsible for the rights our freedoms grant us."

Matthew's added, "The true call to action now is for every American to take a longer and deeper look in the mirror, and ask ourselves, 'What is it that we truly value? How do we repair the problem? What small sacrifices can we individually take today, to preserve a healthier and safer nation, state, and neighborhood tomorrow?'"

His post continued, "We cannot exhale once again, make excuses, and accept these tragic realities as the status quo. As Americans, Texans, mothers and fathers, it's time we re-evaluate, and renegotiate our wants from our needs. We have to rearrange our values and find a common ground above this devastating American reality that has tragically become our children's issue."

Clearly knowing the national conversation will turn political, Matthew also urged folks on both sides of the political aisle to do better -- "Action must be taken so that no parent has to experience what the parents in Uvalde and the others before them have endured."

As we've told you, the shooter was an 18-year-old local high school student. All his victims were reportedly in the same classroom.

Will Smith Continues to Dodge Public Eye ... Misses Out on Event with 'Bel-Air' Cast

Will Smith continues to lay low, missing out on an event to highlight the cast of "Bel-Air" -- the revamped version of 'Fresh Prince' -- which of course, was the launching point of Will's career.

NBC continued its FYC event in Hollywood Tuesday, a promo for the network's shows and to create some Emmy buzz. Jabari Banks, who plays a young Will Smith in the show, Coco Jones, Adrian Holmes and more all attended the event ... but Will, who is an Executive Producer on the show, was nowhere to be seen.

We should note ... Will, Jada and their son Jaden all attended the show's premiere back in February.

Considering the purpose of the FYC event is to attract Emmy voters, you gotta imagine an appearance from Will could have had the potential to help ... at least before the Oscars.

'Top Gun: Maverick' Star Jay Ellis I Want My Pilot License Now ... After Training With Tom

MAKIN' TOM PROUD
TMZ.com

For Jay Ellis, flying commercial feels super boring after filming scenes in real fighter jets with Tom Cruise ... but he's already working on finding that cockpit thrill again.

When we got the "Top Gun: Maverick" star at LAX he made it clear he's laser-focused on getting his pilot license. Or, in 'Top Gun' speak ... Jay feels the need for speed!

He and the rest of the cast "pilots" trained for months in different aircraft, advancing to the F-18 Super Hornet and even getting launched from an aircraft carrier. Jay says it was Maverick -- aka Tom -- who cooked up the training program.

Tom is, famously, a licensed pilot himself, and Jay -- who plays "Payback" in the blockbuster -- wants to follow suit, and since he already has a head start on training ... he wants to go the distance.

It's safe to say Jay's hooked on flying -- you gotta see him light up telling us the experience of feeling all those G-forces while filming.

Jay's pretty confident he could fly our photog up the Cali coast, but it sounds like he needs more practice when it comes to getting back on the ground.

Landings matter, Lt. Reuben "Payback" Fitch!!! We'll check back after you get that license.

It's the final stretch for the Johnny Depp-Amber Heard trial -- and it seems people are well aware of that ... flocking to get in line for a front-row seat, and doing so by the hundreds.

Check out this insane footage we shot Tuesday morning outside of the courthouse in Fairfax, VA -- where scores of bodies are lined up outside the front entrance in hopes of scoring a wristband to gain entry ... one of the most coveted items in and around that area right now.

As you can see ... most of the folks here look to be Johnny Depp fans -- as has been the case day in and day out as this trial has gone on -- and a fair amount of them weren't shy about showing off their allegiance at the gate. And yes, a majority of 'em are young'uns.

It's just another snapshot of the public sentiment thus far -- namely, there seems to be a heck of a lot more Depp defenders than those backing Amber ... who, by and large, has been vilified, or at least on social media anyway.

Warner's DC Chief Amber in 'Aquaman 2' Not Affected by Depp Chatter

052422_walter_hamada_kal 5/24/22
no johnny drama in dc

Amber Heard's participation in 'Aquaman 2' -- however minimal it may end up being -- had absolutely nothing to do with Johnny Depp ... so says the guy who heads up DC Films.

Walter Hamada -- WarnerMedia's head honcho for all things DC movies these days -- sat for a deposition that was played in court by Johnny's team Tuesday ... this as a rebuttal witness after AH's squad rested their case, and as closing arguments approach on Friday.

Check out his testimony ... he tells JD's attorney, Ben Chew, that whatever was going on in the outside world between Amber and Johnny these past few years had no bearing on Warner's decision to downplay her role as Mera -- nor did it affect how much they paid her.

As you know ... there's been much speculation and rumors that AH is seriously sidelined in the 'Aquqman' sequel, this after significant screen time in both the OG and 'Justice League.'

Amber's attorneys have trotted out witnesses who've suggested Amber lost not just a big part in the movie, but big money that should've come with it ... in the form of a renegotiation upon the success of its predecessor, which they say is SOP in the movie biz.

052322_depp_heard_trial_kal2
FOUGHT FOR AMBER

WH addressed that head-on -- saying that under his watch, Warner made clear they wanted to reign in all these pay raises -- which can be costly -- and hold people to option agreements in contracts they originally signed with them ... and AH got a taste of that, he says.

She made a mil for the first movie, and since WM exercised her option for the sequel without rejiggering the deal ... they only gave her $2 mil -- something Amber's attorneys have called a blatant sign her career's been damaged by this whole saga.

But, Hamada says ... not so. In fact, he even gives a little insight into what 'Aquaman 2' is going to look like -- and who's been propped up as the co-lead opposite Jason Momoa. Spoiler alert ... it ain't Amber, but WH says that was always the plan from the jump.

Johnny Depp What's Up with That Guy's Face?!? Reacts to Bizarre Witness on the Stand

BIZARRE MOMENT

Johnny Depp's face in this clip is pretty much everyone's ... 'cause he had a perfectly perplexed reaction to an expert witness Amber Heard's team called to the stand.

Psychologist Dr. David Spiegel testified Monday, claiming to have evaluated Johnny's cognitive abilities based on watching his interviews. That premise alone seems kinda weird, but it really got bizarre when Johnny's attorney, Wayne Dennison, asked the good doc if he'd watched "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" as part of his evaluation.

Spiegel not only hemmed and hawed, but also smacked his lips and opened and closed his mouth searching for a response ... before finally asking the judge if he needs to respond.

While Johnny's mostly remained stoic throughout the trial, he couldn't hold back this time -- looking totally confused by what was happening with Spiegel's face.

Hell, even the judge sounded confused, telling Spiegel ... "You have to answer questions. Yes, sir."

There's seriously never a dull moment in this trial. Never.

Alec Baldwin Let Me Tell You About Workplace Safety ... Weighs in on United Fight Video

Alec Baldwin is weighing in on workplace safety -- not on a film set -- but at the airport, where a brutal beatdown occurred between a passenger and a United Airlines employee.

The video, which went viral Monday, shows former NFLer, Brendan Langley, lay the employee out with a nasty right hook. Langley was later arrested for simple assault and the employee was hospitalized and later terminated.

052322_airport_fight_kal_1
TERMINAL TENSION

Upon closer look, it does appear the United employee was first to make physical contact with the passenger ... as shown in the first second of the video.

However, Baldwin apparently sees things differently. According to The Shaderoom, Baldwin left a comment on Instagram about the video, saying, "The guy working at the airport is the victim. He came to work to do a job. The other guy, with his big mouth, is guilty of workplace abuse, where people come to work with an expectation of safety, even civility. This a**hole who hit this guy should be put on a no fly list."

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

It's interesting ... Baldwin's movie, "Rust" has been called out for work safety issues by the New Mexico Environment Dept.'s Occupational Health and Safety Bureau. As you know ... cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was accidentally shot and killed on the set.

Depp vs. Heard Jason Momoa Wanted Amber in 'Aquaman 2' ... Testimony Continues

While Amber Heard may be at war with one Hollywood heavyweight, another had her back, at least professionally ... because according to testimony, Jason Momoa allegedly fought to keep her in "Aquaman 2"

Neither Johnny nor Amber took the stand Monday, but entertainment consultant Kathryn Arnold was called to talk about Heard's mark in the industry. At one point, Amber's attorney began asking about her role in "Aquaman 2."

052322_depp_heard_trial_kal2
FOUGHT FOR AMBER

As you may know, it was reported Amber's role was significantly cut in the film, but Arnold says there was some question as to whether or not she'd even be in the film at all.

Arnold says both Momoa and the film's director, James Wan, were both "adamant" she be included in the movie. She testified back in February 2021, there were conversations that Amber may not be hired for the movie at all ... but the two showed their support for her.

Another interesting tidbit about Momoa ... Arnold says he re-negotiated his contract from making about $3-4M for the first "Aquaman" to about $15M for the second installment.
