Florida attorney Joel Leppard told ABC News his clients testified before the House of Representatives ethics committee investigating Gaetz ... claiming the former Congressman used Venmo to pay them for sex.

Leppard also says one of his clients told lawmakers she witnessed Gaetz having sex with her 17-year-old friend at a July 2017 house party she attended.

The suit goes on to say Buzbee's demand letters alleged the plaintiff raped the males and females while they were under the influence of drugs ... at parties hosted by Diddy.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are making one last-ditch effort to unload their Georgia home, slashing the price in a bid to avoid it hitting the auction block.

According to online real estate records, the 7-bedroom, 11-bathroom mansion just got a $300K price chop ... bringing it down to $3.65 million.
