"All mental health professionals work with individuals and families at their most vulnerable and emotionally challenging times of their lives. However, threatening and harassing someone as a means to express one’s emotions is an unacceptable behavior that the world at large cannot tolerate. Unfortunately, Mr. Young’s recent conduct since the filing of the complaint only perpetuates his chosen consistent pattern of behavior. This dispute is about his consistent pattern of negative and abusive behavior and nothing else."

Dr. Dre's firing back against his former psychiatrist, Dr. Charles Sophy, a day after the shrink filed a lawsuit against the music mogul ... claiming Sophy tried to turn Dre's own son against him.

In a legal letter obtained by TMZ -- sent back in February, 2023 -- Dr. Dre's lawyer, Howard King, rips into Sophy, claiming the doc committed malpractice and breached his duty of trust.

King expressed a similar sentiment to TMZ in response to Sophy filing his lawsuit Wednesday, accusing Dre of threatening him -- however, the letter paints a more serious picture of the alleged havoc wreaked by Sophy.

Taylor Swift's not the only person making big money while performing ... 'cause even a T-Swift impersonator is raking in the dough -- saying she makes nearly $20K per performance.

Olivia Mojica -- a singer who shares starkly similar features to the pop star, and leads the Blank Space Tribute Band -- stopped by TMZ's "Swift-Tea Podcast" Thursday ... telling us she actually quit her day job because she's making so much tributing Swift.

Of course, we had to ask how much money she's been able to shake off during her performances ... and, she told us the most the band has made for one appearance is $18K.

3:50 PM PT -- Shortly after we broke the story, TraxNYC hopped on IG and copped a plea to 50 Cent ... requesting 50 drop the suit in good faith!!!

The way Trax sees things, holy crosses represent forgiveness and thinks all this legality is completely unnecessary.

We might be too far gone for bygones ... 50 has responded and says he's still gonna need that payout first thing on Monday!!!

50 Cent has zero tolerance for a jeweler allegedly using his name and face to sell knockoffs of his famous chain, insisting he's never bought jewelry from TraxNYC, or allowed it to capitalize on his fame.

TMZ Hip Hop obtained docs Thursday ... with Fif suing Maksud Agadjani and his TraxNYC Corp. for trademark infringement and violating his right of publicity. The G-Unit rapper believes Trax's string of TikTok posts about him are misleading consumers into thinking he's affiliated with the imitation trinkets.

Just a few days ago, Trax posted a pic of 50 and Drake together and proceeded to show off an array of shiny crucifixes and captioned the post, "Yo @50 Cent , you should be a jeweler. Hit traxnyc.com or call 212 traxnyc."

And, in an August TikTok post, Trax offered up a cross similar to one 50 was wearing saying, "We just jocked your style, I know you watch my videos and now I'm watching your s**t and jocking your s**t just like you jocked my s**t."

50 previously warned Trax on IG his antics would land him in hot water, and now he wants a judge to stop Trax in his tracks, and make him pay up at least $5 million in damages.

A rep for 50 tells TMZ Hip Hop, "Mr. Jackson takes the unauthorized use of his name and likeness for commercial purposes seriously.

The rep adds ... when 50 made it clear he was not pleased, Trax doubled down, replying, "Don’t you got better things to worry about."

Well, now it's TraxNYC that has a lawsuit to worry about.

Tom Brady is coming to Florida's aid after Hurricane Milton slammed the Gulf Coast ... by donating $100K to the victims who desperately need essentials in the wake of the devastating storm.

The seven-time Super Bowl champ -- who played three seasons in Tampa Bay and won a Super Bowl -- announced his contribution on Thursday, a day after Milton made landfall in the Sunshine State.

"In the wake of Hurricane Milton, I'll be making a donation of $100k to help get essentials like food, water and first aid to fellow Floridians in need," Brady said.

Taylor Swift's helping out people in the Southeastern U.S. ... donating big money for hurricane relief -- and, she's not the only celeb offering monetary aid.

The pop star donated $5 million to Feeding America, an organization dedicated to providing supplies to hundreds of food banks around the country ... a much-needed donation in the aftermath of the recent devastating Hurricane Helene, and as Hurricane Milton bears down on Florida.

The money will go toward helping communities rebuild and recover, the org says  ... providing essential food to people who need it after Helene -- and Hurricane Milton, now set to make landfall tonight or early Thursday morning.

Travis Barker's daughter says she's not educated enough on the issues to cast a ballot this year ... and, she doesn't have the interest in politics to try to figure it out.

Alabama Barker -- TB's 18-year-old daughter, who he shares with Shanna Moakler -- took to Instagram Live Thursday to tell her followers she doesn't plan to vote in the November election.

Basically, Alabama says she's not educated on the issues ... and, even though she has some opinions on politics, she doesn't know enough to feel comfortable hopping in a voting booth next month.

The smashed-up Taylor Swift guitar has found a new home ... because someone bought the controversial item on eBay.

According to the e-commerce site, someone scooped up the guitar -- which was featured in a viral video at the end of September -- on Tuesday evening for a whopping $6,550 ... even amid doubts about the guitar's authenticity.

As TMZ previously reported ... Gary Estes, a Texas resident, spent $4,000 at a charity auction on a guitar advertised as bearing a Taylor Swift signature on it. Upon receiving the guitar at the auction, Gary was also handed a hammer ... and proceeded to smash it up.

Carole Baskin bought a home late last year ... with funds from her Big Cat Rescue org ... TMZ has learned.

Carole and her husband Howard got the Odessa, FL house for $895,000. The deed, obtained by TMZ, lists Big Cat Rescue as the property owner. There is no mortgage evident from the deed, so it appears the property was purchased outright with Big Cat Rescue funds.

BCR is a charitable org and Carole is the CEO. Carole tells TMZ, she bought the place after she and Howard sold their sanctuary/headquarters and moved the cats to the Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge in Arkansas.

Melania Trump is recalling the first time her now-husband, Donald, made a pass at her ... revealing 45 went about the flirtation in an unconventional way.

We caught up with the musical artist on "TMZ Live" Tuesday, where he explained why the special clause in his new contract doesn't have him worried. As he put it ...  he views himself as a "squeaky clean" individual -- and trouble just happens to find him "all the time."

9:35 AM PT -- According to Walker Buehler's reps, the incident actually took place back on Sept. 27 -- while he and a few of his teammates stayed home from the Dodgers' series with Colorado to prep for the postseason.

Buehler's reps say the pitcher and his wife, McKenzie, were attending the races at Santa Anita Park, when he was "unknowingly the victim of a snatch and grab robbery of his watch."

"The incident was reported to police and is currently under investigation," Buehler's reps said in a statement. "We are grateful Walker and McKenzie were not harmed and Walker is focused on the playoffs."

Tekashi 6ix9ine is taking his talents to Kartel Music ... signing a new record deal with the label that will pay him millions of dollars.

The rapper just inked a lucrative contract that calls for him to record a new album with Mexican regional artists and go on tour in the United States, Mexico and Central and South America.

According to the contract, obtained by TMZ, Tekashi is being paid $1 million for the album, which will feature 10 songs ... and he's going to make $250,000 for every concert of an upcoming tour. This all adds up to Tekashi potentially pocketing over $6 million.

Rihanna didn't have enough "Diamonds" to trump Taylor Swift's growing network ... the pop star just surpassed RiRi as the world's richest female musician.

The famed haunted house from "Poltergeist" is getting revived following a recent sale ... and it's coming back as a short term rental.

Christian Melgar and Zo Amilee with Coldwell Banker Realty Westlake Village tell TMZ ... the Simi Valley, CA house sold Friday for $1.28 million, which was $100,000 over the asking price.

We're told the new owner is an investor from Los Gatos, CA ... and they are planning to turn the home into an Airbnb that will replicate the actual "Poltergeist" film set.

In other words, each room will have furniture and décor that makes the space look just how it looked in the film.

Halloween is right around the corner and horror movie buffs would line up to rent the place, but we're told the home won't be ready in time ... because the owner wants to make it perfect and not rush things.

So, maybe next year folks.

As we reported ... the home -- which served as the central location in the Steven Spielberg-scripted supernatural flick -- went on the market back in August, the first time in 45 years the home had been listed.
