The guy who sold a $79 million Miami Beach "billionaire bunker" estate to Jeff Bezos is suing the realtor who handled the deal ... claiming he lost up to $6 million on the sale price, because the realtor concealed the buyer was in fact the Amazon founder.

TMZ got the docs -- an entity controlled by Leo Kryss, co-founder of Brazilian toy and electronics company Tectoy, is suing real estate firm Douglas Elliman ... claiming its CEO, Jay Parker, personally called to assure him Bezos was not the buyer behind an offer on his fancy Florida estate.

Kryss claims in the lawsuit he agreed to cut his asking price from $85 million down to $79 million after Parker assured him Bezos wasn't behind the deal -- and the purchaser wouldn't budge on the offer. But Kryss says he found out later the buyer of his Indian Creek oasis was indeed Bezos.

2:25 PM PT -- A rep for Jonathan Majors tells TMZ ... "Jonathan is excited to get back out in front of the fans who appreciate and love the Kang storyline and lore, and he can’t wait to see some friendly faces."

Jonathan Majors is turning to a new business venture following his fall from grace last year ... attending his first-ever convention to sell his signature for a hefty price.

The disgraced Marvel actor -- who was found guilty of misdemeanor third-degree assault and second-degree harassment in December -- is set to appear at the Famous Monsters Fest in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania Sunday ... where he will be selling autographs for $140 each. He'll also have signed pro-shot pics available for purchase ... for a whopping $160.

While Majors will be in good company at the popular convention -- "Lord of the Rings" legend Andy Serkis, "Star Trek" actor George Takei, and "Halloween" alum Tyler Mane will also be in attendance -- the public appearance is a far cry from where his career was before his arrest and subsequent domestic violence trial.

Tyreek Hill is getting yanked out of his car in police body cam footage, Orlando Bloom is checking out Kim Kardashian, and Dak Prescott is rolling in the dough ... all this on today's TMZ TV Hot Takes.

Kim Kardashian is making the rounds in new footage from inside the Kering Foundation's Caring for Women dinner ... chatting up Jeff Bezos, Lauren Sanchez and Donatella Versace.

8:02 AM PT -- Diddy's attorney Marc Agnifilo tells TMZ ... "This man [Cardello-Smith] is a convicted felon and sexual predator, who has been sentenced on 14 counts of sexual assault and kidnapping over the last 26 years. His resume now includes committing a fraud on the court from prison, as Mr. Combs has never heard of him let alone been served with any lawsuit. Mr. Combs looks forward to having this judgment swiftly dismissed."

Diddy just took a HUGE L in a sexual assault lawsuit he blew off, because a judge just slapped him with a $100 MILLION default judgment.

Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith, currently an inmate, claimed in his lawsuit Diddy drugged and sexually assaulted him at a party in Detroit back in 1997. It's unclear if the statute of limitations has run, but that wasn't addressed by the judge.

According to the lawsuit, the 2 were drinking and smoking weed at the party and got naked with a bunch of women. Cardello-Smith says he was performing oral sex on a woman when he felt a male hand on his left buttock -- he says it was Diddy's hand. A short time later, he says Diddy offered him a drink, which was spiked and he passed out.

Dak Prescott is now the highest-paid player in the NFL -- over guys like Patrick Mahomes, Joe Burrow and Josh Allen -- and according to Dallas Cowboys legend Drew Pearson ... the QB is worth every penny.

The star signal-caller agreed to a four-year, $240 million contract extension on Sunday morning -- just before Dallas took on Cleveland in its season-opener -- and when TMZ Sports talked with Drew about the record-setting deal ... he told us the QB is deserving of it all.

"Look at the quarterbacks around the league," Pearson said. "Teams are struggling to find good quarterbacks. They're looking down the depth chart to see who's available."

Photogs caught up with the Bravo personality at LAX, where she put her ex on blast for suggesting she's the problem amid their financial woes. As Kim put it ... Kroy doesn't pay for a single thing, as she's the one paying for the bills, their kids' clothing, most of the food, and everything else.

Jack White is following through on his warning to Donald Trump ... by filing a lawsuit over his famous song, and claiming his anthem is being hijacked by the former president.

The White Stripes singer just filed suit against Trump and his campaign for using the tune "Seven Nation Army" in a social media clip of the Republican nominee boarding a plane on the campaign trail.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Jack says he did not clear the song for use by the Trump campaign ... and he says Trump and his camp should have known better, because in the past Jack has publicly denounced Trump.

Forget Santa ... Miami Dolphins star Jevon Holland is hoping Tua Tagovailoa heads down his chimney this Christmas -- banking on the quarterback gifting him something real nice after signing a $212 MILLION contract this summer.

Donald Trump's sentencing has been delayed once again ... with a New York judge ruling the Republican nominee won't be sentenced until after this year's election.

The 45th POTUS' sentencing trial is now scheduled for November 26 -- three weeks after voters will cast their ballots -- changed from the original September 18 date.

Judge Juan Merchan made the decision Friday, granting DJT's request for a delayed sentence after originally pushing the decision from July to September in order to consider whether a Supreme Court ruling gives Trump broad immunity in this case.

Rebel Wilson is giving her second Los Angeles home -- which she used as an office -- another shot on the market ... TMZ has learned she's relisted the home for $3.85 million.

The judge scheduled sentencing for December 16 ... and in the meantime, Hunter will remain free on bond.

Hunter Biden is planning to enter a guilty plea in his controversial tax evasion trial ... the first son's attorneys have revealed.

President Joe Biden's son arrived at a Los Angeles courthouse alongside his wife, Melissa Cohen Biden, on Thursday ... but Hunter's trial is unlikely to last long given his decision to change his plea.

His attorney, Abbe Lowell, shared Hunter's decision to plead guilty in the federal courtroom, noting ... "Mr. Biden intends to change his plea this morning."
