Daniela Braga's recovering from a recent break-in ... after she says she came home to find burglars had ransacked her house -- and made off with a huge haul.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Daniela arrived home late Tuesday night to discover her place had been burgled -- though the burglars were gone by the the time she arrived.

We're told the thieves smashed a back window to gain entry, then stole two safes, multiple designer bags and a ton of jewelry.

A cool piece of Hollywood history just changed hands ... the original contract Al Pacino signed for his iconic role as Michael Corleone in "The Godfather Part II."

Big update in the Graceland auction fraud case ... a woman has been arrested and charged for allegedly trying to take over Elvis Presley's home by illicit means.

Federal prosecutors are accusing Missouri resident Lisa Jeanine Findley of orchestrating a scheme to conduct a fraudulent sale of Graceland by falsely claiming Lisa Marie Presley had put up the historic landmark as collateral for a loan she failed to repay before her death.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, William M. McGeary claims John Barlow told McGeary's son Vida Tequila needed cash for raw materials to fulfill orders.

McGreary says he agreed to loan them $400K through his trust, and the terms were crystal clear -- the due date to pay the money back was December 27, 2023.

A Florida couple was attacked by masked gunmen outside their home after winning a sizable casino jackpot ... and, their home security cam caught the whole scene on video.
