It's that time of the year once again -- Magic Johnson is exploring Europe with his A-list pals this week ... enlisting Samuel L. Jackson and Cedric the Entertainer for the festivities!!

The 64-year-old Hall of Famer and his wife, Cookie, have been documenting their whole trip on social media ... raving about their time in Ibiza, which has included feasting on lobster and sea bass and cruising on a luxurious yacht.

Ray poured out his emotions with an alarming social media post in which he references a dispute that went on backstage at Sunday night's BET Awards at the Peacock Theater in downtown L.A. -- he says, "The s**t that. Is Happening is mind blowing - it's making me suicidal and uncomfortable with the perception of reality!"

His Monday morning post came hours after he was involved in a standoff outside GloRilla's BET Awards afterparty. Ray and a Zeus Network exec were yelling about fighting each other, as bodyguards desperately tried to keep things peaceful. Ray did throw a punch but didn't hit anyone. At one point, Ray grabbed a backpack out of his vehicle and charged back into the crowd -- it's unclear what was in the bag, but his team was able to convince him to get back in the vehicle and they drove off without further incident.

Jim Pons -- the man who created one of the New York Jets' logos -- is now suing the team and the NFL ... demanding he be paid for their use of his design.

Pons filed the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ Sports, in New York on Monday ... claiming he made the now-iconic emblem way back in the 1970s, after he had been working for the team as a film and video director.

Pons says in '78, the Jets were looking for a redesign -- and when he submitted his logo that featured a jet plane above the letters "E-T-S" ... team officials loved it, and began using it.

Haley and Hanna Cavinder continue to thrive in the NIL era in college sports ... the two stars were just announced as the newest brand ambassadors for Under Armour!

The apparel giant dropped the news this morning ... welcoming the University of Miami hoopers to the company. The deal marks the first exclusive apparel and footwear deal for the Cavinder twins, who boast 4.5 million followers on TikTok.

The twins called the partnership a "dream opportunity" to team up with Under Armour, saying the company is giving them a platform to inspire the next generation.

Kevin Dillon's Tesla apparently took an unplanned pit stop mid-carwash ... and cops say it caused a rear-end ripple effect for some unlucky cars in line behind him.

The incident went down last Monday at an L.A.-area drive-thru car wash ... where cars are typically left in neutral as they go through the wash. But, in Kevin's case, we're told he accidentally lifted up from his seat, which triggered the brakes ... bringing his car to an unexpected halt.

Our sources say this sparked a fender bender with the 3 cars behind him. Thankfully, we're told the damage was minimal.

Country star Brantley Gilbert is bidding adieu to his Georgia abode ... and looking to pocket some serious dough in the process.

Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Brantley built the house on the 12 acres of land he purchased back in 2010 ... but recently got a hankerin' for more and snapped up 300 acres of farmland nearby.

Don's handwritten fair copy of the "American Pie" lyrics is hitting the market via MomentsinTime.com with a $154,000 price tag. Yes, that's some very rich pie.

For the uninitiated ... "fair copies" are handwritten lyrics penned by the artist after the original lyrics sheet is completed. Dan wrote this copy a few years back for a friend, and it's scribbled across 8 sheets of personalized parchment.

Kevin Costner proved to be a stand-up guy during an intimate scene in his new movie ... 'cause his costar says he brought a sensitive nature to filming the down and dirty.

Abbey Lee -- who stars in Costner's new movie "Horizon" -- dished on going all the way with Kevin onscreen in an interview with People ... and, she says the veteran actor brought a great deal of sensitivity to the interaction.

Lee says Costner was aware of how daunting sex scenes can be ... adding he wanted to make sure she felt comfortable while they filmed -- and, sat down for an extra-long convo about all the beats of the scene before they started shooting.
