50 Cent will be front and center for the Earn Your Leisure's Invest Fest in Atlanta -- TMZ Hip Hop can reveal the booming businessman is this year's headliner!!!

The event is right up 50's alley ... he and attorney Ben Crump recently went to Washington, D.C. in the name of Black entrepreneurship, pushing for minority representation in the alcohol biz ... and we're told he'll speak to that topic and much more during the annual event.

Even more fittingly, 50 will succeed Diddy, who hosted last year's Invest Fest, and we all know how "competitive" he's been with Puff for years, and especially lately ... in the wake of the latter's slew of legal issues.

Aaron Carter was worth a fair bit of money when he died -- and we're now getting a sense of just how much dough there was in his pot ... a 6-figure amount, at least.

The late singer's estate filed new court docs, obtained by TMZ, laying out a partial inventory and appraisal that puts a dollar amount on what they say Aaron's estate was worth ... based on what they've been able to appraise thus far.

The estate says Aaron's valuables/assets are worth an estimated $757,400 ... as of April 2023.

The famed Stilt House from Michael Mann's crime film "Heat" has a new owner ... as someone has nabbed up the notable property for a pretty penny.

The iconic East L.A. home -- which was featured in a pivotal scene in the Robert De Niro and Al Pacino-led classic -- was sold last Friday for $1,075,000. The sale came 2 months after the home hit the market for $1.18 million.

The property, which is built on a cliff in the L.A. area, is more than worth the Benjamins ... with gorgeous views of the city -- you can even see Catalina Island on a clear day. The home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2,016 square feet of living space. The property sits on a 10,000 square foot lot.

"Wizards of Waverly Place" alum Dan Benson says a very specific issue led him down the road to OnlyFans ... his nudes were being leaked on the internet without him seeing a dime.

JJ Redick is the guy for the Los Angeles Lakers -- the ex-NBA player was reportedly just hired as the organization's next head coach.

ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski dropped the news on Thursday ... saying after a thorough interview process, Redick was offered the gig and has already started building his staff.

The Lakers reportedly also interviewed names like Danny Hurley, James Borrego and Sam Cassell ... and also had interest in Kenny Atkinson, Mike Budenholzer and Ty Lue.
