With 99 Cents Only stores shutting down for good, people are flocking to eBay to shill their merch for a decent chunk of change.

Sellers on eBay have listed various goods from the discount store amid news the franchise has filed for bankruptcy. So far, reusable bags, employee vests and gift cards have all surfaced on the online marketplace.

And, sellers are asking for a whole lot more than 99 cents for their merchandise. Take this green reusable shopping bag featuring the 99 Cents Only Store's logo -- the listing asks for $99, a massive markup to say the least.

"The Real Housewives of Orange County" star Kelly Dodd and her husband, Rick Leventhal are pulling up stakes and lookin' to invest heavily on the West Coast ... listing their Hamptons home for $1.2 million.

Kelly and Rick, a former senior correspondent at Fox News, listed their home for $1,199,000 on Friday ... a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home in Westhampton a stone's throw from the beach.

The 1,378-square-foot house features a recently updated kitchen, open floor plan, hardwood floors, and a backyard deck connected to the master bedroom leading out to a gorgeous pool.

Cam'ron's defending O.J. Simpson's legacy ... saying people need to back off since a jury acquitted him -- and blasting Caitlyn Jenner in the process.

The rapper hopped on the "It Is What It Is" podcast Friday to discuss Simpson's legacy the day after he died, and immediately started defending the controversial figure.

Cam points out a jury found O.J. not guilty of the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman in his 1995 criminal trial ... so, he says he's shocked people think it's fine to call him a murderer.

O.J. Simpson's estate won't pay his civil trial's judgment anytime soon ... according to the estate's executor who says he plans to fight any payments to the Browns or Goldmans.

Simpson's will -- obtained by TMZ -- names his longtime attorney Malcolm LaVergne as his executor ... and, Malcolm says he's focused on keeping money out of the hands of the families, specifically the Goldmans. The will also refers to a trust, which all his property was placed into in January.

Malcolm tells the Las Vegas Review-Journal, "It's my hope that the Goldmans get zero, nothing. Them specifically. And I will do everything in my capacity as the executor or personal representative to try and ensure that they get nothing."

Sales of O.J. Simpson's "If I Did It" book have exploded since the infamous star's death, with the publication skyrocketing to the top of the charts.

76-year-old O.J. died on Wednesday -- a day before the public found out -- when the Simpson family announced the news ... and reignited interest in the grizzly, 1994 double murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman.

According to Amazon.com, the world's largest bookseller, "If I Did It" sits in the number 1, 2, and 4 spots (different versions of the book -- audio, abridged, unabridged) in the entire Criminology section. It's also number 8 in the Murder/True Crime section.

2:22 PM PT -- Ippei Mizuhara showed up to his court appearance with shackles around his ankles ... although the chains were ultimately removed as the hearing got underway.

Burglars hit the home of "The Real Housewives of Potomac" star Dr. Wendy Osefo, swiping some very expensive possessions from the Bravo star ... TMZ has learned.

We’re told the burglary took place some time last week in Finksburg, MD when Wendy and her family were on vacation in Jamaica. A spokesperson for the Carroll County Sheriff's Office tells us the theft was reported to their office on Sunday ... but shared no further details as the investigation is still ongoing.

Wendy tells TMZ ... "My family and I are devastated and feel violated by this intrusion. We thank God no one was home … so for that we feel very blessed. Material things can always be replaced."

40 sales were made the morning after O.J.'s death from items ranging from $150-$2,000 in pricing -- and Inscriptagraphs is planning to add more inventory to its already impressive collections. The business is located in Tivoli Village ... minutes away from where O.J. lived in Sin City.

6'10" Mikan, known as "Mr. Basketball," starred for the Minneapolis Lakers from 1947 to 1954 (and briefly in 1956), years before they moved out west. He averaged over 23 points a game as a pro, leading the league in scoring in 3 of his 7 seasons. He won 7 titles (2 in the NBL and 5 in the BAA/NBA).

Turns out real estate's not all about location, location, location ... 'cause Kanye West's gutted Malibu mansion's not a hot ticket item -- and he's slashed the cost a lot to sell it.

TMZ has learned the mansion's price came down Wednesday ... It started with a $53 million price tag in January ... and has now dropped to $39 million this week. For those bad at math ... that's a $14 million price reduction.

The drop isn't totally shocking ... the house doesn't even really have walls, and it basically feels somewhat uninhabitable at this point -- so, whoever buys it needs to make serious renovations to the property, and it'll probably end up costing a ton of dough to do that.
