Kanye West had a bit of opposition in clearing samples for the "Vultures 1" album -- but none of the pushback came from Juvenile's end ... in fact, he was happy to sign off.

The Cash Money Records legend tells TMZ Hip Hop that he was honored to be a part of the same project Ozzy Osbourne openly boycotted ... if you didn't know, Ye sampled his classic tune "Back Dat Azz Up" for the song "Do It" -- and the rest is Billboard history!!!

Of course, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne both ripped Ye to smithereens over him trying to use Black Sabbath music ... but Juve tells us unlike Ozzy -- who blocked Kanye from using his group's "War Pigs" track -- he feels Kanye is a good dude and fondly remembers Ye supporting his indie efforts with his "Nolia Clap" guys Wacko and Skip.

As a result ... giving the green light on "BDAU" was a no-brainer, from his POV.

The booty-shakin' anthem was the marquee single on Juve's breakout album, "400 Degreez" -- and it's still a fan favorite 25 years later, with Juve celebrating the anniversary with a digital deluxe rollout featuring 2 new tracks he and producer Mannie Fresh collaborated on and colored double LP vinyl set.

The surprises don't stop there either ... Juve says he'll be shooting a music video for the "400 Degreez" title track, which he says is his absolute fave song on the album!!!

The music has aged nicely -- and fans can NOW expect to see Juve on the super-star-studded Lovers & Friends Festival stage after the NOLA rapper did a bit of ripping of his own in the promoter's direction.

Juve tells us he caught them denying that his name was on the flyer in an alleged effort to prevent them from paying him ... but all the contract wrinkles have since been ironed out.

Dakota Johnson's putting her foot down and swearing off any movie projects similar to "Madame Web" -- this after the flick sensationally crashed and burned at the box office.

The actress kept it real about the Marvel flick not being her cup of tea ... explaining to Bustle, "It was definitely an experience for me to make that movie. I had never done anything like it before. I probably will never do anything like it again because I don’t make sense in that world."

Dakota adds, "It's not nice to be a part of something that’s ripped to shreds, but I can’t say that I don’t understand."

She goes on to reveal why the movie saw the fate it did ... explaining actors frequently get hyped for a project, but then when they're knee-deep in filming -- it turns into something totally unexpected. That's exactly what went down with "Madame Web," according to her.

DJ's also pinning the movie's failure on how the industry works ... explaining the whole movie-making process ain't all glitz and glam, but rather a complicated web of decisions made by committees, who don't know much about the art of filmmaking itself. Yeah, it's a mouthful.

She says execs at the top severely underestimate just how savvy viewers really are ... which leads them to miss the mark with their latest Hollywood projects, including this one.

FWIW ... the 'MW' numbers didn't lie ... the running total for its six-day opening holiday weekend -- beginning Valentine's Day and ending on President's Day -- barely scraped together $25.8 million domestically and fared pretty much the same globally.

It was so panned by fans and critics alike ... even Sydney Sweeney made fun of it during her opening 'SNL' stint ... joking that nobody saw it. Tough break, for sure.

One thing's for sure, the movie had no superhero of its own to swoop in and save the day at the box office -- not even Dakota AKA Cassandra Webb ... who BTW hasn't seen the movie herself!

Vince McMahon se embolsó más de 400 millones de dólares en un instante el lunes, vendiendo una parte de sus acciones de TKO tras su salida de la compañía por las acusaciones de agresión sexual. Esto según una reciente presentación ante la SEC.

Vince McMahon pocketed over $400 million in an instant on Monday ... selling a chunk of his TKO stock following his departure from the company over sexual assault allegations, according to a recent SEC filing.

McMahon dumped 5,350,000 shares -- about 25% of his stock -- while still holding on to his remaining stake in WWE and UFC's parent company, which is around 15 million shares.

The SEC filing notes the value of the stocks at $411.95 million ... though they could be worth closer to $436 million, as yesterday's TKO stock price closed at $81.67 (times 5.35 million shares).

The news comes just over one month after the former honcho resigned from his role as TKO's executive chairman as a result of a former staffer's lawsuit filing ... which accused him of heinous sexual acts and misconduct.

McMahon has maintained his innocence ... but felt it was necessary to step down "out of respect for the WWE Universe."

This is the second big stock dump for McMahon -- back in November, he sold 8,400,000 shares ... netting around $700 million.

Tyreek Hill has a bone to pick with Rick Ross ... claiming the rap superstar should've given him a call instead of posting his burning house all over social media.

Rozay -- who lives right across the street from the Miami Dolphins receiver -- documented the smoky scene from his yard on Jan. 3 ... providing his millions of followers with commentary and speculating the blaze was sparked by an electrical problem.

Hill was less than thrilled by Ross' reaction ... 'cause when speaking about the accident on "The Pivot," he admitted he felt the musician should've blown up his phone.

"First off, I just wanna say, Rick Ross, bro -- I can't vibe with you now, bro," Hill said. "I can't f*** with you no more, bro."

"Rick Ross, man. You had the audacity to talk to a fireman instead of come protect -- you got my number, bro," Hill continued. "You get on Twitter, posting me all over Twitter, like, after what me and my family went through. You're supposed to be the neighbor -- the neighborhood hero!!"

Former Jaguars star and Pivot cohost Fred Taylor -- who also lives near Hill and Ross -- shared his side of the emergency ... saying he saw Ross recording the whole thing on his celly.

He explained there were a ton of firetrucks outside by the time he knew what was going on ... but Cheetah didn't seem to be bothered at all, especially because Taylor didn't throw video up on the internet for everyone to see.

Hill also took issue with how Ross name-dropped Wing Stop during the whole fiery fiasco ... adding, "Don't try to use me for promotion, bro!!"

Tyreek Hill is opening up about the divorce drama that plagued him and his wife earlier this year ... saying the saga all started because of a disagreement the two had over a postnup.

The Miami Dolphins star explained the situation to Fred Taylor, Ryan Clark and Channing Crowder on the latest episode of "The Pivot," saying his relationship with Keeta Vaccaro began to sour a bit after they began talks over how they would divide assets if they were ever to split.

"We had conversations about a postnup," Hill explained. "That was really where it all spiraled from."

At first, the football player denied everything ... saying in a tweet that he and Keeta were "happily married." However, days later, he admitted that some "f***ing bonehead" filed the documents without his approval.

In early February, the whole case was dismissed after Hill filed to drop his petition.

Now, things seem to be a whole lot better between the two -- they've been spotted getting lovey in public a ton recently, including last week, when they swapped kisses on a yacht during Hill's 30th birthday.

Officers were called over a dispute between some of the Filipino sex workers -- reportedly accused of stealing customers from a Thai prostitute in the area -- and as the cops escorted them out of the building and into the street ... there was a huge crowd waiting for them.

That's when the bruhaha started ... with prostitutes and cops clashing, and fists being thrown. Frankly, it's hard to tell who's who here -- but in any case, a lot of ass was kicked.

This honestly looks like something out of a movie scene ... it was that nuts and chaotic.

In the end ... the officers were able to bring the sex workers they were originally there for to the police station -- but it looks like they were all fairly roughed up as they went inside.

Mark Zuckerberg was caught geeking out over a fellow billionaire's pricey watch -- and it's spurring quite a reaction online.

The Meta CEO and his wife, Priscilla Chan, were filmed making small talk at Anant Ambani's pre-wedding celebration weekend in Gujarat, India -- which included a rare performance from Rihanna, who was reportedly paid $6 million for the gig.

Everyone was dressed to the nines ... as was instructed in an alleged nine-page dress code -- but it was Anant's pricey timepiece that caught the attention of Mark.

The Facebook founder was seen practically drooling over the Richard Mille watch worn by Anant -- whose father, Mukesh Ambani, is Asia's richest man and reportedly worth $112 billion.

And while the festivities cost a pretty penny -- a reported $152 million, FWIW -- it took place yards away from some of the poorest people in the world ... next to a slum, no less.

So ... not that surprising people are finding Mark's behavior a little cringe-y considering what he was doing, and where they were.

Mathew Knowles says his daughter Beyoncé knows all about the world of hair care ... 'cause he and her mama Tina ran the best salon in The Bayou City -- according to him.

We caught up with Knowles in NYC Tuesday and asked about Bey's blossoming hair care line Cécred ... which has drawn some criticism online since Queen Bey wears hair extensions, leading some to question what she knows about taking care of natural hair.

Lots of fans are rushing to Bey's defense online, but there are still some out there who say they won't buy the product 'cause they're not sure they know what her real hair looks like.

But, Mathew's saying none of that should matter 'cause she should know all about how to keep hair happy and healthy -- after all, he and Tina Knowles ran the best salon in Houston for nearly two decades

Of course, we had to ask MK about former Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland walking off the set of "TODAY" -- and he says it's totally out of character for her.

Kelly bailed on guest hosting "TODAY" because she wasn't satisfied with the dressing room.

Knowles said he views Kelly as a daughter, and he can't imagine her ever having a diva attitude ... so, seems like he's firmly on KR's side.

A super rare, historic 1945 report on the development of the atomic bomb, signed by 24 Manhattan Project contributors like Oppenheimer, Fermi, Lawrence, Chadwick, Urey, and Rabi has hit the auction block.

RR Auction got their hands on that historic report titled "Atomic Bombs: A General Account of the Development of Methods of Using Atomic Energy for Military Purposes Under the Auspices of the United States Government, 1940-1945" by Henry D. Smyth.

The historical report was privately printed in August 1945 and written before the testing of the first bomb at the Los Alamos "Trinity" test site.

The report is signed in ink on the cover by 24 prominent scientists and administrators engaged in developing and deploying the most dangerous weapon ever created.

The names include J. Robert Oppenheimer and Nobel Prize winners Enrico Fermi, Ernest Lawrence, James Chadwick, Harold Urey, and Isidor I. Rabi.

The author's signature is also displayed on the title page in fountain pen ... 'cause he played a crucial role in the early development of nuclear energy, including participation in the Manhattan Project, membership in the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission (AEC), and served as U.S. ambassador to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

Gen. Leslie Groves' War Department secretary in Washington, Nellie V. Sanderson, obtained all the signatures.

This report was first released days after the attacks on Hiroshima and Nagasaki and is likely the very first publicly available report on the creation of the bomb.

The creation of the nuclear bomb in the United States culminated in a successful test of the doomsday weapon in July 1945.

Weeks later, America dropped nuclear bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki on August 6 and 9, 1945, respectively, putting an end to World War II. The villages were obliterated, with roughly 200,000 people killed.

Emily Willis' family is crowdfunding to help pay the adult film star's mounting medical bills after she was hospitalized following an apparent overdose.

Emily's family has set up a GoFundMe to raise money to pay for her hospital stay and recovery ... with folks pitching in $13,305 towards a $60,000 goal.

TMZ broke the story ... Emily was transported to a medical facility in Thousand Oaks, CA last month following a call for service reporting a possible OD.

Emily, who is just 25 years old, was at a well-known celeb rehab location in Malibu when the incident occurred ... so it seems she was being treated for addiction when she was rushed to a hospital and placed in a critical care unit.

Her father says Emily is fighting "an incredibly tough and unforeseen battle" with a long road to recovery ahead, requiring lots of care.

Emily's dad says donations will go towards her medical bills, plus travel and accommodations for her family so they can be with her in the hospital.

The numbers are in and it's looking good for Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya at the box office ... because the 'Dune' sequel made big money.

The running total for opening weekend for "Dune: Part Two" stands at $81.5 million at the domestic box office ... a pretty strong figure.

Remember ... the movie was projected to rake in between $76 million to $80 million ... so 'Dune 2' is outperforming so far.

The sci-fi movie's predecessor made $41 million during opening weekend back in 2021, so the sequel almost doubled that figure.

Internationally, "Dune: Part 2" is doing pretty well too ... bringing in another $97 million to sweeten the global pot to $178 million. Not bad.

The solid opening weekend follows some pent-up excitement for 'Dune 2' ... folks were looking forward to seeing the new stars added to the mix, like Austin Butler, Florence Pugh, Christopher Walker and Léa Seydoux ... just to name a few.

Timothée, Zendaya and the rest of the star-studded cast did a great job promoting the film and drumming up excitement ... who can forget Zendaya's revealing chrome body suit from the London premiere.
