'MARRIED TO MEDICINE' LIA DIAS Settles Divorce With Colin ... Long Road To See Kids Again

"Married to Medicine: Los Angeles" star Lia Dias reached a settlement in her nasty divorce ... but she's got work to do if she wants to have some quality time with her children.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a judge recently signed off on a settlement in the Lia and Colin Dias divorce ... which gives Colin sole legal and physical custody of their kiddos, Kaylin and Colin Jr.
Lia used to have monitored visitation with the children three days a week, but that order has been suspended ... instead, Lia can only see the kids for weekly sessions, with a therapist.
The settlement also calls for Lia to have phone calls and video calls with both kids ... but only for 15 minutes per kid and only during a single weekday.
There's a path for Lia to spend more time with her kids ... but it's complicated by the restraining order Colin got against her in November 2021, when he claimed she threatened to kill him before attacking him a few days later while he was shopping at a PetSmart with their kids.
In order to be able to spend time with her kids again, Lia has to comply with the restraining order ... and if she keeps her nose clean for a year, time with the kids will be back on the table.
Meanwhile, the settlement leaves Colin with the former couple's home in Beverly Hills and a few other properties ...while Lia walks away with a residential property in Las Vegas, an Inglewood, CA watering hole, and a couple other properties.
The docs say Colin's also leaving the marriage with a 2019 Chevy Tahoe, plus a 1967 Ford Mustang and a 2018 Mercedes-Benz Maybach ... with Lia getting a 2021 Mercedes-Benz A 220.

Tyrese Gibson is embroiled in another legal saga ... this one doesn't involve Home Depot, but rather the late singer Teddy Pendergrass.
The 'Fast & Furious' star has a production company, Voltron Entertainment, which is suing Teddy's widow, Joan Pendergrass, over the rights to Teddy's biopic.
In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Tyrese claims his company locked up the exclusive rights to Teddy's life story way back in 2011 ... with Joan's blessing.
Tyrese says Joan would give Tyrese the rights to a book and movie about Teddy in exchange for Tyrese's company agreeing to invest in the projects and use his celeb status to promote them and Teddy's legacy.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
In the suit, Tyrese claims he and Voltron have since invested around $450,000 into the project ... which he says he's been pushing forward for nearly a decade.
Problem is ... Tyrese claims Joan switched up in 2022 and refused to extend the option on the rights to Teddy's life story.
Tyrese claims Joan's about-face caused Voltron to suffer financial harm ... so now he’s suing Joan in her individual capacity and as executor of Teddy's estate for at least $1 million in damages.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

According to new docs, obtained by TMZ, a judge has found it in the best interest of the kids that Ne-Yo be declared the natural and biological daddy of Braiden, born in 2021, and Brixton, born last February ... giving them all rights and privileges under the law.
The docs also provide the 2 will also have their last name changed from Bagnerise to Smith -- Ne-Yo's legal last name.
TMZ broke the story, the singer asked for the court to establish parentage for Braiden and Braxton back in May. He was also looking to have them be able to inherit from him as if they were born in wedlock.

Tyrese Gibson isn't about to let Home Depot call him a liar over his claims of racism ... saying he refuses to be bullied by the retail giant, and is gonna do all he can to correct the alleged discrimination he says he faced inside one of HD's stores.
Tyrese tells us he's 100% committed to "taking a stand against The Home Depot in defense of our own civil rights and the civil rights of all who have been subjected to discriminatory practices and consumer racial profiling."
He continues, "The Home Depot and its team of attorneys seek to deny our claims and silence our voices as reflected in their most recent court filing. But we will not back down. We will not be bullied. We will use all of our energy to correct the conduct of the company, in service of the broader goal of a shared future free from discrimination."
TMZ broke the story, HD responded to Tyrese's lawsuit Thursday claiming they've reviewed surveillance footage that pokes a lot of holes in Tyrese's initial lawsuit.
The store says Tyrese came in, grabbed a bunch of items and had a cashier ring everything up ... then left the register to do more shopping for 25 minutes, forcing the cashier to clear Tyrese's transaction.
In his original lawsuit, Tyrese said the cash register delay happened because of a computer glitch and he had to go to the parking lot to hide out because people started to recognize who he was rather than stick around to watch the rest of the transaction.
Tyrese says the cashier allowed him to leave his credit card with a couple buddies who would complete the transaction ... but HD is calling BS, saying their footage shows Tyrese never even spoke face-to-face to the cashier.

Eventually, Tyrese got on FaceTime with the cashier from the parking lot, but the cashier and store manager let him know he needed to come inside and present his ID to complete the purchase.

Kevin Spacey booked a massage therapist and then made sexual advances and offered to pay extra money in exchange for sexual favors during the massage ... according to a new lawsuit.
The actor is being sued by a male massage therapist in New York who claims Spacey booked three 90-minute massages in August and September 2016 in a room at the New York Edition Hotel.
In the docs, obtained by TMZ, the message therapist claims Spacey made unwanted and inappropriate sexual advances and repeatedly pressed him for sexual favors, including him insisting on starting the massage with a focus on the buttocks.
The therapist says Spacey also insisted on doing yoga poses during the massage, exposing Spacey's butt and genitals in the process and making the therapist feel uncomfortable.
In the suit, the therapist claims Spacey repeatedly became sexually aroused during the sessions and even offered extra money in exchange for sexual favors. He also says Spacey repeatedly made sexual comments on his looks and physique.
What's more, the masseuse claims Spacey grabbed the therapist's hand and tried to place it on his genitals, despite the therapist repeatedly rejecting Spacey's alleged advances.
The massage therapist says Spacey booked the appointments through an app, using a different name ... meaning he never knew he was going to see Spacey until he got into the room. He also says Spacey "insisted upon wearing a ski mask" during the appointments.
After the third alleged incident, the masseuse claims he stopped taking appointments altogether at the hotel Spacey allegedly frequented.
The massage therapist claims the Spacey sessions resulted in mental and emotional distress ... saying he still suffers from anxiety, depression, PTSD, and fears for his livelihood as a massage therapist, husband and father.
The masseuse is going after Spacey for damages.
The lawsuit comes a couple months after Spacey was found not guilty on sexual assault charges in the United Kingdom.
As we previously reported ... Spacey was accused of forcing a different male massage therapist to touch his genitals during an in-home massage in 2016, an accusation Spacey denied, and the case was dropped when the alleged victim died during the investigation.
We reached out to Spacey's camp about the most recent lawsuit ... so far no word back.

The album will drop on the MMG imprint and the duo's chemistry in the clip surprised many fans who thought they were beefing after Rozay was absent from Meek's last album.

Michael Oher Judge Ends Conservatorship

Michael Oher's conservatorship is officially over.
A Shelby County Probate Court judge just ordered that the conservatorship that's been in place since Oher was 18 will come to an end, TMZ Sports has confirmed.
The ruling breaks up a legal arrangement that the former NFL star put in place with Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy back when he was living with the couple before he went to college.
As we reported, Oher had requested its termination in August ... after essentially alleging the Touhys tricked him into getting into it. In a court filing, he said he initially believed the legal docs were a way for the Touhys to formally adopt him.
He claimed in his filing, however, that he later found out it allowed the Touhys to control contract negotiations on his behalf -- potentially screwing him out of a ton of cash ... especially in the deal that led to the creation of the blockbuster movie based on his life, "The Blind Side."
'Blind Side' Inspo Michael Oher Says Tuohys Never Adopted Him, It Was Conservatorship
The Touhys, meanwhile, have called BS on Oher's allegations ... with their attorney, Marty Singer, saying in a statement that the conservatorship was simply "established to assist with Mr. Oher's needs, ranging from getting him health insurance and obtaining a driver's license to helping with college admissions."
The Touhys were adamant they'd have no objection to dissolving it.
The rest of Oher's case against the Touhys -- one in which he's asking for damages as well as an accounting of the money the couple made through contracts negotiated on his behalf -- is still ongoing.

Home Depot To Tyrese Gibson Surveillance Footage Shows You're Lying

Home Depot says Tyrese Gibson is lying about racism in his $1 million lawsuit against them ... and they say there's video evidence backing them up.
Home Depot just responded to Tyrese's lawsuit ... pushing back against his claims of racial discrimination on the part of their cashiers.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Home Depot claims Tyrese came into their store and brought a bunch of items to the cash register, where the cashier scanned everything. HD says Tyrese then went back for more shopping, leaving the register for 25 minutes and forcing the cashier to clear out his transaction.
It's a different story from Tyrese's original complaint, where he claims a computer glitch caused the delay. He also said that because of the alleged delay, people started recognizing him and, feeling uncomfortable, he went to the parking lot instead of staying around to oversee the transaction
Tyrese claimed he told the cashier his two helpers would finish the purchase with his credit card and said she understood his instructions before he left the store ... and said he was told he could go wait outside and she would finish the transaction.
Home Depot claims their surveillance shows Tyrese did NOT speak face-to-face with any of their cashiers.
Remember ... Tyrese also got on FaceTime with a cashier from outside the store and authorized her to complete the transaction his partners were trying to make with his card, but she -- and her manager -- said that wouldn't work, and he would have to come back to the store to show ID.
That's about the only part of the story both sides agree upon -- and, further, Home Depot says its surveillance footage shows Tyrese coming back into the store and getting into a heated discussion, which ends with him showing his ID and the cashier completing his transaction.
Tyrese told us it was hard to sue Home Depot because he's a longtime customer and the store is like his Disneyland ... but Home Depot says they don't know how long he's shopped there and aren't sure how much he's spent over the years -- Tyrese claims it's close to $10 million over 2 decades.
We reached out to Tyrese's legal team ... so far no word back.

Hit-Boy Selling Pub On Travis, Beyoncé Record Show Me the 💰 Now!!!

Exclusive Details

Hit-Boy is looking to cash out on his recent work by actively auctioning his publishing rights to Travis Scott's smash "Utopia" album ... the song that featured Beyoncé!!!
The superproducer surprisingly posted a listing on eBay Wednesday evening ... offering his 5% publishing stake on the track "Delresto (Echoes)." It's an unprecedented move, but one that seems to be working -- the song has a current bid of $15,000!!!
Travis hands-down has the biggest rap album of the year ... topping Billboard's 200 album chart 4 times now, and the project was certified platinum after just a month.
A song like "Delresto" may prove to be even more valuable down the line on such a notable album, but HB tells TMZ Hip Hop he literally doesn't GAF about hoarding stocks and wants the money A-S-A-P!!!
To sweeten the deal, HB's also including the AKAI keyboard he used to make the beat in the sale, a real steal for music-makers.
It's not like HB is in the minority with his thinking ... rappers have been selling their catalogs more frequently these days, and some are even blatantly lying about offers in hopes of generating interest.
Nelly's one of the real deals ... we broke the story back in the summer when the "Country Grammar" rapper became $50 million richer for parting ways with just half his catalog.
So, HB's just striking while the iron is hot.
He and Travis have made plenty of music and money together, their "Sicko Mode" classic literally went Diamond this year!!!
Audiophiles, get your checkbooks out. HB tells us everything's potentially for sale ... for the right price, of course. 😉
