Jermaine Dupri I Invented Makin' It Rain in Clubs!!!💸 Strippers Said I Was Crazy

Jermaine Dupri is proclaiming himself the inventor of making it rain -- that time-honored tradition of tossing money around a club without caring where it lands -- but admits it wasn't always as cool as it looks!!!

The veteran producer shared his story Thursday on "The Estelle Show" on Apple Hits ... pinpointing his 1998 collab with Jay-Z, "Money Ain't a Thang," as the jump-off point for the trend ... but, then he decided to test out the rich flex IRL.

JD says the first time he hit Magic City and threw money in the air, the stripper gave him a puzzled reaction ... "You want me to get down on the floor and get my money???"

He says the 💡 went off when he attempted his cash splashes elsewhere, but got the same confused reactions ... he took it as a clear sign he was pioneering something big.

After the wave eventually caught on, JD says he also taught dancers how to split the money once it hit the ground ... proper strip club etiquette does go a long way in keeping the party going.

JD tells Estelle he gave icons like Quincy Jones and Janet Jackson their first Magic City experience -- so, he's a pro in ATL's strip club culture, if ever there was one!!!

JD's strip club adventures will provide invaluable insight to his upcoming doc "Freaknik: The Wildest Party Never Told," which has many who attended the '90s event "freaking out" over possibly being seen in a compromising position all these years later.

Kroy Biermann Male Strip Club Offers Up Serious $$$ to Dance As Money Troubles Worsen

Kroy Biermann might have a light at the end of his massive debt tunnel, and it's all thanks to a male strip club willing to dish out some serious cash if Kroy's willing to get down 'n dirty.

Kings of Hustler in Sin City is giving Kroy the chance to make a sweet $150k to "perform a live strip tease" at its location. The club's manager, Brittany Rose, says she's certain he'll also "make a ton of money in tips."

There are conditions, of course -- Kroy will have to perform on stage for 15 minutes, strip down to his underwear, and give the crowd lap dances "at the request of big spenders."

He'll also have to take a ride on the club's "Golden Boner" -- a mechanical bull that's shaped to look like ... well, a golden boner.

Kings of Hustler says it sent Kroy's team the lucrative offer Wednesday ... though he hasn't yet accepted the offer.

As we reported, Kroy says he and Kim Zolciak are DEEP in the red amid their divorce -- he's already asked a judge to let them sell their Georgia home at haste ... the one that recently entered pre-foreclosure again.

Kroy filed new docs this week, begging the court to prevent Kim from slowing down his attempt to sell the property. Don't forget, Kroy said he had to sell his own personal belongings to try and make their mortgage payments, which he wasn't able to cover in July.

Safe to say, the $150k could help out ... as long as he's down to show off the goods for some lucky ladies.

John Cusack Blasts Democratic Elites ... They're All 'Full of S***'

John Cusack -- someone who's been transparent about his liberal views for years -- is coming after Democrats ... 'cause in his eyes, they have a total lack of morals.

The often-left-wing actor didn't hold back on social media earlier this week, saying those towards the top of the Democratic Party are "full of s***." He goes on to blame them for people switching to Donald Trump as a consideration for the presidency.

It's a long rant that John goes on -- he even takes shots at former Prez Barack Obama's iconic "Hope and Change" slogan ... something John's calling, "another branded hustle."

John's heated talk came in response to an article that claimed Dems are considering doing away with federal wealth taxes ... writing, "This kind of staggering amoral bulls*** is one of the main reason[s] (yes there are others) Trump's demagoguery works on people."

He sarcastically adds, "Don’t worry fellas - the democrats will save the .000000001 % from paying tax" ... saying, "To even attempt this … Unbelievable."

For those unaware, John's often spoken out about things like politics, activism, and wealth distribution ... but he usually sees things from a Democratic perspective.

Sounds like John's fed up with the left, too ... at least, for the time being.

Bob Ross First Painting From TV Show Up For Sale ... Nearly $10 Million!

An iconic piece of art from Bob Ross' past is up for sale 4 decades after it was made ... and it ain't gonna come cheap.

Bob's painting is titled, "A Walk in the Woods," painted on the first episode of his hit show, "The Joy of Painting" -- where many first discovered his talent.

The piece has Bob's signature in the bottom corner and is listed on Modern Artifact for $9,850,000. People interested can make another offer if they'd like ... but we're assuming it'll sell in that ballpark, given its significance.

Fans of the show know it didn't take Bob long to craft the incredibly detailed oil painting -- his inaugural episode is only 28 minutes long -- but that just goes to show how talented he really was.

As you know, Bob's show debuted in 1983 with this painting, the show aired over 400 episodes on PBS and lasted until 1994, the year before he died due to complications from lymphoma.

His legacy is up there with some of the greats in the world of art, partially thanks to his internet fame long after his death so it's no doubt his first televised painting will make a killing.

In Bob's words, "Let's get crazy."

Lizzo Sued by Former Tour Employee Your Show was Hell!!!

UPDATE

10:06 AM PT -- Lizzo's team isn't holding anything back. Her spokesman, Stefan Friedman, tell us, “As Lizzo receives a Humanitarian Award tonight from the Black Music Action Coalition for the incredible charitable work she has done to lift up all people, an ambulance-chasing lawyer tries to sully this honor by recruiting someone to file a bogus, absurd publicity-stunt lawsuit who, wait for it, never actually met or even spoke with Lizzo."

UPDATE

He continues, "We will pay this as much attention as it deserves. None.”

Lizzo is back under fire for allegations tied to inappropriate working conditions on her tour ... getting sued by a woman who says she was forced to hear racist and fatphobic comments from members of Lizzo's team while working unthinkable hours.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Asha Daniels says she was hired by Amanda Nomura -- a member of Lizzo's team -- to join Lizzo's tour in 2023 to work in wardrobe. Daniels claims the work was grueling, sometimes going from 6 AM-2 AM and getting refused breaks.

Daniels, a Black woman, says Nomura was brutal, often making racist and fatphobic comments -- allegedly calling Black women on the tour "dumb" "useless" and "fat."

Daniels also claims Nomura told her she wasn't allowed to dress sexy around Lizzo because Lizzo would get jealous when her boyfriend was around other beautiful women.

During one instance, Daniels says she injured her ankle when Nomura rolled a clothing rack over it. She says her ankle became swollen, and when she wore a pair of Crocs to work she was reprimanded and told she needed to put on a pair of tennis shoes.

In the docs, Daniels says she alerted Lizzo's management team to the behavior, and claims Lizzo's tour manager, Carlina Gugliotta, even advised her to privately film Nomura's conduct, but Daniels felt that would be unethical.

Daniels says she eventually brought all of her concerns to Gugliotta, and believes those concerns were relayed to Lizzo ... but was eventually fired before her contract was set to end.

Daniels claims her experience on the tour has left her with ongoing anxiety and PTSD as well as migraines, ocular distortions, brain fog and fatigue.

Remember, Lizzo was sued last month for claims that included sexual harassment by 3 former employees who claimed they were forced to attend sex shows and were subjected to uncomfortable behavior and situations while working for Lizzo.

We should note -- Daniels is represented by Neama Rahmani -- the same lawyer who sued Lizzo on behalf of the 3 women from the lawsuit last month.

Lizzo has denied those claims, saying in part, "My character has been criticized. Usually, I choose not to respond to false allegations but these are as unbelievable as they sound and too outrageous to not be addressed."

Daniels is suing for sexual harassment, racial harassment, disability discrimination and more. She's asking for damages including unpaid wages, loss of earnings and others.

Larsa Pippen, Marcus Jordan We're A Couple Of 'Traitors' ... Join Reality Show

Pippen and Jordan are teaming up to win it all again ... but it ain't MJ and Scottie -- it's Larsa and Marcus on a reality TV show.

Larsa Pippen and her boyfriend, Marcus Jordan, have signed on for season 2 of the Peacock series, "The Traitors" ... a competition where 20 contestants try to smoke out the backstabbers of the group in hopes of securing a $250,000 prize.

The couple is already on location in Scotland for filming ... and they're basically treating the business trip like a vacation as well, posting several selfies together on social media during their downtime.

The addition of Larcus to the competition will be interesting -- they're the first public couple to be on the show together, which could cause some problems with fellow contestants who may not like their established alliance.

The entire cast has not been announced yet, but it will consist of other famous faces in reality TV and other industries, according to People, who first broke the news.

"Survivor" star Cirie Fields won it all the first time around ... securing the quarter milli after outlasting names like Brandi Glanville, Rachel Reilly and Cody Calafiore.

Larsa and Marcus -- who started dating last year -- are used to having cameras in their faces ... as they've documented parts of their relationship for "Real Housewives of Miami."

Air Jordan may not approve of his son's relationship with his wingman-turned-nemesis' ex-wife... but if Marcus is able to go the distance and win a huge chunk of change, maybe he'll come around??

REVOLUTIONIZING REAL ESTATE
TMZ.com

Former "Million Dollar Listing" star Fredrik Eklund says his new AI real estate expert isn't here to take jobs from agents like himself -- instead, he says this tech can spark market growth.

Fredrik joined us Wednesday on "TMZ Live" to introduce the world to Maya ... the world's first real estate guru completely powered by artificial intelligence. It's a product that took him and his team 18 months to get up and running, and he explained why he's so incredibly proud of what Maya can do.

He says Maya helps both sides of the housing market and even comes with her own personality -- and while you might think websites, like Zillow and Redfin, already simplify the home buying experience, Fredrik told us why Maya takes it to the next level.

Simply put ... the way you tour open houses is going to change dramatically in the next few years, and Fredrik believes Maya will be an integral part of that revolution.

AI has become a hot-button topic lately, with folks -- including Hollywood writers and actors -- worried the new tech will take peoples' jobs as it advances.

It might sound ironic for Fredrik to invent a tool that takes over some tasks that human agents have traditionally done for clients, but he fills us in on why he's not threatened by Maya. At least, not yet.

World Series Of Poker Player Lies About Cancer Diagnosis To Get Into Main Event ... Apologizes

A poker player who lied about having terminal cancer in order to raise funds to get into the World Series of Poker Main Event is now apologizing for his fib ... saying this week, "What I did was wrong."

Rob Mercer -- a 37-year-old Vallejo, Calif. native -- came up with the tale back in June, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, in an effort to gather the $10,000 he needed to buy in to the world's most prestigious poker event in July in Las Vegas.

Mercer created a GoFundMe with the hopes of gathering the cash -- and it touched so many, it reportedly led to him earning between $30,000 and $50,000 ... allowing him entry into the tournament.

But, the Review-Journal reports several in the poker community became suspicious of Mercer over the way he had acted at the event. Mercer had reportedly provided vague responses to questions about his illness and failed to share concrete proof of his alleged terminal colon cancer diagnosis as well.

The outlet also reports several people saw him gambling in a casino, and when he was approached about the poor optics of that ... he was said to have been defensive.

Eventually, Mercer fessed up about everything, telling the Review-Journal on Tuesday, "I shouldn't have told people I have colon cancer. I did that just as a spur-of-the-moment thing when someone asked me what kind of cancer I had."

Mercer, however, said his story wasn't without at least some merit. He told the outlet he believes he does have undiagnosed breast cancer -- and he made up the colon cancer story because he was embarrassed to say he was dealing with a disease not as commonly found in men.

"I did lie about having colon cancer," said Mercer, who ended up getting eliminated from the Main Event early on. "I don't have colon cancer. I used that to cover my situation."

Mercer said due to his belief that he does have breast cancer, he has no intentions of returning the money he obtained through his GoFundMe.

As for his future on poker tables, Mercer told the Review-Journal he has quit playing due to "his deteriorating health." He told the news organization that he now spends around 18 hours a day in bed.

"At the end of the day I lied to a lot of people because I was scared to tell the truth," Mercer said. "And I guess I'll have to pay for that."
