'Brady Bunch' House Finds New TV-Adjacent Owner ...
The famous "Brady Bunch" house is finally off the market and in the possession of a new owner -- who's also well-versed in the TV biz, and who got this puppy for a steal.
Compass real estate agent Danny Brown -- who held this listing on behalf of HGTV, which had been trying to sell this place all throughout the summer -- tells TMZ ... the North Hollywood property just closed escrow, and went for a cool $3.2 million.
The new title holder ... wealthy home collector Tina Trahan, who's married to ex-HBO chief Chris Albrecht. It's a Home Box Office deal, indeed -- 'cause Trahan saved a fortune based on what the network was originally asking for the property.
Remember, when this pad first went up for grabs in May ... HGTV had listed it at $5.5 million -- this after they'd bought it in 2018 for $3.5 mil for their series, "A Very Brady Renovation."
Not only did HGTV not come anywhere close to what it initially wanted, but the network actually appears to have taken a loss on the home. Here's hoping the ratings for their show paid off, 'cause HGTV did a ton of work on this place, inside and out.
As you might know, it was actually just the exterior of this home that was used in the famous sitcom back then -- with most of the interior scenes being shot on a sound stage.
The whole premise of this HGTV series, though, was to make the interior of this house match what people saw on TV ... and they pulled it off and then some, pouring a fair amount of dough into completely redoing the place. That's why their settling price is interesting.
Nonetheless, Danny's stoked -- saying, "This was the craziest deal of my career. There is no way to comp a house like this. Am I going to compare to the 'Home Alone' house or Larry David's house on 'Curb?' Ultimately it went to the right buyer. A collector who will use it for events and fundraisers and be the steward of an iconic piece of pop culture history."

DraftKings Apologizes For 9/11-Themed Parlay
DraftKings issued a mea culpa on Monday morning ... after the gambling site posted a 9/11-themed parlay that many viewed as insensitive.
The bet that fans could place money on was called "Never Forget" ... and it allowed people to wager on if the New York Mets, New York Yankees and New York Jets would all win on Monday -- the 22nd anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks in NY.
Immediately after it was posted, though, it was ripped by social media users ... who called it tone-deaf and crass.
In wake of the backlash hours later, DraftKings pulled it from its site ... and issued an apology.
"We sincerely apologize for the featured parlay that was shared briefly in commemoration of 9/11," a DK spokesperson said in a statement to the Boston Globe. We respect the significance of this day for our country and especially for the familys of those who were directly affected.”
The Jets are slated to play the Bills at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on "Monday Night Football." Meanwhile, the Mets will take on the Diamondbacks at Citi Field in New York -- while the Yankees will face the Red Sox at Fenway Park in Boston.

Tink Yeah, I Assaulted Hitmaka!!! And He Kind of Respects It 🤷🏾♂️
Tink and Hitmaka's longtime artist/producer working relationship erupted in violence in tropical Cancun, of all places ... with the R&B songstress admitting to throwing blows on sight!!!
According to Tink, Hitmaka's been dodging her for months and also demanded $2 million from her after disclosing she wanted to work on her next project without him ... and those tensions boiled over when they happened to pop up at the same Mexican resort over the weekend.
Hitmaka was celebrating his 38th birthday on Saturday and Tink says she was in Cancun to celebrate her assistant's birthday, but things came to a head when she claims she spotted Hitmaka there ... enjoying the moment with several other women.
The two have been making music in a semi-exclusive relationship for the better part of the year and Tink admits her emotions (and perhaps a bit of booze) got the best of her and she attacked Hitmaka in a fit of rage ... which he claims to have captured on his phone.
He posted a screenshot of Tink allegedly flying off the handle, which had some fans calling him a snitch.
Despite being on the receiving end of Tink's anger, Hitmaka downplayed the incident and says he understands her disappointment with seeing him move on, but still maintains they're cool and will resume rolling out the next album.
That's still a big TBD ... after cooling her jets a bit, Tink returned to IG, and explained feeling royally disrespected after not getting a response to texts she'd sent Hitmaka, and isn't sure of their future.
Who'd a thunk mixing business with pleasure could backfire??? Never heard that one before.

No quisieron despedirse.
Kevin Federline $40k a Month in Child Support Isn't Fair ... I've Got the Kids 100% of the Time
-
Exclusive
- 5.6K shares
Kevin Federline is thinking of going to court to ask for an increase in child support from Britney Spears ... because he never bargained on having the kids full-time when they hashed out the terms of support.
Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Kevin gets $40k a month for the 2 kids he shares with Britney -- Jayden James and Sean Preston. The amount is predicated on each having the kids 50% of the time. The reality -- Britney has had the kids 0% of the time for years.
Sean Preston turns 18 in a couple of weeks, so the support will end for one of the boys. However, Jayden's will stay intact until around June 2025, when he graduates high school. So realistically, $20k is the relevant amount if Kevin asks for an increase ... but that amount could balloon if he proves he needs more money for 100% of Jayden's care.
As we reported, Kevin, his sons, and his wife, Victoria, all moved to Hawaii last month ... a decision Britney ultimately didn't fight in court.
Kevin encouraged Sean Preston and Jayden to see their mom but wasn't gonna force them. They passed on saying goodbye. The kids haven't seen her going on 2 years.
We reached out to Kevin's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan. So far, no word back.
Do you think Britney should pay up? Vote below.

The appearance marked the first time Irvin had been on the network since February ... after he had been suspended following allegations that he was inappropriate with a Marriott employee during Super Bowl week in Phoenix.
Michael Irvin Refiling $100 Million Lawsuit Against Marriott In Arizona
The worker -- who Irvin ID'ed as Jane Doe in court documents -- alleged that Irvin had stopped her near the hotel's bar, told her she was attractive ... and then asked her "whether she knew anything about having a 'big Black man inside of [her].'"
Irvin was adamant the claims were not true ... and he filed a lawsuit against Marriott a short time later, saying the Hotel giant's "employees and management inaccurately and inflammatorily accused Mr. Irvin of misconduct to the National Football League" -- costing him tens of millions of dollars. Irvin and his attorney, Levi McCathern, released video of the apparent interaction between the two -- and said it showed nothing more than a brief, innocuous conversation.
According to the Dallas Morning News, the parties reached a settlement recently ... which paved the way for Irvin's return to NFL N. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed publicly.
For the NFL Network's part, a spokesperson told the DMN, "Michael Irvin has been reinstated and will be a part of NFL Network's coverage of the 2023 season."

'Aquaman 2' WB Drops Teaser Trailer ... Amid Marketing Rumors
5:25 PM PT -- And just like clockwork, Warner Bros. has dropped the teaser trailer for 'Aquaman 2' -- this amid a ton of clamoring from fans who feared the studio was leaving this flick by the wayside.
Don’t miss the full trailer this Thursday. #Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom - Only in theaters December 20. pic.twitter.com/Cwk1ElJ8lN

WB must've been paying attention to all the Twitter chirping, 'cause they literally uploaded a 30-second promo -- with a promise of the full trailer dropping Thursday. In the teaser, it gives you a sense of the action and the plot ... but there's one notable absence.
Not much footage of Amber Heard that we can see here. Time will tell if she's in the full trailer.
DC fans think Jason Momoa and Amber Heard are getting sidelined in the lead-up to "Aquaman 2" -- and the rumored reason ... the studio's reportedly preparing for a bomb.
The comic book crowd is in a frenzy this weekend amid some gossip about "Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom" -- which is coming out in December ... but which has yet to show off any official marketing material, including first-looks, teaser trailers or much of anything else.
Because they know it’s bad, they know it’ll lose money, and they aren’t putting a marketing budget behind it at all https://t.co/Gh2kqmqkEo
— KC Walsh (@TheComixKid) September 7, 2023 @TheComixKid
The lack of promotion is starting to concern some of the most fervent DC heads, and many have wondered why Warner Bros. is taking their time. Welp, one purported comic book scooper -- who's often credited with insider knowledge -- says he has the answer.
KC Walsh of The GWW wrote in response to one fan, "Because they know it’s bad, they know it’ll lose money, and they aren’t putting a marketing budget behind it at all."

It's unclear if KC is actually citing sources within the industry, or if he's just floating his own theory on why the trailers have been slow to roll out -- so take his words here with a grain of salt. Still, though ... his "report" is being taken seriously by a lot of comic-centric outlets.
More importantly, the logic seems to make sense to many -- and this all has to do with how DC's latest big superhero movies recently did at the box office. Of course, there's "Blue Beetle," which didn't make much money at all ... but the big mistake lies in "The Flash."
The Ezra Miller-led film reportedly cost hundreds of millions of dollars to both shoot and market -- and, as we all now know, the movie performed abysmally ... leaving WB in the red.
Lop on the alleged fact that this new movie supposedly stinks, and it's no wonder Warner would be wary to pour even more money into 'Aquaman 2' -- the budget of which is said to have ballooned north of $200 million through a ton of different reshoots amid the pandemic.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Plus, there's the strike that's still ongoing ... not to mention lingering Amber hate, as well as James Gunn's overarching reboot of the DCU. With all these factors combined, it's easy to see why WB possibly scaling back the "Aquaman 2" rollout actually checks out.
Warner might have experienced a windfall in "Barbie," but appear to have issues elsewhere.

— KC Walsh (@TheComixKid) September 7, 2023 @TheComixKid
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

The house where Jamie Lee Curtis' character from "Halloween" once lived is up for sale ... and a true horror fan can get the keys -- if they have a decent chunk of change to spend.
The L.A.-area property is the fictional Haddonfield, Illinois home of teenager Laurie Strode, and can be yours for $1.8 million. Fans of the flick will recognize the house from the scene where she sat on the front stoop holding a pumpkin.
The home's been in the fam for generations, long before filming began in 1978. The seller's granddad planted an avocado tree on the property that's been there since the '40s.
It's been carved up into 3-units, so whoever buys it can pocket some rental income.
The area is being revitalized ... a nearby school is being repurposed with shops, restaurants and even a live music venue.
Heidi Babcock and Andrea Marcum-Valentine of eXp Realty of Los Angeles hold the listing ... and no, Michael Myers is not included.

Kim Zolciak Not Served Credit Card Lawsuit ... Process Server Told She's Moved?!?

5:28 PM PT -- Kim's rep tells us she's still living at the house ... and Kim recently posted on her Instagram story from inside the home.
Kim Zolciak's estranged husband Kroy Biermann is begging her to sign off on the sale of their Georgia mansion, and according to a process server, he may have gotten his wish!!!
In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a process server tasked with delivering a lawsuit to Kim says they faced a significant hurdle in trying to give her the legal papers ... arriving to her home and getting info she had allegedly moved.
The process server claims he went to Kim and Kroy's mansion Thursday morning and spoke with someone at the home who identified themselves as a resident. The process server claims an unidentified man told them he had "just purchased the property."
As we've told you ... Kim and Kroy are deep in the hole financially, and he's been trying to get her to give the green light to sell their home.
The process server says he's under the belief Kim has moved out, but it's unclear if that's the case ... there's still a possibility whoever answered the door may have been messing with the process server.
We spoke to Kroy's attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom, who says there's no way Kim's outta the house yet -- she's got too much crap in there to move so quickly. There's also the issue that the house cannot yet be legally sold per the standing order of the court.
As for the lawsuit the server was trying to hit Kim ... it's from SAKS for a credit card she allegedly owes $150,000.
