Ana Montana says she's taking extra precautions in the wake of another IG model's shocking death ... including beefing up her personal security.

We got Ana leaving Toast in Los Angeles and asked if she's doing anything differently safety-wise in reaction to Miss Mercedes Morr's recent death, which cops in Texas say is an apparent murder-suicide.

Ana says she's thinking about adding muscle and she's being extra cautious about where and when she posts on social media, because she thinks Morr might have had a stalker.

It's interesting ... Ana says lots of IG models and influencers are talking about Morr's death, and it seems like it's been a wake-up call to some folks.

Ana tells us she's warning other influencers to be extra careful about giving away too much information about their personal lives in their profiles ... and she says it's not smart to tag locations while they're still physically there.

Ana's also got a message for her followers, and it sounds like she's dealt with some creepy fans before.

Cardi B is getting applauded by the family of slain IG model Miss Mercedes Morr ... they're thankful Cardi is shining light on the tragedy and they invited her to the funeral.

The late model's mother, Jeanetta Grover, tells TMZ ... the family's grateful Cardi brought awareness to her daughter's tragic death, because Cardi took the attention away from her daughter's alleged murderer and put it back on Mercedes.

MMM was found dead last month at her home in Houston in what authorities are calling an apparent murder-suicide.

Cardi defended Mercedes online after some folks tried to blame Morr for her own death.

The family tells us Mercedes was a huge fan of Cardi's, with a fiery spirit and a kind heart, and they reached out privately to Cardi to extend an invite to the memorial service.

We're told there's no pressure on Cardi to attend the celebration of life Saturday in Houston ... the family says they understand she's a busy woman and they're just thankful Cardi brought awareness to the case.

Kyle Kuzma will leave Los Angeles for D.C. as a single man ... TMZ Sports has learned the former Lakers star and his model GF, Winnie Harlow, have broken up.

Sources tell us Kuzma -- who was just officially traded to the Washington Wizards from L.A. earlier this month -- split with Harlow about a week ago.

We're told, though, it was a completely amicable breakup ... and, in fact, we're also told the two have been friendly with each other since the split.

The couple first started dating in March 2020 after Harlow said Kuzma slid into her direct messages ... and things appeared to be going swimmingly.

The two swapped "I love yous" often -- and did it VERY publicly, too -- with Harlow even famously hiring a plane to fly across the Disney campus in July 2020 with a mushy birthday message for Kuzma as he played in the NBA bubble.

Kendall Jenner's being sued by a famous Italian clothing designer for only appearing in one of 2 contracted photo shoots -- but her management team says COVID's to blame, and the company refused to be flexible.

According to the suit filed by Liu Jo ... the company struck a deal with Kendall in early 2019 to pay her $1.5 million to appear in 2 shoots -- one for Liu Jo’s Spring/Summer 2020 campaign and the second originally intended to be used for its Fall/Winter 2020 campaign.

Liu Jo says Kendall fulfilled her obligation for the first shoot in 2019 and received more than $1.3 million by Feb. 2020 when it was time for the second shoot ... but then the coronavirus pandemic happened.

According to the docs ... the Italian fashion house offered to reschedule with Kendall for fall of 2020, but it claims she "ultimately turned down all of Liu Jo’s good-faith offers of compromise."

The company says it even tried to work with her to shoot in October 2020 in Italy when she was already going to be there shooting with another designer ... but Kendall allegedly told them it wouldn't work.

Liu Jo claims it became clear then, she had no intention of fulfilling her contract, so it had to sue ... and it's seeking at least $1.8 million in damages.

However, we're told Kendall's team tried to come up with a compromise to shoot in the U.S. during the pandemic, but it was unable to commit to that. Our sources say it's always her intention to complete every deal ... and it's unfortunate Liu Jo decided to go this route.

A spokesperson for The Society Management tells TMZ ... "This suit is without merit. The Society Management, on behalf of Ms. Kendall Jenner, has continually offered Liu Jo alternative dates and locations to fulfill an agreement that was forced to be delayed because of the coronavirus pandemic."

Chrissy Teigen is welcoming a new family member into the fold ... and it's an adorable Basset Hound puppy named Pearl ... this after the death of her bulldog.

Chrissy says Pearl recently joined the family and is already taking a liking to her husband, John Legend.

As you can see, Pearl's quickly getting acquainted with her new home ... running around the house with her tail wagging, and napping on some furniture.

Chrissy says she grew up with Basset Hounds and she can't wait for John to see Pearl grow up right before their eyes, morphing from a "bouncy, no-bones, jello mold of skin" into "the stubborn logs of love I love so much."

As we reported ... the family's French bulldog, Pippa, died earlier this month ... so it looks like Chrissy and co. aren't wasting too much time bringing in a new pup.
