Joe Manganiello has a new bae -- a casual one, but still ... we're told he and actress Caitlin O'Connor have been getting to know each other on the heels of his divorce from Sofia Vergara.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Joe and Caitlin aren't official, but they're casually dating after meeting last month at the screening party for the second season of the HBO show, "Winning Time," in which Caitlin plays a young Dyan Cannon.

Joe and Caitlin even jumped in the jacuzzi together at the bash, albeit with other folks taking a dip too -- no solo swims here.

The party went down at the home of the show's executive producer, Jim Hecht ... and his wife, reporter Courtney Friel, shared the group snap.

Joe and Caitlin were spotted leaving Gold's Gym in Venice together Wednesday, so they obviously get along well enough to get their pump on as a duo.

We're told Joe and Caitlin bonded over the fact they're both from the greater Pittsburgh area -- he's from Mt. Lebanon and she's from Uniontown, and it all kinda snowballed from there.

As you know, Joe's new fling comes after he filed for divorce from Sofia in July, saying they've been growing apart.

Sources with knowledge of the event tell TMZ ... the 2 will be renewing their vows at Lake Como, Italy this weekend -- the same place where they tied the knot 10 years ago.

The guest list is pretty spectacular from what we're told, with a number of the couples celebrity friends invited ... although it's unclear who will show up.

Those in attendance will be kept busy all weekend long -- a cocktail party on Friday featuring food and games, the vow renewal ceremony going down Saturday, and a pool party Sunday.

The couple doesn't have a gift registry, but guests will spend plenty getting to and staying at the special destination. Hotels in the area have rooms that go for around $6k a night, but that should be a drop in the bucket for most of the guests in attendance.

You'll recall, they got married back in 2013. Since becoming one, they've had a lot of highs and lows throughout their decade of marriage ... from births to the loss of their son, to social media drama, and more.

Taylor Swift is seein' stars in the Big Apple ... they just happen to be her good pals, as she did dinner with Gigi Hadid, Ryan Reynolds, Channing Tatum and some equally famous significant others.

Dozens of celebs from Jennifer Lopez, Julianne Moore and Diane Keaton to Robin Wright, Amanda Seyfried, and Sheryl Crow had front-row seats to watch the models strut their stuff, showcasing RL's Spring Women's 2024 Collection.

Keri Russell, Matthew Rhys, Mindy Kaling, Laura Dern, Gabrielle Union, James Marsden, Christy Turlington and Sofia Richie were some of the other bold-faced names in the crowd.

The stars and other attendees enjoyed the festivities from inside a stylish rustic warehouse at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. The space had wooden floors, large canvas drapes on the walls and crystal chandeliers hanging from the ceiling.

And then there were models, who were all dressed to kill in a combination of luxury and casual denim pants, evening gowns and other clothes and accessories.

After that, the guests were treated to a five-star dinner in a sophisticated barn-like setting. On the menu was grilled lobster salad, grilled branzino and filet mignon. To top it off, RL offered his very own Brownie a la mode.

Gisele Bündchen is expanding her real estate portfolio, plunking down 7 figures for a sprawling Florida property with a soccer field and an equestrian ring ... and her jiu-jitsu pal Joaquim Valente's sister-in-law helped close the deal.

According to real estate records, the supermodel dropped $9.1 million on the 9-bedroom estate in Southwest Ranches, an affluent area about 30 miles northwest of Miami.

Gisele's new property is 5,183 square feet of pure luxury ... and some of the highlights include a full-size soccer field, infinity pool, hot tub, tennis courts and plenty of space to ride horses.

The grounds feature a state-of-the-art equestrian rink, with 10 large horse stalls. Remember, Gisele is big into horse riding, and so are her kids with ex-husband Tom Brady. She's also gone horseback riding with Joaquim in Costa Rica.

The property sits on 7.5 acres and there's an outdoor kitchen with a hibachi grill, pizza oven, BBQ pit and a wine fridge.

Inside, the first-floor master suite includes a private sitting area, bathroom and a walk-in closet ... and there's a floating glass staircase leading to the rest of the home. The gourmet kitchen has quartz countertops imported from Italy, plus an oversized island with a breakfast bar.

Gisele also owns another home in South Florida, an $11.5 million mansion in Miami Beach ... right across the water from where Tom's building his new place.

The PDA happened after the quarterback and his Detroit Lions shocked the defending Super Bowl champions, 21-20, at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.

Goff's partner, Christen Harper -- who just got engaged to the signal-caller back in June -- shared footage of the postgame smooch on her Instagram page ... showing her getting some lip-on-lip action with the QB after the game from the stands.

"Biiiiig fan of 16," Harper captioned the clip.

Of course, Goff deserved every bit of the love from Harper ... he threw for 253 yards and a touchdown in the victory, taking care of the ball throughout all four quarters of the close game.

Seems the quarterback should be getting used to the PDA from Harper going forward ... because the Lions appear to be the real deal, playing well in all three phases of the game.

Nina Agdal won't have to worry about Dillon Danis posting any more sexually explicit images of her online without facing serious consequences.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, a New Jersey Court has granted Logan Paul's fiancée a temporary restraining order against Paul's upcoming fight opponent.

The docs prohibit Danis from, "posting content in any way depicting or portraying Plaintiff that Defendant knows or has reason to believe was never meant to be shared publicly or was obtained without consent, through the hacking of any of Plaintiff’s accounts or devices, or through any other illegal or unauthorized means."

The documents also place the same rules on people associated with Danis.

TMZ Sports broke the story, Agdal sued Danis and requested the restraining order Wednesday after weeks of social media harassment from Dillon on Twitter and elsewhere.

She specifically highlighted a sexually explicit image Danis posted on Twitter of Nina and another person from "a romantic encounter" taken more than 10 years ago.

The lawsuit stated, "Danis posted the photograph -- entirely uncensored -- from his X (Twitter) account, without Plaintiff's consent" The docs continued, "Later that day, Danis reposted the explicit photograph in order to maximize the number of views it would receive."

New York stars Sterling Shepard and Julius Randle strutted down the runway during fashion week on Wednesday ... but they weren't the only highlight of the show -- their kids put their modeling skills on display, too!!

The Giants receiver and his two baby girls -- who he shares with ex-wife and model Chanel Iman -- took the stage at IRON23 in the Flatiron District for the 13th Annual Rookie USA Fashion Show ... and it's safe to say they had a blast.

You can see Shepard, his 5-year-old and 3-year-old do their thing in black and red Jordan gear ... and the receiver said his kiddos knew exactly what to do because they've been watching mommy's previous work.

"The girls love it," Shepard said. "Their mom was modeling since she was a young woman."

"They love doin' it. They watch videos of her all the time so they just love coming and I just love bringing them. It's been good!"

Shepard also talked Giants -- he's ready to get back on the field after going down with an ACL injury last season ... and said he can't wait for their first game against the Cowboys Sunday night.

"I got a lot of team goals," Shepard said. "I'm just looking forward to taking it week by week and trying to make a good run with the guys."

He wasn't the only NY star athlete to walk the stage ... Knicks hooper Julius Randle showed out with his wife, Kendra, and their two kids. They modeled down the runway in Nike sweatsuit outfits.

FYI, the event -- which was hosted by Kidfluencer Haileigh Vasquez -- will benefit Moms for Moms NYC on behalf of Randle ... and it provides postpartum and newborn essentials for single mothers living in poverty.

Naomi Campbell hasn't lost her step on the runway ... strutting her stuff at her New York Fashion Week show and looking downright amazing!!!

The iconic supermodel was decked out in a form-fitting, silver halter dress as she swaggered around the catwalk in her trademark '90s style at Cipriani Broadway in Manhattan Tuesday night.

A steady stream of models followed behind her, showcasing Naomi's new fashion line -- a joint collaboration with clothing brand PrettyLittleThing.

Check out this video, obtained by TMZ, which shows Naomi parading around as if she owns the place with her long black mien flowing down her back. The packed crowd seemed captivated, shooting cell phone images of her.

Naomi worked with up-and-coming designers Victor Anate and Edvin Thompson to create the fancy gowns, which were studded with crystals or made out of glossy metallic material.

After her show, Naomi told a reporter it was "nerve-wracking to do that walk -- on every level." But she added, "This is what I wanted."

Tom Brady and Irina Shayk are still on as a couple, even though lately it hasn't always looked that way ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us the couple is, indeed, continuing to date and that they're still romantically involved. Obviously, we haven't seen much evidence of them canoodling in public the way we did in July and August ... but we're told they're an item.

It's unclear what the deal was with Irina's PDA post featuring her ex, Bradley Cooper, just a couple weeks ago ... but, clearly, it hasn't scared Tom off -- as he's still seeing her.

Remember, Irina threw everyone for a loop when she threw up a topless shot of herself and shirtless pic of BC as well ... where they certainly seemed to be getting cozy on the beach, which led folks to believe they might be getting back together. They share a kid, after all.

Unless she's in some kind of open relationship -- which isn't what we're hearing on our end -- then you can assume it was just a platonic thing ... and relatively harmless.

TMZ broke the story about Tom and Irina first linking up ... she spent the night at his pad here in L.A. for two days in a row -- and they were seen being affectionate in his car. After that, they were again spotted going in and out of the same London hotel a few weeks later.

There've been reports that Tom wasn't bothered by Irina's spotlighting of her baby daddy -- and there was even a claim they aren't necessarily in a committed relationship either.
