Haley and Matt Kalil are donezo ... TMZ Sports has learned the Sports Illustrated swimsuit model has filed for divorce from the ex-NFL star.

According to court records, Haley filed the docs on Wednesday ... and said in the paperwork the reason for the split was "irreconcilable differences."

The two -- who got married in July 2015 -- separated in January 2022, according to the documents. The couple had no kids together.

29-year-old Haley and 32-year-old Matt first began dating in Minnesota after the offensive lineman was selected by the Vikings in the first round of the 2012 NFL Draft.

The two eventually got married in Hawaii in 2015 ... and seemed to be going strong -- with Matt seen at some of her modeling events throughout the past few years.

Unclear when things got rocky -- the couple has kept most of their relationship private.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue is continuing to break new ground -- this time, Katrina Scott will be the first visibly pregnant woman to ever grace the pages of the special magazine ... and the pictures are breathtaking!!

The outlet shared the groundbreaking news on Tuesday ... saying the 2021 Rookie of the Year is the first to show off a baby bump in the swim issue.

The fitness trainer spoke about the milestone ... saying, "As women, we have been told, shown, and expected to hide (then 'bounce back' from) our pregnant bodies, when, in fact, our beautiful bumps embody the miracle of what it means to be Selfless, Vulnerable, and Strong."

38-year-old Scott is expecting her second child with her husband, Brian ... and has been open about her journey with IVF.

Hailey Bieber is describing a medical emergency last month when she thought she had suffered a stroke and ended up in the hospital where doctors repaired a hole in her heart.

TMZ broke the story ... Hailey was rushed to the hospital after suffering stroke-like symptoms and doctors found a small blood clot in her brain. Turns out it was a TIA -- AKA a mini-stroke.

Now, Hailey is explaining what happened. She said she felt a "weird sensation" in her right arm at home with Justin, and her fingertips went numb. Suddenly, she couldn't even speak.

She was rushed to the hospital by ambulance, and there were certainly stroke symptoms, including drooping on the right side of her face.

The numbness and speech came back quickly, but doctors were obviously concerned. It's unclear what caused it, but Hailey had recently caught COVID along with Justin, so that could have been a factor. She says she also had just changed her birth control without consulting her doctor.

She was diagnosed with something called PFO -- a small opening in the heart. The 25-year-old underwent a procedure where doctors inserted a small, button-like object through the groin, and that apparently did the trick.

Evander Kane is a single man again ... TMZ Sports has learned a judge just ruled he and Anna Kane are officially done.

Court docs show a Santa Clara County, CA judge made the ruling on Wednesday -- saying Evander is now single once more.

Evander and Anna married in 2018 and had a daughter together ... but their relationship soured a short time later -- and has recently gotten very ugly.

Anna filed for divorce from Evander in July 2021 -- and the two have accused each other of heinous things in separate court filings in the ensuing months.

Wednesday's ruling did not resolve any of the issues raised in the case other than their marital status. Alimony, child custody and other key issues in their divorce all will be figured out at a later date.

The ruling, though, did open the door for Evander and Mara Teigen's relationship to progress further.

As we reported, Evander linked back up with Mara following Anna's divorce filing ... and Mara announced a short time later she was pregnant with Evander's child.

Evander has made it no secret he's wildly in love with her -- saying "there's no one like you" in an Instagram post dedicated to her the day after Valentine's.

Instagram model Liziane Gutierrez has made it back to the U.S. from Ukraine, but says conditions in the country are desperate ... with volunteers needed to help collect bodies.

Gutierrez -- who is Brazilian-born -- spent nearly a month between Poland and Ukraine where she helped deliver medicine and transport families out of the war-torn nation.

She says lately there's been an influx of Ukrainians attempting to get back to their homes, but warns it's still far too dangerous. A video obtained by TMZ shows lines of cars sitting at the Poland/Ukraine border trying to get back home.

What's most disturbing ... Liziane tells us organizations are now asking for volunteers to help collect bodies from cities decimated by Russian attacks -- including Bucha.

Hundreds of bodies -- some burned and with their hands tied -- are strewn throughout Bucha in what is undeniably a war crime.

Gutierrez says she's happy to be back home, with plans to return to help, but says it's far from over ... and the more attention and funds brought to Ukraine, the more they can continue to fight.

Courtney Tailor -- the model who was covered in blood after her boyfriend was brutally killed -- got a temperature check on how the public feels about her ... and it ain't good.

A video has surfaced that shows someone filming a blonde woman in the lobby area of Miami's Grand Beach Hotel Friday night -- with the camera person saying she will NOT stop recording and arguing this woman (whom she believes is Tailor) has no business being there ... especially since her BF, Christian Tobechukwu Obumseli, was slain just days ago.

The person filming also makes clear their opinion on the matter -- namely, that she believes Tailor may have been the one who did the stabbing ... something CT has yet to be accused of by cops or law enforcement officials at this point in the investigation.

Their IG caption is also telling ... "@mpdpolice does this look like a mentally unstable person to you, as she claims?" She's referring to the fact Tailor was placed in a psychiatric hold after threatening suicide when she was brought in for questioning. Clearly, she's been released from that hold from nearly a full week ago ... and is out and about, not in custody.

Courtney's attorney, Frank Prieto, confirms to TMZ ... yes, this is, in fact, his client -- but he defends her being there, and says this is just an example of people running with theories without knowing the full facts.

He says, in part ... Courtney was there that night with her father, who simply wanted to pop in and have a drink in private -- which was disrupted by this woman who started filming.

Prieto also says this ... "It is unfortunate that a member of the public, knowing absolutely nothing about circumstances and events surrounding the death Mr. Obumseli, would take the opportunity to harass the Clenney family during a time that they are trying to be supportive for Courtney."

He also drops a bombshell allegation, telling us he believes Courtney is the victim of "physical, emotional, and mental abuse at the hands of Mr. Obumseli," while also suggesting she may even have been a "victim of human trafficking," without elaborating much further.

Prieto also makes this clear -- he believes his client was fighting for her life during the domestic disturbance that got cops sent out that fateful day. He claims, "At the time of the incident, Mr. Obumseli was committing a forcible felony. He had gained access to Courtney’s apartment without permission on several occasions in the days leading up to this incident."

He adds, "Courtney acted in self-defense; the investigation by both the City of Miami Police Department and the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office will conclude such. With that said, we would ask for the public’s understanding about observing the family’s privacy at this time."

We've reached out to attorney Lee Merritt, who is working with Christian's family, for comment on Prieto's allegations about DV and self-defense ... so far, no word back.

The Instagram model covered in blood after her boyfriend's stabbing death proudly talked about needing to be in control of her relationships and only dating "rich Black men" just weeks before he was killed.

Courtney Tailor went on the "We In Miami Podcast" we're told just 2 weeks before Christian Tobechukwu Obumseli's death. A newly surfaced clip from the interview makes her taste in men pretty clear -- "Let me clarify, I only date rich Black guys."

As the interview goes on, she reveals she doesn't like being controlled in her life ... saying she never wants to be told what to do.

As we reported, cops responded to a domestic violence incident Sunday ... they found 27-year-old Christian with an apparent stab wound. Christian was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The footage, obtained by TMZ, shows Courtney handcuffed in her luxury apartment in Miami with her clothes are covered in blood after the event.

Police have yet to announce Courtney as the woman in the video, but Lee Merritt, an attorney working with Christian's family, says she's the one.

New video showing the bloody aftermath of a domestic disturbance in Miami, which ended with one man being stabbed to death and a woman covered in blood.

In the footage, obtained by TMZ, you see the woman in sweatpants and a bra handcuffed and soaked in blood as she sits on the floor of a luxury apartment talking to cops.

Cops responded Sunday to a call about a domestic violence incident involving a stabbing and when they got there they say they found a 27-year-old man with an apparent knife wound who was rushed to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police say the man, Christian Tobechukwu Obumseli, and the woman in the video were involved in a physical confrontation that turned deadly.

Cops are not releasing the woman's name, and she has not been arrested ... but Lee Merritt, an attorney working with Christian's family, says the woman is IG model Courtney Tailor ... Christian's girlfriend.

In the video, the woman's blood-soaked bra and sweats are identical to what Courtney was wearing earlier that same day when she posted a video of herself on Instagram Live.

You might recognize Courtney ... she was featured in the music video for G-Eazy's 2015 track, "Me, Myself and I."

Folks who knew Christian say he lived in the building with his girlfriend.

As for why Courtney wasn't arrested ... we're told she was taken to the police department for questioning and reportedly threatened to kill herself. She was then placed on a psychiatric hold.

Petra Ecclestone has withdrawn her request to change her kid's last name to hers and drop that of her ex-husband James Stunt ... but not before some angry filings from Stunt.

In Stunt's opposition docs, obtained by TMZ, he opposed the billionaire heiress' request in their bitter divorce to change their children's surnames from Stunt to Ecclestone.

In the docs, James argued it would not be in the kids' best interests to drop their father's name and replace it with their mother's ... claiming it would alienate him from his offspring.

What's more, James says he's concerned the Ecclestone name has been tarnished and could lead to danger for the kids ... pointing to reports their famous grandfather, Formula 1 racing honcho Bernie Ecclestone, recently defended Vladimir Putin as "honorable."

Clearly, for some reason, Petra had a change of heart, because she's dropped the request altogether ... but there's still a chance she could refile.

TMZ broke the story ... Petra filed legal docs trying to change their kids' names, claiming he's an "absentee father who is subject to regular negative media and tabloid articles and criminal investigation."

In his opposition, James says he recently found out Petra was already using Ecclestone for the kids without his permission, and before a court ruling ... claiming Petra recently displayed their daughter's name as Lavinia Ecclestone, instead of Lavinia Stunt, on birthday party flyers.

Johnny Manziel's training for his comeback in the most Johnny Football way possible ... by hitting the beach with an Instagram model and throwing the pigskin!!

The 29-year-old ex-NFL quarterback touched down in South Beach this week ... just days after he told TMZ Sports he's returning to the gridiron for Fan Controlled Football.
